Automobile brake system mainly consists of booster and calipers with pad and shoes where working oil flows. Brake system decreases rotating energy of wheel by thrusting hydraulic power piston into caliper and causing friction between rotating disk and caliper. Brake hoses of automobile can not avoid fluctuating deformation due to relative displacement between hose and caliper by bumping, cornering, braking, going through repeating stress due to complicate displacement by bending, twisting and tension. Therefore, layout design of brake hose for vehicle motion must be considered in early design stages. Moreover, the increased temperature of working oil due to the larger size and additional faculty of automobile recently has caused early aging of brake hose, leakage of oil, and change of braking efforts. So the endurance of hose property is very importance for the design of brake system. This paper presents technology of motion analysis of brake hose using nonlinear structural dynamics. To present material property of rubber, we carried out many kinds of material test and loading test of the final product like bending, elongation at break, torsion and so on. Effects of inner oil pressure and temperature were also considered at each test. The rebar element represents braided yarn in the middle of rubber hose. There are also presented experimental stress and strain results of rubber hose surface by E.S.P.I equipment. We compared these numerical and test results, and finally evaluated nonlinear characteristics of brake hose. This technology of numerical analysis of rubber brake hose can help predict the life cycle of rubber hose. We are going to do this research further. As a result, it will be possible to design brake hose layout scientifically, which help good brake system design.

Omental leiomyoma is a rare disease. It is usually found incidentally without specific symptoms. But we experienced a specific case of torsion of an omental leiomyoma misdiagnosed as torsion of an adnexal mass. So we report the case with references.
