효율적인 협업적 여과 시스템을 위한 장르 패턴 기반의 사용자 클러스터링

협업적 여과 시스템은 사용자에 대한 클러스터링을 구축한 후, 구축된 클러스터를 기반으로 사용자에게 영화를 추천한다. 하지만 사용자 클러스터링 구축에 많은 시간이 소요되고, 사용자가 평가한 영화가 피드백이 되었을 경우 재구축이 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 클러스터링의 재구축을 용이하게 하기 위해 빈발패턴 네트워크를 이용하여 클러스터링을 구축하고, 이를 협업적 여과 시스템에 적용하여 영화를 추천한다. 구축된 클러스터를 통해 사용자 클러스터를 재구축시 소요되는 시간 비용을 줄이면서, 전통적인 협업적 여과 시스템과 유사한 성능의 추천이 가능하게 되었다.

협업적 여과 시스템은 사용자에 대한 클러스터링을 구축한 후, 구축된 클러스터를 기반으로 사용자에게 아이템을 추천한다. 그러나 사용자 클러스터링 구축에 많은 시간이 소요되고, 사용자가 평가한 아이템이 피드백 되었을 경우 재구축이 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 영화 추천 시스템에서의 사용자 클러스터링의 재구축 시간을 단축시키기 위해서 빈발 패턴 네트워크를 이용하여 사용자가 선호하는 장르 패턴을 추출하고, 추출된 패턴을 통해 사용자 클러스터링을 구축한다. 구축된 사용자 클러스터링을 협업적 여과에 적용하여 사용자에게 영화를 추천한다. 사용자 정보가 피드백 될 때, 전통적 협업적 여과는 사용자 클러스터링을 재구축하기 위해 모든 이웃 사용자를 재탐색하여 클러스터링 한다. 하지만 빈발 패턴 네트워크를 이용하여 장르 패턴 기반의 사용자 클러스터링을 적용한 협업적 여과는 사용자 클러스터링을 재구축시 사용자 탐색 공간을 국한시킴으로써 탐색 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 제안하는 장르 패턴기반의 사용자 클러스터링을 통해 사용자 정보가 피드백 된 후 사용자 클러스터를 재구축시 소요되는 시간을 줄일 수 있고, 전통적인 협업적 여과 시스템과 유사한 성능의 추천이 가능하게 되었다. Collaborative filtering system is the clustering about user is built and then based on that clustering results will recommend the preferred item to the user. However, building user clustering is time consuming and also once the users evaluate and give feedback about the film then rebuilding the system is not simple. In this paper, genre pattern of movie recommendation systems is being used and in order to simplify and reduce time of rebuilding user clustering. A Frequent pattern networks is used and then extracts user preference genre patterns and through that extracted patterns user clustering will be built. Through built the clustering for all neighboring users to collaborative filtering is applied and then recommends movies to the user. When receiving user information feedback, traditional collaborative filtering is to rebuild the clustering for all neighbouring users to research and do the clustering. However by using frequent pattern Networks, through user clustering based on genre pattern, collaborative filtering is applied and when rebuilding user clustering inquiry limited by search time can be reduced. After receiving user information feedback through proposed user clustering based on genre pattern, the time that need to spent on re-establishing user clustering can be reduced and also enable the possibility of traditional collaborative filtering systems and recommendation of a similar performance.

Solutions of many landscape problems depend on area-wide assessment and interpretation of spatial and physical characteristics over the study area. The authors argue that the public awareness for an area-wide urban landscape appears to be very low due to limited chance to the information. Acknowledging these constraints, an operational, user-friendly information system has been developed by combining internet technology with GIS. In particular, integration among satellite data and digital maps takes advantage of each component, and enable the landscape structure to be visualized, interacted with and deployed all on the Web. The lm resolution IKONOS data realistically identified the major type of landscape by large scale spatial precision while TM data revealed successfully the major parameters that influence an area-wide spatial structure in the study area. This system would play a crucial role in improving the public awareness for area-wide landscape information if is operationally introduced into the Govement since the highly user-friendly interface based on image maps provides a completely new means for disseminating information for area-wide landscape in a visual and interactive manner to the general public.

본 연구는 Web GIS를 이용하여 사이버 대가야 박물관을 구축하는 것으로서, 사용자가 쉽게 접근하여 원하는 역사유적자료를 검색하고 출력할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 시스템 구축방법은 현장조사를 통한 속성자료와 지형도를 이용하여 사용자 중심의 인터페이스를 구현하고 기존의 정적인 유적검색시스템을 동적으로 변화시켜 다양한 공간정보검색과 속성 및 공간정보 질의 기능을 가능하게 하였다. 본 시스템은 다음과 같은 특징을 가지고 있는데, 첫째, 속성자료의 표현이 인터넷상의 지도에 직접적으로 가능하다. 둘째, 다양한 공간질의 및 검색이 가능하여 동적인 서비스를 제공해 준다. 셋째, 역사유적 자료와 함께 시설자료도 함께 구축하여 서비스하게 되었다. 이와 같은 시스템은 향후 지자체의 관광 및 홍보에 적극적으로 이용될 것으로 사료되며 하나의 시스템에 다양한 지역의 지도서비스가 가능하므로 비용적인 측면에서 우위를 가질 수 있다. The aim of this study is to construct Cyber Daegaya Museum using web GIS for inhabitants. Many users can access the system easily and search the historical monument data. This system is developed the interface to centers round users using the topological map, attribution data from fieldwork. It can be possible to search the various spatial information and querry the spatial information as transfer the static system to the dynamic system. The characteristics of system are as follows : First, the attribution data is displayed directly on the map. Second, it serves the dynamic service such as querry and search function. Third, it serves the facility information as well. Developed system as above, is used by means of travel information and promotion, can serve the map services of many region. so this system gets the advantage economically.
