어린이 참여디자인을 위한 디자인 교육 프로그램 연구 - 수원시 어공6호 어린이공원을 사례로 -

최근 도시공간의 설계과정에서 주민 참여와 사용자 중심의 디자인이 중요해지고 있다. 어린이공원도 사용자인 어린이의 의견 반영할 필요에 대한 논의가 시작되고 있는 바, 어린이의 의견을 반영하기 위해서는 기존 주민참여방식과 다른 방법론이 필요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 어린이를 대상으로 디자인 교육프로그램을 구성하여 디자인 교육을 통한 사용자 의견을 설계안으로 반영하여 어린이공원에 적용했다. 교육프로그램은 기존의 연구 및 어린이를 대상으로 하는 디자인 교육, 참여디자인 프로그램을 참조하여 5주간의 교육프로그램, 교재, 교수방법을 구성하였다. 이 프로그램을 시범적으로 수원시 권선구에 위치한 어공6호 어린이공원을 대상지로 삼고, 선일초등학교 5학년 1반 아이들과 함께 워크숍을 진행한 결과를 재해석하여 어린이공원 공사과정에 반영하였다. 본 디자인 교육프로그램은 참여 교수들의 구성 및 운영방법, 교재 및 교사교재 제작 등에서 다른 워크숍 프로그램과 차별성을 가지고 있으며, 이로 인하여 동일 과정을 반복할 수 있는 프로그램 기반을 구축했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 추후, 준공 이후의 어린이공원의 사용현황을 모니터링 하는 등의 연구를 통해서 사용자 참여가 미치는 영향에 대한 검증이 추가적으로 필요하며, 앞으로 어린이 공원에 대한 보다 다양한 디자인 방법론의 적용과 사용자인 어린이 의견을 반영할 수 있는 다양한 시도들이 축적될 필요가 있다. Recently, citizen participation and user - oriented design are becoming increasingly important in the urban space design process. The Children's Park has also begun to discuss the need to reflect children's opinions and needs as well as existing ways and means of participation to reflect these opinions and ideas. In this study, a design education program for children was constructed and user opinions accessed via this design education were reflected in design and applied to the Children's Park. The training program consists of five weeks of educational programs, textbooks and teaching methods related to existing research, design education for children and participatory design programs. This program was used as a pilot of Eogong-6ho Children 's Park(No. 6 Children's Park), located in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, and reinterpreted the results of the workshop for 5th grade students at Sunil Elementary School. This design education program is distinguished from other workshop programs on how to organize and operate participating professors and textbooks, and has a program base that can reproduce the entire process. In addition, it is necessary to verify the effects of user participation through research, such as monitoring the use of children's parks after completion, as well as the application of more diverse design methodologies to children's parks and the way they reflect children's opinions.

연구논문 : 해외골프여행객의 선택속성과 행동의도의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 해외여행의 물리적·심리적 선택속성과 만족 및 구매 후 행동 의도에 관한 구조적 관계를 파악하여 해외골프관광 선택의 증가요인을 규명함으로써 해외골프관광 이용객의 국내유치와 해외골퍼들의 국내유입을 도모함과 동시에 이로 인한 골프관광수지개선과 국내골프산업의 발전을 위한 운영방안의 방향을 제시하는데 필요한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 선행연구를 체계적으로 고찰하여 물리적 선택속성을 부대시설, 코스, 경제성의 세 가지 하위요인으로, 심리적 선택속성은 성취감, 신기성, 일탈성의 세 가지 하위요인으로 구성하였으며 만족 및 행동의도간의 구조적 관계를 연구하였다. 예비조사를 거쳐 해외골프관광이 계절적으로 가장 활발하게 이루어지는 2011년 12월 초부터 2012년 2월 말까지 각 지역별 국제공항인 인천공항, 김해공항, 대구공항 로비에서 해외골프관광을 위해 대기 중인 사람을 대상으로 실시하였다. 이와 같은 연구는 국내를 비롯한 해외골프관광 이용객의 국내유치와 해외골퍼들의 국내유입 및 골프관광수지개선과 국내골프산업의 발전을 위한 운영방안의 방향을 제시하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있다는데 시사점을 부여할 수 있다. The objective of this study is to analyse the structural relationship among variables to find the cause of increase in overseas golf tour and offer a strategic suggestion which will improve overseas golf tour deficit and set the guideline in development of domestic golf industry, Review of related literature were carefully laid out and it resulted in two independent variables for this study - physical selection attribute and psychological selection attribute and two dependent variables - satisfaction and behavior intention. After a pilot test, survey questionnaires were distributed to the outgoing tourists waiting to be boarded at Incheon, Kimhae and Daegu international airport from the beginning of December in 2011 till the end of February in 2012. These research findings would lead to the ideal operational aspects on the development of domestic golf industry and improvement on the tourism deficit caused by overseas golf tour and to the basic foundation for the further research. Based on the findings from the analysis on each variables involved in this research, suggestions to the preferred golf environment among golf tour participants and reasonable price decision for the duration of golf tour could be made to establish a competitive strategy and develop a distinguished critical product.

Project financing was mainly used for overseas construction orders in Korea. But, since Private Finance Promotion was established in 1994, it has been used as a means of financing delivery equipment for the construction of social overhead capital. However, project financing owners tend to consider only the risks and profits of construction in the risk analysis and it has a potential concern to be unable to respond to any unexpected problems. Therefore, the role of CM which is able to minimize operational risks by managing the overall flow from initial stages is emerging. This study han an aim to study the synergistic effects of a CM for the improvement of project financing running successfully with professional and efficient management.

BIM-based of public order increases recently, at all stages of construction decision support and prediction the risk are required to simulate the techniques. Pre-design stage is the steps to set the overall construction direction, this phase which includes the initial stage role, along with the project progress should continue, and so feedback should be importance in complex projects. These Pre-design stage of business select the value of the successively and complex features. In addition, this phase includes some of the design work. Thus, the space budget, legislation, construction cost, space planning, feasibility and feasibility are an important factor in Pre-design stage. In addition, they enable to make a collaboration to create a primary goal. Through this study, it will promote the knowledge base industrialization at construction industry by improving the efficiency of the construction process reliability, validity, and feasibility.

건축기획단계 지원을 위한 BIM 기반 공간계획 시뮬레이션 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

The planning stage of an architectural project has much more significant effects on the cost or outcome of the project than other stages of the project. In addition, the importance of architectural planning has been further increasing according to the recent trend of construction projects becoming larger in scale and more complex. In spite of this, the current situation is that the planning stage work is not being systematically managed. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to develop a BIM-based simulation system for providing support during architectural planning stage such as spatial planning & review, cost review, project owner requirements management, etc. It is easy to review various alternatives using this system that allows not only the modeling of space object modeling but also the instantaneous review of spatial area & layout, cost, etc. based on object information. In addition, it can be used as a communication tool with the project owner as it provides the visualized information and quantitative data of the building model, and the information created through this system can be delivered to the following stage for usage. It is thought that using this system, the entire project work including the architectural planning stage can be supported and even contributing to the advancement of architectural process. 건축 프로젝트의 기획단계는 타 단계에 비해 프로젝트의 비용이나 성과에 미치는 영향력이 매우 크다. 또한 최근 건설프로젝트의 대형화 복합화 추세에 따라 건축 기획의 중요성은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 그럼에도 현재 기획단계의 업무는 체계적으로 관리되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 공간계획 및 검토, 비용검토, 발주자 요구사항 관리 등의 건축기획단계 업무를 지원하기 위한 BIM 기반의 시뮬레이션 시스템을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 시스템은 공간 객체의 모델링뿐만 아니라, 객체 정보를 기반으로 하여 계획의 변경에 따른 공간면적 및 배치, 비용 등을 즉각적으로 검토할 수 있어 여러 대안의 검토가 용이하다. 또한 건축물 모델의 시각화된 정보와 정량적인 데이터를 제공함으로써 발주자와의 의사소통 도구로 사용할 수 있으며, 본 시스템에서 생성된 정보를 후속 단계로 전달하여 활용이 가능하다. 시스템을 이용하여 건축기획단계를 비롯한 프로젝트 전체의 업무를 지원하고 나아가 건축 프로세스의 선진화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

안전관리를 위한 BIM적용 증강현실 시스템 적용 방안에 관한 기초연구

According to the analysis report of construction fall accident, situation not installed safety facilities caused the largest of disaster in temporary structure. Therefore, actionable measures will be needed identifying the installation of safety facilities immediately. In this study proposed plan by the safety facilities to effectively visualize, supervision can be easily for reduce fall accident. This system can be used BIM and augmented reality technology by combining in the field in real-time. Through this study, safety facilities management is improved and expected to prevent a accident.
