        태권도장의 고객접점서비스가 고객만족 및 고객 애호도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of taekwondo gym’s service encounter on customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. For this purpose, this study used convenience sampling method with the 500 subjects who visited taekwondo trainees parents in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and chose 451 questionnaires excluding 49 unsuitable for the data. For data analysis was made by PASW 18.0, performing frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results were as followings. First, service encounter had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, service encounter had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty.

        태권도장 마케팅믹스와 학부모만족, 충성도, 재등록의도 및 추천의사 간의 인과관계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine closely what of effects marketing mix of a Taekwondo gym’s has on parents-satisfaction, parents-loyalty, re-enrollments and recommendation to provide basic data to come up with different marketing Taekwondo gym. Data was analyzed through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation relative analysis and structure equation modeling were carried out using SPSS 18.0 & AMOS 18.0. As the result of analysis, first people and place have a significant effect on parents-satisfaction. Second, people have a significant effect on parents-loyalty. Third, parents-satisfaction have a significant effect on parents-loyalty, re-enrollments and recommendation. Forth, parents-loyalty have a significant effect on re-enrollments. Fifth parents-loyalty have not significant effect on recommendation. Sixth, re-enrollments have a significant effect on recommendation.

        태권도장의 서비스공정성이 고객만족, 고객신뢰 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of taekwondo gym"s service fairness on customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. For this purpose, this study used convenience sampling method with the 400 subjects who visited taekwondo trainees in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and chose 388 questionnaires excluding 12 unsuitable for the data. For data analysis was made by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 8.0, performing frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equating model. The results were as followings. First, procedure fairness and distribution fairness had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, but mutual operation fairness had no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer trust. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Fourth, customer trust had a significant effect on customer loyalty.

        태권도장 지도자 이미지가 학부모만족 및 재등록의도에 미치는 영향

        This research examines the influence of Taekwondo gym`s instructors image on parents-satisfaction and re-enrollments to understand the importance of instructors` image and to provide basic data to come up with marketing strategy. Total of 400 questionnaires were given out to parents of children who are attending Taekwondo gym in Seoul and Gyeonggo-do area and 350 questionaries were collected. And 339 questionnaires were used as the final data and the result is as follows. First, Taekwondo gym`s instructor image, parents-satisfaction and re-enrollments showed significant correlation. Second, among the sub-factors of Taekwondo gym`s instructor image, disposition, job awareness, attitude, profession factors had significant influence on parents satisfaction in order. Third, among the sub-factors of Taekwondo gym`s instructor image, role, disposition, job awareness, attitude, profession, and attitude factors had significant influence on reenrollment in order. Fourth, parents satisfaction of Taekwondo gym had significant influence on re-enrollment.
