Recently, from a saving energy and environmental lighting sources point of view, using LED lighting have been increased rapidly. The colors of light was applied to the control of dimmers that is composed of red, green, blue, and white(RGBW) to improve the quality of visual environment. Moreover this study has been processed to develop adjustable dynamic LED lighting system on SPD and definitize the various spectral power distribution and color temperature of light through the control of the four dimmers. It is possible to combine up to 432⁴ kinds of light. Measurement of illuminance of range on working surface was as 7~1,831 lux. Application of visual environment for occupants can be expected according to control of lighting performance.

The trend for building is large-scale and high-rise. Because of the trend, the energy consumption is becoming bigger than before. Nowadays, HVAC system design are recognized as the solution for a energy-saving. This paper is focused on the energy performance evaluation of central air-conditioning system and personal HVAC system that were applied to the office building.

High economic growth causes increase of the building energy consumption. The energy consumption for HVAC system accounts for 40∼50% of the whole building consumption. The trend for building is large-scale and high-rise. Because of the trend, the energy consumption is becoming bigger than before. Nowadays, HVAC system design are recognized as the solution for a energy-saving. This paper is focused on the energy performance evaluation of central airconditioning system(water-based) and system air-conditioning that were applied to the office building. The systems are modeled and simulated by using EnergyPlus Software 6.0. After the Simulation, annual cooling and heating energy consumption were calculated. It was found that the system air-conditioning can reduce the energy consumption approximately 55.24% annually compared with the central air-conditioning system(water-cooled). In addition, about 46.13% of annual operating costs can be reduced by use of system air-conditioning.
EnergyPlus 기반의 건물에너지 해석 프로그램간의 차이 및 보정

The purpose of the paper is to secure reliable simulations using BIM building energy simulation programs based on EnergyPlus. DesignBuilder and OpenStudio were selected in this study. The initial result shows that there was a distinct difference between DesignBuilder and OpenStudio results of the identical virtual space. After identifying differences in EnergyPlus input files between the two programs, the impacts of changes in input variables on building energy consumption were analyzed. It was found that setting temperature was the most influential factor affecting the difference in simulation results.

This research conducts a comparative analysis of the perceived importance of advancing zero energy building certification from the viewpoints of two major stakeholders - designers and building energy assessors. Both groups prioritized the importance of policy, technology, education, incentives, and promotion respectively. For designers, enhancing energy efficiency standards, developing a skilled energy workforce, and implementing an office registration system emerged as critical factors in invigorating the certification process. The findings suggest potential avenues for the government to formulate realistic strategies for boosting the certification activity.

30년 이상의 노후화 교량이 증가하는 상황에 기존 교각 점검 방식인 교량점검차, 고소작업차, 사다리차 등 인력 중심의 육안 점검 방식은 매년 인명피해와 차선통제로 인한 교통체증, 점검자의 컨디션과 숙련도에 따른 점검결과 오차의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 교각 점검 시 밀착 구동으로 외관을 촬영할 수 있는 무인 구동 장치와 촬영한 영상을 통해 균열을 검출하고 정량화 할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하여 인력 중심의 육안 점검 방식의 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.
