With the advent of ubiquitous era due to proliferation of network-based teaching and testing, the computerized adaptive language test (CALT) appears to be an inevitable method of language testing in the 21st century. The validation research of CALT is mostly conducted on the basis of the oral proficiency interview (OPI) done by human raters (최인철, 2004). This validation practice utilizing human raters, however, has the inherent problem with the internal validity of research, in that OPI ratings done by human raters tend to have relatively low inter-rater and intra-rater reliability. Thus, human ratings in many cases fail to meet the rigorous criteria required by high-stakes language test. Therefore, the automatic speech recognition (ASR) technology-based simulated oral proficiency interview (SOPI) merits our attention as a viable alternative approach to human rater-based OPI. In this respect, this paper attempts to investigate the plausibility and feasibility of implementing ASR-based Oral Test by exploring the relationship between ASR-based Oral Test and native speaker raters, and finally CALT that has been validated by human rater-based OPI. The findings are so revealing that it warrants more large-scale experiment in which more sophisticated ASR-based test employs more valid tasks.

There are at least fourty two craft shops for china and wood so on in Kyungju area. Most of these shops have small size employees, poor facilities and capital, so these shops show a pattern of small scale business. The purpose of this study is to suggest a solution to problems for the development of ceramic craft goods and shops which I have investigated in Kyungju area. This study may contribute to their effective development. There is few kinds of items available, but it is determined by each orders in general. The products have any special and identified caharacter in design by each shops which include twenty-four sites. The main contents include as follows: First, this study performed a field survey for the present conditions of craft shops. Second, overall examination into the actual quality characteristics of produced goods are implemented. And finally suggest a solution to mentioned problems in products and shops based on the results from the above mentioned research process.
고양이에서 출혈성 쇽 유발후 투여한 THAM 과 Sodium Bicarbonate 가 소화관 점막 산소환에 미치는 영향

Background: In hypovolemic shock, multiple organ failure is caused by translocation of endotoxins and microorganisms from the ischemic gut mucosa. Therefore, much attention has been paid to the gut mucosa oxygenation in shock resuscitation. The current guidelines on cardiopulmonary resuscitation restrain the use of sodium bicarbonate due to paradoxical intracellular acidosis. Because THAM, CO₂ - consuming agent, does not produce CO₂ and induce intracellular acidosis, THAM has been known as a effective buffering agent. This study was purposed to investigate the effect of THAM and sodium bicarbonate on the gut mucosa oxygenation in cats which were in hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation. Methods: 18 anesthetized cats were subjected to hemorrhage to decrease the mean arterial blood pressure to 35-45 mmHg and this blood pressure was maintained for 120 minutes. After 90minutes, we infused 1.945% hypertonic saline, 2.8% sodium bicarbonate and 0.3M THAM as same volume and osmolality. Mean arterial pressure(MAP), mesenteric arterial-venous pH differences[pH(a-v)], mesenteric venous oxygen tension(PvO₂), mesenteric arterial-venous carbon dioxide tension differences[P(v-a)CO₂], mesenteric arterial-venous lactate differences[Lactate(v-a)] were measured 1, 5, 15, 30 minutes after drug infusion and 30, 60 minutes after reperfusion. Results: There were no statistical significances in MAP, pH(a-v), PvO₂, Lactate(v-a) among the three groups. There were significant differences in P(v-a)CO₂ and ETCO₂ between sodium bicarbonate group and THAM group. Conclusions: This study suggest that THAM and sodium bicarbonate do not have significant effects on the tissue oxygenation and hemodynamic improvement in hypovolemic shock. We suppose that THAM does not produce carbon dioxide but may correct intracellular acidosis.
Emerging roles of Tcfap2c during early embryogenesis in the mouse

배아발생초기에 분화되는 영양외배엽(TE:trophectoderm)은 태반형성에 기여하는 첫 번째 세포 종류 (type)으로 생식과정에 중요한 역할을 한다. 내부세포괴(ICM)과 더불어 TE로 분화되기 위한 세포운명(cell fate)을 조절하는 전사인자(transcription factor)에 대한 연구는 생쥐, 가축, 인간 등에 대해서 많이 연구 되어 왔다. 하지만 구조형태학적 측면에서 살펴보면 TE의 상피세포화와 포배강 형성에 관한 연구는 주로 tight junction 단백질, 이온 경사 및 물 이동 통로 단백질 등 직접 관련된 개별 유전자/단백질에 대한 연구만 진행되었지만 이들 유전자의 발현을 조절하는 전사인자에 대한 연구는 보고되지 않았다. 본 연구는 RNA 간섭 방법을 이용하여 tight junction과 포배강 형성에 필요한 유전자의 전사인자인 Tcfap2c을 규명하였다. 또한 Tcfap2c는 Cdkn1a(p21)의 발현을 억제하여 상실배에서 배반포로 발달하기 위한 세포증식에 관여한다.
