The purpose of this study is to propose the clue of planning guideline for the elderly welfare center supporting the healthy life of the elderly through deriving the conceptual model of the elderly welfare center based on the Salutogenic Model(SM). The research method was proceeded with literature review. The meaning of Sense of Coherence(SOC) and Generalised Resistance Resources(GRR) which constitute Salutogenic Model is established. The correlation between SOC and GRR is analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the spatial planning theory with the ‘Comprehensibility’ was related to Universal Design(UD), and the spatial planning theory with the ‘Manageability’ was related to Barrier-Free Design(BFD). In addition, the spatial planning theory of ‘Meaningfulness’ was related to Bio-philic Design(BD). The three items of SOC showed different distribution according to the spatial planning theory. Therefore, the plan of the elderly welfare center needs to approach the multidimensional design methodology to enhance the SOC.
중·고등학생을 대상 마음챙김 명상 프로그램의 효과에 대한 분석

이 연구의 목적은 중·고등학생을 대상으로 실시한 국내 마음챙김 명상 프로그램의 효과에 대해 살펴보고자 함에 있다. 이에 따라 마음챙김 효과 영역을 정서적, 행동적 영역으로 분류하여 각 영역별 효과를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 마음챙김 명상이 자아탄력성과 주의집중력을 증가시키고, 자살사고와 통증을 감소시키는 데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마음챙김 명상의 효과가 우울, 불안, 분노를 감소시키고, 심리적 안녕감, 자아 존중감, 자기 효능감, 심리적 수용 수준을 증가시키는 데는 서로 상반되는 결과가 나타났다. 셋째, 마음챙김 명상이 낙관성을 증진시키고, 충동성, 공격성, 폭식행동을 감소시키는 데는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 이 연구에서는 마음챙김의 명상의 개입 효과를 증진시키기 위해서는 마음챙김 명상에 영향을 미치는 여러 요인들을 고려할 필요가 있으며, 체계적이고 과학적인 검토의 필요성이 있다. The purpose of this study was to review effectiveness of mindfulness-based intervention programs. There were 2 categories of effective and behavioral area. Research results are as follows ; First, mindfulness-based intervention programs increased ego-resilience, concentration, and decreased suicidal ideation and pain. Second, mindfulness-based intervention programs showed conflicting results about depression, anxiety, anger, psychological well-being, selfesteem, elf-efficacy and acceptance. Third, mindfulness-based intervention programs had no effect on increasing optimism and decreasing aggression, impulsiveness, and binge eating. As such results showed, to improve mindfulness-based intervention programs, mindfulness mediation have to consider various factors that affect mindfulness-based intervention. Systematic and scientific meta-analysis is needed on mindfulness mediation.
최적타이어 힘분배를 이용한 독립 조향 4륜구동 전기차량의 선회 운동 향상

Electric vehicles can have an advantage as an independent control of each wheel .Using of independent steering and driving system, the 4-wheel vehicle can improve a performance better than conventional vehicle. This steering enhances the maneuverability using motor control. This paper describes a 4WD vehicle, consists of three parts; Vehicle Model, Control Algorithm for Independent Steering and Simulation. First, vehicle model is application of TruckSim software for 4WD. Second, Independent steering control algorithm describes the optimum tire force distribution method. Last is simulation and verification.
인-휠 후륜구동 전기자동차의 독립구동 제어를 이용한 선회 성능 향상에 관한 연구

With the recent advancement of control method and battery technology, the electric vehicle have been researched to replace the conventional vehicle with electric vehicle with the view point of the environmental concerns and energy conservation. An electric vehicle which is equipped with the in-wheel motors has some advantages in terms of control. For example, the different torque which generated by left and right wheels directly can make yaw moment of vehicle with steering angle and it can improve the vehicle stability in cornering. This is called direct yaw moment control. In this paper, we consider a method for improving the stability of In-wheel motored electric vehicle with the direct yaw moment control. We also apply yaw moment observer to estimate the moment generated by the tire and the road contact. Simulation results show that the method can improve the stability of In-wheel motored electric vehicle in cornering.

This paper propose the tire force distribution method for a rear wheel drive electric vehicle with in-wheel motor and evaluate the energy saving performance. This tire force distribution method is developed to improve the vehicle stability under the high speed cornering condition. The vehicle control algorithm consists of direct yaw moment control and tire force distribution method. The direct yaw moment control is designed to obtain reference yaw rate and yaw moment. It is defined by steering input and 2-DOF vehicle model and has a model-based control. The tire force distribution method calculates the desired longitudinal tire forces at left and right wheel using the yaw moment and total desired longitudinal force from the acceleration pedal signal. The calculated tire longitudinal forces at the left and right wheel are compared with the maximum longitudinal tire forces and are controlled by it. The maximum longitudinal tire force is calculated by friction circle theory. The proposed tire force distribution method is verified by the simulation using CarSim software. And it is found from simulation results that the proposed method provides improvement vehicle stability and saving the energy under the high speed cornering condition.

본 논문에서는 정보화 사회에 있어서 E-mail 사용의 확산과 그에 따라 발생하는 컴퓨터 바이러스, 웜, 스팸메일 등의 출현에 따른 문제의 예방책으로써 메일서버스캐너를 제시한다. 이러한 필요성에 기반하여 기존의 개발된 메일스캐너의 개념을 이해하고 기능을 분석한다. 기능 분석을 통해 각각의 메일스캐너의 단점을 개선하고 장점을 강화하는 등의 새롭게 보강된 메일서버스캐너 기술을 제안한다.

This paper presents the integrated trajectory planner and controller for the waypoint tracking of autonomous vehicles. In the case of that there are no driving lanes, the trajectory should be planned for the vehicle. However, because of the nonholonomic constraint which renders the motion orthogonal to the vehicle’s forward direction is impossible, the trajectory planning and the control problems are becoming complicated. To solve these problems, the trajectory planning and control are integrated using the flatness property of the kinematic model of the vehicle. And with the given waypoints, the waypoint tracking algorithm is proposed to plan the trajectory for the next waypoint. Therefore the vehicle follows the waypoints in order. Finally, the performance of the proposed method is tested through simulation.
