집단역동이란 집단의 성질과 방향을 좌우하는 복합적인 힘에 의해 영향을 받는 집단의 분위기다. 집단역동은 집단심리치료의 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치며 드라마치료 집단에서도 역시 그렇다. 드라마치료사는 눈에 보이지 않는 집단역동을 볼 수 있어야 하며 끊임없이 변화하는 집단역동을 효율적으로 다루어나갈 수 있어야 한다. 집단역동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 시간적, 공간적, 인적 요인이 있으며 그 중에 가장 중요한 것은 인적요인이다. 다른 집단심리치료에 비해서 드라마치료는 지도자 즉 드라마치료사의 역할이 크게 강조된다. 드라마치료사는 떄론 카리스마적인 리더십을 가지고 집단역동을 다루어나가는 것이 요구된다. 집단역동을 잘 다루기 위해서 드라마치료사는 자신의 문제를 내려놓아야 하며, 집단역동을 고려하여 드라마치료를 준비라고, 자발성과 창조성을 발휘하여 집단역동을 다루어야 한다.

결혼유형과 스포츠활동 참여유형에 따른 결혼건강과 결혼생활만족의 차이에 관한 분석

Many international marriage immigrants experience a considerable amount of stress while adapting to a new culture they have never experienced before. This study examines the effects of marriage type and participation type in sport activity on marital health and marital life satisfaction. The 329 participants were divided into four groups based on marriage type and sport activity type. A multivariate analysis of variance was performed to explore differences in marital health and marital life satisfaction among groups. Results revealed that regardless of cultural and linguistic differences, respondents who enjoyed sport activities with their spouses had relatively higher mean scores across four factors(marital bond, marital communication, marital value-sharing, and marital life satisfaction) than couples who did not. This study found sport activity participation positively impacted marital life, and results would provide insightful data to help people achieve a happier married life in multicultural society. 많은 국제결혼가정들은 그들이 이전에 경험해보지 못한 상당한 수준의 스트레스를 새로운 문화에 적응하기 위해 경험한다. 본 연구는 결혼의 유형과 스포츠활동 참여유형이 결혼건강과 결혼생활만족에 미치는 영향을 연구했다. 329명의 참여자들은 결혼유형(국제결혼/국내결혼)과 스포츠활동 참여유형(배우자와 함께/따로)에 따라 총 4개의 그룹으로 나뉘어졌으며 일원다변량 분산분석을 실시하여 결혼건강과 결혼생활만족의 그룹 간 차이를 확인했다. 결과적으로 문화적 그리고 언어적 차이와는 상관없이, 배우자와 함께 스포츠 활동에 참여한 응답자들이 그렇지 못한 응답자들보다 4개의 요인(유대감, 의사소통, 가치공유, 결혼생활만족)에서 높은 결과를 보였다. 본 연구는 배우자와 함께 참여하는 스포츠활동이 결혼생활에 긍정적 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였으며 그러한 결과는 다문화사회에서 사람들의 더 나은 결혼생활을 돕기 위한 통찰력 있는 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

한국 남녀프로골프대회 경기장 유인요인 및 관람만족 비교분석

[목적] 본 연구는 한국 남녀프로골프의 경기장 유인요인과 관람만족을 비교 및 분석하여 서로의 장단점 발견하고 극 복과제를 제시하는 것을 연구목적으로 두고 있다. [방법] 구체적인 분석을 위해 한국에서 열린 프로골프대회에 관람 경험이 있는 334명의 골프팬에게 수집된 설문지를 바탕으로 예비조사를 통한 탐색적 요인분석, 타당도 검증을 위한 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 계수인 알파를 이용한 신뢰도 검증 그리고 비교연구를 위한 일원다변량 분산분석을 실시했 다. [결과] 설문응답자들은 프로골프경기 관람경험을 토대로 2개의 그룹(남자골프 관람그룹과 여자골프 관람그룹)으 로 분류되었다. 남자골프 관람경험이 있는 응답자들에게서 시설, 비용 및 관람만족에서 높은 결과 값이 도출되었고, 여자골프 관람경험이 있는 응답자들은 마케팅, 지명도 그리고 위락성 요인에서 상대적으로 높은 결과 값을 나타냈 다. [결론] 결과적으로 남녀프로골프대회는 골프팬들에게 분명한 관람경험의 차이를 보였으며, 이는 남녀프로골프의 동반 성장을 위한 구체적인 분석의 필요성을 언급한 본 연구의 취지와도 일맥상통했다. [Purpose] This study aims to suggest measures to improve this imbalance by comparing the factors determining spectator attendance and satisfaction, and identifying strengths and weaknesses of both Korean women's and men's professional golf. [Method] A total of 334 golf fans who attended professional golf tournaments in Korea were surveyed, and their responses were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis through a pilot study, confirmatory factor analysis for validity, reliability coefficient alpha for reliability, and multivariate analysis of variance for a comparative analysis. [Result] According to their experience with professional golf tournaments, respondents were divided into two groups, as those who attended men's golf tournaments and those who attended women's golf tournaments. The spectators of men's golf tournaments showed a higher values when considering facilities, cost, and spectator satisfaction, while spectators of women's golf tournaments showed relatively higher values when considering marketing, awareness, and entertainment factors. [Conclusion] As a result, men's and women's golf tournaments revealed significant differences in spectator experience, which is in line with the purpose of this study—conducting an in-depth analysis to promote harmonious growth of men's and women's golf in Korea.

Social Networking Service Fatigue and Cessation: Focusing on Cultural and Gender Differences

Social Networking Service (SNS) is a part of our daily lives, with their positive and negative impacts. This study investigates SNS fatigue in men and women of different cultural backgrounds as well as the relationship between SNS fatigue and the intentions to cease SNS activities. The study results show that during SNS activities, women are more concerned for their reputation; participants with East Asian cultural backgrounds experience burdens with respect to relationships, and participants with Western cultural backgrounds experience fatigue with respect to privacy concerns. No statistical significance was identified between SNS fatigue and the intentions to cease SNS activity; although people experienced fatigue, they did not desire to stop SNS use. This study reveals that culture and gender impacts SNS fatigue, and few people quit SNS despite the fatigue.

다형질 개체모형을 이용한 한국 재래닭의 주요 경제형질의 유전력

재래닭 5계통의 체중에 대한 유전력 추정치는 150일령에서 0.25~0.61, 270일령에서 0.32~0.59의 범위로 대체로 높은 추정치였으며, 150일령보다는 270일령 체중에서 계통별로 비교적 높은 유전력을 보였다. 산란능력에 대한 유전력 추정치는 시산일령에서 0.15~0.31, 시산난중에서 0.06~0.09, 270일령 난중에서 0.24~0.41, 산란수에서는 0.09~0.26의 범위로서 시산난중에서 매우 낮은 추정치를 보인 반면 시산일령과 산란수에서는 저도 및 중도의 유전력 추정치였으며, 270일령 난중에서는 중도의 유전력 추정치를 보였다. This study was conducted to obtain for genetic information with 11,538 progenies of 5 strains in Korean native chicken. The heritability estimates of the body weights at 150 and 270days of age were 0.25~0.61 and 0.32~0.59 in 5 strains, the heritabilities of the body weight at 270 days were relatively higher than that of the body weight at 150 days. The medium or low heritability estimates were observed in the ages at first egg as 0.15~0.31, and heritability estimates of the egg weights at the first egg and 270 days of age were 0.06~0.09 and 0.24~0.41. Medium or low heritability estimates were observed for the number of egg production as 0.09~0.26, respectively.
