호텔식음료 SNS마케팅이 호텔이미지, 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the SNS marketing of Deluxe hotels food and beverage in the Busan area and empirically analyzed the relationship between hotel image, customer satisfaction and revisit intention. SNS marketing of F&B has been identified as a positive factor for improving hotel image, customer satisfaction and revisit intention. In particular, the promotional factor of SNS marketing has the greatest influence on hotel image, customer satisfaction and revisit intention, while the reliability of the hotel`s image also has the greatest influence on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Accordingly, we must actively promote SNS marketing and recognize gaining customers` trust as the most important strategic factor for hotel image.

A Maltese was presented with a subcutaneous mass at right flank, depression and hyperthermia. Ultrasonography revealed a hypoechoic mass with hyperechoic foci, a defect of abdominal wall and peritonitis. In cytology, fat necrosis was found. This dog was diagnosed as chronic suppurative steatitis secondary to pancreatitis and pancreatic herniation through surgery and histopathologic examination. Steatitis is recurrent inflammation and necrosis of adipose tissue. Also steatitis associated with pancreatic diseases such as pancreatitis and pancreatic tumor was reported and direct fat necrosis by pancreatic enzyme was supposed as the etiology. Steatitis secondary to pancreatitis was rarely reported in dogs and there was difficulty in diagnosis and treatment. This case has a limitation that pancreatitis was not diagnosed as underlying cause to steatitis before surgery. However, a defect of abdominal wall and peritonitis were observed on ultrasonography. Good prognosis could be achieved through prompt surgery and medical treatment.

Balthazar Computed Tomographic Severity Index Application for Experimental Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitis in Dogs

Computed tomography (CT) is considered as gold standard in evaluating pancreatitis in human, but there have been only a few studies in veterinary field. Balthazar CT severity index (CTSI) used to assess the severity of acute necrotizing pancreatitis in human could be applicable to dogs, because the severity of acute pancreatitis depends on the area of pancreatic necrosis in dogs more than in human. In this study, 25 adult, clinically healthy beagle dogs were used. CT examinations was performed in normal pancreas, positive control group and acute necrotizing pancreatitis induced by autologous bile injection. Balthazar CTSI was applied to canine acute necrotizing pancreatitis in contrastenhanced CT image and compared with the result of histopathologic examination. The Hounsfield unit (HU) of normal canine pancreas was 52.44 ± 4.58 and the density was significantly decreased in acute necrotizing pancreatitis (P < .05). In contrast-enhanced CT examination, pancreatic density was decreased significantly and this area was compatible to pancreatic necrosis. Balthazar CTSI showed positive correlation with histopathologic evaluation with a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 88.89%. Balthazar CTSI can be applied to evaluate the severity of acute necrotizing pancreatitis in dogs.

특수교사의 세계시민교육 지도 경험과 인식에 관한 연구

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 특수교사의 세계시민교육 지도 경험 및 인식을 알아보고 연구대상자의 일반적인 특성과 세계시민교육 지도 경험에 따른 특수교사의 세계시민교육 이해 수준에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구방법 특수교사의 세계시민교육 지도 경험과 인식을 살펴보기 위해, 특수교사 500명을 대상으로 설문조 사를 실시하였으며, 설문을 통해 수집된 자료 분석을 위해 기술통계, 독립표본 t 검정과 일원변량분석을 실행하였다. 연구결과 연구의 결과로, 특수교사의 일반적인 특성(성별, 교직경력, 담당학생장애 유형(발달장애, 감각장 애), 해외체류경험, 다문화학생 지도 경험, 세계시민교육 연수 수강 유무)에 따라 특수교사의 세계시민교육 이해에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 세계시민교육 지도 경험(세계시민교육 지도 경험 유무, 특수교 육대상학생에게 세계시민교육 지도 시 어려움 유무)에 따라 특수교사의 세계시민교육 이해에 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 특수교육에서의 세계시민교육에 관한 교육적 함의를 제시하였다.

풋사과(홍로) 폴리페놀 분획물의 항산화성 및 항균 활성

Unripe apples are discarded due to thinning out or falling in orchards, however they are abundant in functional ingredients. In this study, polyphenols were efficiently enzymatically extracted and isolated from unripe apples. Enzymatic extraction of polyphenols over 12 hours followed using Viscozyme L with an enzyme concentration of 2%(v/w) based on the total phenolic content. In order to isolate the polyphenols, extracts of unripe apples were eluted with water, 25, 50, 75 and 100% ethanol using Diaion HP-20 gel column chromatography. Polyphenol compounds of each fraction were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), with the 50% ethanol fraction containing the most polyphenols (387.88 μg/mL of caffeic acid, 226.34 μg/mL of p-coumaric acid, and 187.33 μg/mL of phloridzin). The 50% ethanol fraction also contained the most antioxidants (total penolic and flavonoid content; p<0.05). Antioxidant assays using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity, 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging activity and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) activity exhibited the highest activities in the 50% ethanol fraction (p<0.05). Antimicrobial activities were also assessed as being highest in 50% ethanol fraction (p<0.05). The 50% ethanol fraction of unripe apple enzyme extracts can be used as a functional polyphenol material to improve the utilization of unripe apple.

다문화 그림책의 표지 이미지에 함의된 신화 연구

다문화는 현대 한국 사회에 또 다른 이슈이다. 다문화사회로 진입한 지 30년 된 한국 사회는 이제야 다문화 인식 교육의 중요성이 강조되는 실정이다. 그렇다면 앞으로 사회의 주축이 될 어린이들에게 다문화 교육은 어떻게 이루어지고 있으며, 특히 교육 분야의 활용도가 높은 그림책에서 묘사되는 다문화 표현은 어떠한지 연구해 볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 한국 창작 그림책 중 다문화를 다룬 그림책 8권의 표지 이미지에 반영된 신화를 분석하였다. 분석된 내용을 살펴보면, 첫 번째는 다문화 피수용자의 긍정적 태도의 중요성이다. 두 번째는 다문화 수용 과정에 사회가 해야 할 역할을 말하고 있었으며 타문화를 포용하기 위한 어른들의 역할을 사회의 역할로 파악할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 한국 사회가 다문화에 무관심하고, 이것으로 인해 사회문제가 생길 수 있음에 대한 경고가 도출되었다. 다문화의 긍정적 수용 과정에 가장 큰 적은 사회적 무관심이나 어른들의 방관임을 암시하는 것이다. 이렇게 다문화 그림책에 함의된 신화는 수용자의 입장만 강조하지 않고 다문화인 스스로 자존감 향상을 위한 노력이 필요함이 투영되어 있었다. 또한 다문화 아이들이 이런 당당함을 표현할 수 있도록 사회의 관심을 요구하는 신화가 함의되어 있었다. Multiculturalism is another issue in modern Korean society. Korean society, which has been a multicultural society for 30 years, is only now emphasizing the importance of multicultural awareness education. Then, there is a need to study how multicultural education is provided to children who will become the mainstay of society in the future, and in particular, what kind of multicultural expression is depicted in picture books that are widely used in education. This study analyzed the myths reflected in the cover images of eight Korean creative picture books that deal with multiculturalism. Looking at the analyzed contents, the first is the importance of the positive attitude of multicultural prisoners. The second was talking about the role society should play in the process of multicultural acceptance. It was possible to understand the role of adults in embracing other cultures as a role in society. Lastly, a warning was drawn that Korean society is indifferent to multiculturalism and that this may lead to social problems. This suggests that social indifference or adult neglect is the biggest enemy of multicultural acceptance. The myth implied in this multicultural picture book did not only emphasize the perspective of the recipient, but also reflected the need for multicultural people to make efforts to improve their own self-esteem. In addition, there was a myth that demanded society's attention so that multicultural children could express such confidence.

2015와 2022 개정 특수교육 기본교육과정 내 디지털 시민성관련 성취기준 비교분석

연구목적 본 연구는 2015와 2022 개정 특수교육 기본교육과정에서 디지털 시민성 관련 성취기준을 비교분석하여 향후 특수교육대상자를 위한 디지털 시민성 교육의 방향을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구방법 본 연구에서는 디지털 시민성 관련 선행연구의 분석 틀을 활용하여 2015와 2022 기본교육과정의디지털 시민성 관련 교과를 선정하고 분석하였다. 또한 분석 결과의 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하기 위해분석자 간 신뢰도 및 전문가 내용 타당도를 실행했다. 연구결과 2022 기본교육과정에서 디지털 시민성 관련 성취기준이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 교과목별분석 결과는 2015 기본교육과정에서는 국어과가 가장 높은 빈도를 보였고, 2022 기본교육과정에서는 정보통신활용과가 가장 높았다. 학교급별 분석 결과는 2015와 2022 기본교육과정 모두 고등학교급이 가장높았으며, 디지털 시민성 영역별 분석 결과는 2015와 2022 기본교육과정 모두 기능영역이 높은 비중을보였다. 하위유형별 분석 결과는 기능영역의 합리적인 디지털 의사소통 능력이 가장 높았다. 결론 첫째, 특수교사는 디지털 사회를 인식하고 발달장애인이 디지털 세상에서 소외되지 않도록 관심을가지며 교육역량을 키워야 한다. 둘째, 특수교육에서는 초등학교급부터 성인에 이르기까지 특수교육대상자의 특성에 적합한 디지털 시민성 교육내용 선정 연구와 같은 생애주기별 디지털 시민성 관련 기초연구를진행할 필요가 있다. 셋째. 특수교사는 전인적인 디지털 시민교육이 될 수 있도록 수업을 설계해야 한다.
