이 연구는 현재 경북대학교 인문학술원 HK+ 사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 동아시아 목간사전 DB 구축 현황과 쟁점에 대해 논의하는 것이 목적이다. 동아시아 목간사전 DB는 한국, 중국, 일본 등 동아시아 3국의 목간 텍스트에 포함된 고대 한자 어휘를 대상으로 한 역사 어휘 사전 구축을 위해 제작된다. 또한 동아시아 목간사전 DB는 역사 연구에서 참조 자료로 사용되는 것을 목적으로 한다는 측면에서 백과사전적 특성을 고려해야 한다. 우리는 세 나라의 어휘 및 문자 자원을 아우르는 비교 연구의 기반자료로서의 DB 구축을 위해 사전 편찬 지침과 온라인 플랫폼 편찬 도구를 구성한다. 이 연구는 지금까지의 연구 과정을 소개하기 위한 것으로, 다음과 같이 구성되어 있다. 2장에서는 목간 사전 편찬 과정과 방법론을 다룬다. 이를 위해 2.1에서는 사전의 사전적 특성과 편찬의 일부 문제를 논의하고 2.2에서는 동아시아 목판 사전 프로젝트의 전반적인 개요를 제시한다. 3장에서는 사전의 거시구조와 미세구조를 고려한 사전 속성 측면의 쟁점을 논의하며, 4장에서는 동아시아 목간 사전 DB의 공시적 역사 어휘 사전, 다국어 어휘 사전으로서의 특성을 반영한 사전 DB 구축을 위한 플랫폼의 실제를 제안한다.

병렬적 역사 어휘 사전의 일관성 유지를 위한 쟁점 연구

이 연구는 다음과 같은 두 가지 목적을 갖는다. 첫째, 사전편찬학적 관점에서 어휘 정보 배열에 있어병렬적 구조를 갖는 동아시아 목간사전의 거시적 구조 및 미시적 구조상의 특징을 소개한다. 둘째, 동아시아 목간 사전의 구조적 특징을 고려하여 세 개의 하위 구축 분과의 편찬 일관성을 유지하기 위한지침 구축에서 야기되는 중요한 쟁점을 공유하고자 한다. 동아시아 목간 사전은 동아시아 삼국의 목간자료에 담긴 방대한 한자 및 한자 어휘에 대한 하위 표제항을 병렬적으로 기술하기 위해 웹 기반의 사전 형식으로 구축할 수 있도록 계획되었다. 병렬적으로 배열되는 세 분과의 표제항의 형식 및 내용 기술의 일관성 유지와 관련하여 형태부에서의 미등록 한자 처리, 부수의 입력 형식에 대한 논의를 포함하며, 의미/용례부에서의 의미 해설의 대응 어휘 대치 형식과 풀어쓰기 형식과 관련된 쟁점을 논의하였다. 역사 어휘 사전으로서의 동아시아 목간 사전의 구축 논의가 일반적인 언어 사전의 논의를 넘어 다양한 사전편찬학적 시각을 제공하기를 기대한다.

Immunostimulatory Activity of Apios Tuber Extract on RAW264.7 Macrophage Cells

Apios americana Medik tubers are medicinal foods with anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory activities. However, mechanisms of immunostimulatory action of the Apios tuber extract (ATE) on macrophages have not been elucidated. In the present study, we investigated whether ATE could modulate immune responses, such as production of nitric oxide (NO), proinflammatory cytokines, and transcription factors, in RAW264.7 macrophage cells. ATE significantly increased the production of NO and proinflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-1β (IL-1β), IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and induced the mRNA and protein levels of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and proinflammatory cytokines in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, Western blot analysis revealed that ATE activated the transcription factor Nuclear Factor-κB and mitogen-activated protein kinases signaling cascades, including extracellular signal-regulated kinase, c-Jun N-terminal kinase, and p38 kinase. In addition, we found that ATE induced the activation of macrophages through upregulation of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and TLR2. Taken together, these findings indicate that ATE possesses a potential as a functional food with immunostimulatory activity.

With the development of "Internet +" and consumers' growing demand for personalized travel services, car-hailing began to flourish in the transportation field. The phenomenon of restricted private car and the shortage of taxis has accelerated the car-hailing industry. In 2017, China's online car-hailing developed rapidly. The crux to the sustainable development of the profession is whether the platform can ensure the stable growth of the number of active users in the future. As a typical representative of "Internet + sharing economy + transportation", research on users' continued use intention is not abundant. Based on the expectation-confirmation model of continuous use of information systems, united in the situations of online car-hailing, this paper replaced perceived usefulness with perceived value, and uses habit as a moderator variable to construct a conceptual model of users' continuous use intention. The empirical study conducted an online questionnaire survey of 323 car-hailing users from May 1 to 31, 2022. The analysis used SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 for demographic analysis, validity and reliability verification, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, moderating effect test and structural equation model path test. The results of the study revealed that: expectation confirmation has a great positive impact on perceived value and satisfaction; perceived value has a great positive impact on satisfaction and user continuation intention; satisfaction has a great positive impact on user continuation intention. In terms of the adjustment effect of habit, habit will improve the impact of perceived value and satisfaction on users' continual use. This study is intended to examine the influencing factors of the continuous use of car-hailing users, provide a certain reference for the car-hailing platform to make relevant customer management strategies, which is important for enterprises to improve consumer participation and make the full use of idle social resources.
