      • 통합예술치료가 정신질환자의 자기효능감과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        This study was to find out the effect of integrated art therapy on self-efficacy and quality of life of mental patients. The subjects were 18 mental patients participating in rehabilitation program at mental health care facility in D city and 9 of them were assigned to experimental group and another 9 were to controlled group each. This integrated art therapy was conducted for 60 minutes once a week total 12 sessions and with one observer. Mental Health Confidence Scale(MHCS) translated in Korean by Ja-young, Kwon for measuring self-efficacy of mentally disabled people and Happy-Quality of Life designed by Seung-hee, Kook for measuring quality of life of schizophreniac were used as tools for this study. The results were as follows: First, there was statistically meaningful increase in self-efficacy of experimental group, which was carried out integrated art therapy, compared to controlled group. Second, there was statistically meaningful increase in quality of life of experimental group, which was carried out integrated art therapy, compared to controlled group. 본 연구는 통합예술치료가 정신질환자들의 자기효능감과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구대상자는 D시에 소재한 정신요양시설의 재활프로그램에 참여하는 정신질환자들이었으며, 그 가운데 18명을 선정하여, 각각 9명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 프로그램을 진행하였다. 연구기간은 총 12회기로 주1회 60분씩 진행되었으며, 관찰자 1명과 함께 통합예술치료를 실시하였다. 측정도구로는 정신장애인의 자기효능감을 측정하기위하여 권자영(2010)이 번안한 한국어판 정신건강자신감 척도(Mental Health Confidence Scale:MHCS)와 국승희(2001)가 정신분열병 환자의 삶의 질을 측정하기 위해 개발한 삶의 질 척도 (Happy-Quality oflife)를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 통합예술치료를 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 자기효능감은 통계적으로 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 둘째, 통합예술치료를 실시한 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 삶의 질이 통계적으로 유의미한 향상을 보였다

        고지방식이 유도된 흰쥐에서 고강도 운동과 DA-9601의 투여가 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of High intensity exercise and DA-9601 administration on blood lipid in high fat diet rats. Male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups; control(CON, n=7), high intensity exercise group(EXE, n=7), DA-9601 group(DA, n=7) high intensity exercise plus DA-9601 group(DAE, n=7). Animals were given an oral injection of DA-9601 with 50 ㎎ of dosage per ㎏ for four weeks. In order to induce EXE animals were allowed to ran on a treadmill with 7 degree of slope at speed of 28m/min for 36 minutes. The exercise was performed five times a week for 4 week. The results of this study were as following; The food intake and organ weights of DAE group were significantly lower than that of CON group(p<.05). The body weight of four groups increased throughout the experimental period, whereas that of the DAE group decreased after 4wk. The plasma triglyceride and total cholesterol, LDL-C levels of DAE group were significantly lower than that of the other groups(p<.05). HDL-cholesterol/total cholesterol(%) levels of DA and DAE groups were markedly higher than that of the other groups(p<.05). In conclusion, the data obtained in this study suggest that high intensity exercise and DA-9601 administration improve the hyperlipidemia in rats.

        적립계 장수형 붉은곰팡이병 중도저항성 제면용 밀(Triticum aestivum L.) ‘태중’

        A winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar, ‘Taejoong’, was developed by the National Institute of Crop Science, Rural Development Administration in 2016. It was derived from a cross between ‘Xian83(104).11’ and ‘Keumkang’ in 2005. It was generated through the bulk and pedigree methods for six years, and then designated as ‘Iksan370’ after a two-year advanced yield trial test. This variety was designated the name ‘Taejoong’ after a regional yield trial test in eight locations throughout Korea for three years from 2014 to 2016. Its heading date was April 27 in upland and paddy filed conditions, and its maturity date was June 7 in uplands and June 4 in paddy fields, which were late compared to that of ‘Keumkang’. ‘Taejoong’ had 417 spikes per m2, which was 300 less than that of ‘Keumkang’. However, the spike length was 13.4 cm and the number of kernel per one spike was 48, which was 5.8 cm longer and 19 higher than those of ‘Keumkang’, respectively. ‘Taejoong’ showed strong resistance to lodging and moderate resistance to Fusarium head blight, but was susceptible to powdery mildew. ‘Taejoong’ flour yield (71.8%) and flour lightness (91.90) were similar to those of ‘Keumkang’, but its protein content (11.1%), gluten content (8.8%), and sodium dodecyl sulfate-sedimentation volume (34.2 ml) were lower. These result showed that the flour dough strength of ‘Taejoong’ was weaker than that of ‘Keumkang’. The high-molecular-weight gluten subunit compositions of ‘Taejoong’ were Glu-A1 (N), Glu-B1 (7+9), and Glu-D1 (2+12). The granule-bound starch synthase compositions were Wx-A1, Wx-B1, and Wx-D1. The puroindoline compositions were Pina-D1 (a type) and Pinb-D1 (b type). The average grain yield of ‘Taejoong’ in a regional yield trial was 5.3 ton/ha in uplands and 4.6 ton/ha in paddy fields, which were 21% and 13% higher than that of the reference cultivar, ‘Keumkang’, respectively.         적립계 저단백 수발아저항성 과자용 밀(Triticum aestivum L.) ‘고소’

        ‘Goso’, a winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar was developed by the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA for end-use diversity. It was derived from the cross ‘Gobun/Ol” during 1998. ‘Goso’ was released from the line named as ‘Iksan325’ in 2010 after yield trials test in conducted for three years from 2008. ‘Goso’ is an awned, semi-dwarf, red grain and soft winter wheat. The heading and maturity date of ‘Goso’ were similar to ‘Keumkang’. ‘Goso’ had similar test weight (799g/L) and lower 1,000-grain weight (42.5 g) than ‘Keumkang’ (804 g/L and 46.7 g, respectively). ‘Goso’ showed resistance to winter hardiness and pre-harvest sprouting, which withering rate on the low ridge (4.4%) and lower rate of pre-harvest sprouting(4.0%) than ‘Keumkang’ (1.6% and 29.8%, respectively). ‘Goso’ showed lower flour yield (63.7%), protein content (9.8%), SDS-sedimentation volume (30.0 ml) and gluten content (7.2%) than ‘Keumkang’ (73.6%, 12.6%, 50.0 ㎖ and 10.8%, respectively). It showed larger diameter (88 mm) and top-grade (5) of cookie than ‘Keumkang’ (79 mm and 2, respectively). HMW-GS compositions of ‘Goso’ were 2* in Glu-A1, 7+8 in Glu-B1 and 2.2+12 in Glu-D1, respectively. GBSS composition of ‘Goso’ was same with ‘Keumkang’ and expressed wild type. Pinb-D1 was wild type that was different in ‘Keumkang’. Average yield of ‘Goso’ in the regional adaptation yield trial test was 657 kg/10a in upland and 561 kg/10a in paddy field, which was 21% and 7% higher than those of ‘Keumkang’ (545 kg/10a and 524 kg/10a, respectively).
