        중등 예비미술교사의 디자인 교육을 위한 디자인 사고 프로세스 적용 가능성 연구

        학교 교육에서 이루어지는 일반 디자인 교육은 전문 디자인 교육의 내용을 축약해서 전개되고 있다. 이러한 일반디자인 교육은 교육현장에서 시대적 변화를 반영하는 디자인 교육이 이루어지지 못하는 환경이 조성된다. 이에 본 연구자는 최근 주목을 받고 있는 디자인 사고의 적용으로 일반 디자인 교육의 방향을 찾아 보았으며. 가장 먼저 교육현장에 나아가 학습자와 호흡할 예비교사를 위한 디자인 교육으로 그 의미를 찾아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비미술교사를 양성하는 대학의 디자인 교육현황을 분석하면서 특징점이나 문제점을 살펴보았고 디자인 사고의 의미와 프로세스를 살펴봄으로 예비교사를 위한 디자인 교육으로 적용 가능성을 살펴보았다. 이러한 과정에서 본 연구자는 예비교사를 위한 디자인 교육으로 디자인 사고 프로세스의 적용이 첫째, 학습자중심의 교육, 둘째, 일반디자인 교육 내용의 범주, 셋째, 일반 디자인 교육의 효율적 구성을 이룰 수 있다는 점에서 적합의 가능성과 효과적인 디자인 교육의 방향을 형성할 것에 대한 확인을 하였다. 이렇게 진행한 금번의 연구가 학교 교육에서 이루어져야 할 일반 디자인 교육의 방향을 차별화되게 찾아주는 전환점이 되었으며 앞으로 일반 디자인 교육의 기반이 되길 기대해 본다. Most of design education contents for teaching general citizen usually have used the concise summary or the experience of some design area. Students can not catch up the social changes and the needs of the times by the design education. The meaning and solution of the design are not fixed. they change consistently. But it is hard that teachers apply the changes quickly in the environment of education system. Now I try to find the solution of the design education for general citizen through the design thinking. First, I check the possibility of the application of design thinking process for the art pre-service teacher because the art pre-service teacher will meet the several students in the future. I checked the curriculum of art education of the Universities that have the department of the art education or applied art education. I find there is no curriculum applied the design thinking and each Univ. runs their curriculum diversely. And then I survey the meaning and process of design thinking. When I survey the case of D. school and design tool kit for educator, I feel certain of the application for the design education of the art pre-service teacher. All people can learn through the process of the thinking like designer. I find the value of this application by three points. First, the art pre-service teacher will not be designer. Though they have more knowledge about design than the pre-service teacher of other departments, they are not professional designers. This is like the students of Design Thinking. Second, we can make a grade of rank of design education. The basic education and the professional education can be classified as design thinking process. Lastly third, we can use the design thinking process by the guide for composing the contents considering the needs and changes of the times. This approch makes a basement for general design education and gives a turning point we can think about education system differently.

      • 학급별 미술교과서에서 다루고 있는 시각 문화 내용 분석

        Today the Visual culture at the Art-education is often focused. It has an effect on our thinking and behavior, cultural life. And many educator look for the solution of educational problem at the integrated education. I foresee that the Visual culture is possible for us to make an integrating Art-education. So first of all I see the contents and goal of visual culture in the Art-education. The purpose of this study is to analyzing the Visual culture of Art-education in the course of study. First, I look into the course of Art-education that The Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation suggested. And I anlayze the text book of the Art-education -using at the elementary school, a junior high school, and a high school. The result of analysis describes what students are learning and what we improve the Visual culture education system. I this study will have played a role in a base of checking the system of the Visual Culture and leading the other study of the integrated education in the Art-education.

        The purpose of this study is to finding the role and prospect of the design education. Today design contains the social meaning and is the main composition of culture. But the design education is organized by the area of design like visual communication, industrial design, and space design. I think now the design education is reviewed from a social point of view. First, I divided the design education by 3 part - the course of the arts eductaion, content fo deisgn education, and metode of teaching. And analyzed those and found the social characters that the role of social education based on. I deduced three social characters of the design education ana prospecting the system of the design education in elemantery school. I hope this deducing the social characters and prospecting can be annouced the design education of the day.

        Tracheal bronchus is an aberrant bronchus that arises most often from right tracheal wall above the carina. It is a rare congenital anomaly, which is usually asymptomatic but occasionally associated with recurrent pneumonia, chronic bronchitis and bronchiectasis. Anomalies found in association with tracheal bronchi include respiratory (tracheal hypoplasia, tracheal stenosis, cystic lung lesion), gastrointestinal and musculoskeletal systems. Tracheal bronchus has been diagnosed by conventional tomography, bronchography and bronchoscopy in the past. Technical advances have greatly enhanced the utility of this diagnostic modality. So chest CT, even three-dimensional reconstruction, is of particular importance in the evaluation of mediastinal, pleural and lung parenchymal lesions. We experienced a case of duodenal atresia and tracheal bronchus in 6-month-old child who suffered from recurrent pneumonia and dyspnea. So we report with a brief review and its related literatures.

        중ㆍ고등학교 미술 교육과정에서의 산업디자인 영역의 교육내용과 역할에 대한 연구

          중학교와 고등학교 1학년 교육과정 내에서 이루어지는 산업디자인 교육을 통하여 사회 속에서의 산업디자인의 역할에 대한 충분한 이해와 가치를 파악할 수 있도록 산업디자인교육의 개념을 명확히 하며, 교육현장에서 활용할 수 있는 교육내용을 제안하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 산업디자인교육의 목적은 형성된 미적 가치기준을 배경으로 실생활에 적합하게 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위함으로 산업 사회의 공동생활에 필요한 올바른 디자인 가치를 지니도록 하여야 하며, 문화 소비자로서 디자인의 무한경쟁의 가치를 이해시켜야 한다. 대중적인 문화를 형성하고 굿 디자인의 생산을 유도하는 소비자의 역할을 하는 까닭에 대중적 차원의 사회적 가치기준을 판단할 수 있는 거시적인 안목의 학습을 포함하여야 하며, 기초적인 조형능력을 바탕으로 조화를 이루는 방법을 익히고 판단할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 체계적인 교육과정 내용을 통하여 삶의 질적 향상에 기여할 수 있는 분별력, 비판적 능력을 고양하며 문화적 정체성을 이해하고 발견하는 사회적 역할을 담당할 수 있도록 한다.   This study aims to aid in the full understanding of the role and value of industrial design in society by clarifying the concept of industrial design education contained in the art education curriculum of middle and high schools. This paper also proposes educational content and methods to be utilized in teaching practice. The purpose of industrial design education is to contribute to the proper use of artistic value standards by educating students on right design values amid living in an industrial society and to help them understand the unlimited competitive value of design for consumers of culture. As students play the role as consumers who thereby make up popular culture and lead in the production of good designs, their education should include the learning of a comprehensive viewpoint so that they can competently judge their social value and should enable them to learn how to achieve harmony and judge it based on fundamental formative ability. A systematic educational curriculum and content should enhance students’ sense of recognition and critical ability to contribute to the improvement of quality of life as well as to play a social role in understanding and determining cultural identity.

        u-Work 활성화를 위한 장소 서비스 개발의 필요성에 관한 연구

        21세기 정보시대에 U-City, U-Home, u-Work 등과 같은 유비쿼터스 환경 개념이 대두되고 있다. 그 중에서 경제·사회·문화적으로 높은 파급효과가 기대되는 u-Work는 관련 인프라 및 솔루션이 실용화 단계에 이른 혁신적 생활양식임에도 불구하고 대중적 호응이 미약하다. 이 문제를 해소하기 위해 u-Work 활성화에 대한 정부차원의 연구가 정보기술 서비스를 중심으로 진행되고 있지만, 정보기술에 의존하는 대책마련에 집중되어 있어 그 효과가 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다. 따라서 u-Work의 새로운 활성화 방안에 대한 사회적 요구에 부응하기 위해 공간디자인측면에서의 전략적 활성화 방안을 모색해보고자 하는 목적을 가지고 본 연구를 계획했다. 논의의 전개를 위해 이 연구는 첫째 u-Work에 관한 이론 고찰, 둘째 u-Work 서비스 활성화의 필요성 고찰, 셋째 u-Work 활성화를 위한 장소 서비스 개발의 필요성 고찰을 위해 문헌조사를 하였다. 이 과정에서 공간디자인이 지원할 수 있는 장소 서비스가 업무와 기업문화 그리고 공간의 조화를 바탕으로 사무환경과 인간의 밀접한 상호관계를 통한 `장소애` 형성을 유도하는 매력적 인자가 될 수 있음을 밝힐 수 있었고, 이를 전제로 u-Work 활성화를 위한 공간디자인의 실천 전략으로써 장소 서비스 개발의 필요성을 제시하였다. In the 21 Century, Information era, the notions of ubiquitous environment have come to the fore front. Amongst them, in spite of its value and necessity, the application of u-Work has not been developed since it has been focused on the technical approach. Thus, the purpose of this study is to show a necessity of a method for the promotion of u-Work through spatial design, an emotional approach, not a technical one. To do so, the references were reviewed on u-Work, u-Work service, and place service for the promotion of u-Work, especially focused on the role of office space design for the promotion of u-Work. As a result, this study showed that spatial design by place service, considering the balance between work, company culture and space, can lead to build the close relationship between office environment and human. Further it confirmed the inevitability of place service development as an emotional approach to the promotion of u-Work.

        Adenosine 부하 99mTc-MIBI 심근 관류스캔도중 나타나는 ST 절 하강과 관상동맥 질환의 중증도와의 관계

        N/A Pharmacologic coronary vasodilation in conjunct.ion with myocardial perfusion scintigraphy has become an alternative to dynamic exercise test for the diagnosis and risk stratification of coronary arter y disease, especially in patients who are unable to perform adequate exercise. Dipyridamole and adenosine have been used for pharmacologic stress t,esting with myocardial perfusion imaging. Adenosine is a potent, coronary vasodilator with rapid onset of action, short half Iife, near maximal coronary vasodilation and less serious side effects. ST segment depression has been reported in about 7-15% of patients with coronary artery disease receiving dipyridamole in conjunction with myocar dial perfusion imaging. The exact cause and clinical significance are not known. In order to evaluate ihe relationship between adenosine-induced ST segment depression dur- ing Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion scin(igraphy and the severity of coronary artery disease, we performed 99mTc-MIBI imaging after int#ravenous infusion of adenosine in 120 patients with susper,t.ed coronary artery disease. Of t.he 120 patients, 28 also performed coronary angiography. There were 24 patients with ST segment depression during 99mTc-5/IIBI scintigraphy and 96 patients without ST segment depression. Adenosine was infused intravenously at. a dose of 0.14mg/kg per minute for 6minutes and 99mTc-MIB1 was injected at 3 miinute. We then compared the hemodynamic changes, side effects, scintigraphic and angiographic findings. Heart, rate increased 90 +- 19 beats/minute in t.he group with ST depression compared with 80+16 beats/rninute in the group without ST depression(p<0.05). Baseline systolic blood pressure was significantly higher in the group with ST depression(152 +- 27 mmHg) than in the group without ST depression(140 +- 21mmHg, p<0.05). Double product, at baseline(10.90 +- 2.77 versus 9.55 +- 2.34beats/minutexmmHg) and during adenosine infusion(12.72 +- 3.89 versus 10.83+2.98 beats/minutexmrnHg) were significant,ly higher in t.he group with ST de pression(p<0.05). The incidenoe of anginal chest pain was also significantly higher in the group with ST depression(75 versus 29%, p<0.0001). The 99mTc-MIBI images were abnormal in 23(96%) patients wit.h ST segment depression and 66(69%) patients without ST segment depression(p<0.05). In patients with ST segment depression, there were more reversible per- fusion defects than in patients without ST segment depression(83 versus 55%, p<0.05). The number of abnormal segments were significantly higher in the group with ST depression(3.05 +- 2.01 versus 1.51 +- 1.45, p<0.005). In patients with ST segment depression, there were more segments of reversible perfusion defects than in patients without segment depression(2.15 +- 2. 11 versus 0.89 +- 1.24, p<0.05). There were no differences in the angiographic severity by ves sel(p, NS). We concluded that ST segment depression during 99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion scintigraphy with intravenous adenosine is related to the severity of coronary artery disease.

        6-(3,4-디클로로페닐)아미노-7-클로로-5,8-퀴놀린디온의 항진균작용 및 안전성 평가

        6-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)amino-7-chloro-5,8-quinolinedione (RCK50) was tested for antifungal activities in mice systemically infected with Candida albicans. The therapeutic potential of RCK50 was also assessed in comparison with ketoconazole. CK50 had ED50 0.22 +/- 0.01mg/kg. Ketoconazole as a positive control had ED50 6.00 +/- 1.70mg/kg. Intraperitoneally administered RCK50 at the ED50 for 7 days and 14 days reduced Candida albicans colony count in the kidneys and liver. And administered RCK50 at the ED50 for 14 days improved survival rates. The genotoxicities of RCK50 had been evaluated. RCK50 was negative in Ames test with Salmonella typhimurium and chromosomal aberration test in CHL cells. RCK50 did not show any clastogenic effect in mouse peripheral blood and was negative in mouse micronucleus assay. These results indicate that RCK50 has no genotoxic potential under these experimental conditions. Acute oral toxicity studies of RCK50 were carried out in ICR mice of both sexes. RCK50 did not show acute oral toxicities and LD50 values were over 2,850mg/kg in ICR mice.
