The purpose of this study is to review the 20th century modern dancers' musician concepts based on the generality of art and thereby, discuss the ways to delvelop the dance art in the future. For this purpose, the viewpoints and conception of such outstanding modern dancers who provided for more revolutionary opportunities as Isadora Duncan, Mary Wigman and Merce Cunningham are analyzed to review their effects of the creativity of modern dance. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. Isadora Duncan maxmized the scope of musical possiblity by combining the dance with the pure music. 2. Mary Wigman attempted to perform a music-free dance relying on the movements themselves. 3. Merce Cunningham created a dance of a new stage art by enhancing the dance music as an independent unity and keeping a close relationship with composers. The common efforts among these three dancers can be analyzed as follows' First, they pursued in common free movements. Second, their dances were all based on the generality or the essence of dance art. Third, their dances were all supported by the fundamental spirit of modern dance or the spirit of challenge. Based on such common efforts, however, each of the dancers succeeded in creating a dance art as a new mode of expression using different musical views and approaches. Based on the above findings, the researcher has put forwards the following suggestions to enhance the value of modern dance. 1. It is necessary to perform dances in a creative way based on physical expressions and artistic generality in consideration of the essential aspects of dance art. 2. People are required to be awakened of the artistic dimension and value of the dance music. 3. As a series of educational efforts to promote the art community of dance and music, more opportunities should be given to dancers for more practical music education and musicians for more practical dance education as well as mutual participation and exchanges. 4. Those dancers showing a musical talent should be recruited to be trained on dance music to work for the development of dance music. Lastly, it is wished that dance music would be activated so much that the numebr of its favorites can increase.
지시적 심상요법이 혈압과 맥박에 미치는 효과 : 간호대학생을 대상으로 In Nursing Students

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of guided imagery on blood pressure and pulse rate. The subjects were thirty-nine nursing students in I university located in Busan, Korea. To enhance the effect of treatment, they were trained getting themselves absorbed in guided imagery on three different occasions before the study. Actually in the study, the subjects were given instruction in Mason's guided imagery for 19 minutes and 58 seconds. Blood pressure and pulse rate were measured before and after guided imagery application. The data were analyzed through paired t-test. The Results were as follows : 1) There was a significant decrease in systolic blood pressure after the use of guided imagery. 2) There was no significant decrease in diastolic blood pressure after the use of guided imagery. 3) There was a significant decrease in pulse rate after the use of guided imagery. These results indicate that guided imagery is a helpful technique for decreasing blood pressure and pulse rate, which are increased in stress condition.
당뇨병 환자를 위한 엠파워먼트 프로그램 개발 및 당뇨병 환자의 엠파워먼트 과정 경험

The purposes of this study were to develop the empowerment education program, to describe the experiences of diabetes patient's empowerment process and to develop a theoretical model of the diabetes patient's empowerment process. Method 1. : The development of the empowerment program for the diabetes patients : The strategies of the empowerment education program were enhancement of problem - solving, decision making, self-efficacy, self-control, participation and mutual support. Method 2. : According to the grounded theory methodology of Strauss and Corbin, the qualitative data was collected with in depth interviews and participants observations until its saturation when the 25 consented subjects were participating and interacting with the other subjects in the empowerment education program. Results : With the analysis of the data, 29 categories were generated. The core category generated, which was a central phenomenon of the empowerment process, was named powerlessness. The intervening conditions facilitating or impeding the empowerment process were discovered as supportive systems through the participation of group meeting, problem solving dialogue, and the knowledge deficit of self-care. The action/interaction strategies were developed as the paricipating, dialoguing, questioning, supporting system, self-controlling, self efficacy, enhancing self-esteem, stress relaxing and instillation of hope.
의료기관 구성원이 직무만족도와 자기효능감에 느끼는 감성지능의 영향 분석

본 연구에서는 의료기관 구성원들이 지각하는 감성지능이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 자기효능감의 매개효과에 대하여 확인하고자 한다. 연구의 가설을 검정하기 위하여 경기지역 의료기관 구성원(의사 제외)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 통계적 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 이용하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 구성원이 지각하는 감성지능이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향관계에서는 감성지능의 하위 요인 중 감성활용에서만 긍정적인 영향이 나타났다. 둘째, 구성원이 지각하는 감성지능이 직무만족에 미치는 영향관계에서는 감성지능의 하위 요인인 자기감성이해, 타인감성이해, 감성조절, 감성활용 모두 긍정적인 영향이 나타났다. 셋째, 구성원의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향도 긍정적으로 나타나는 것을 확인하였고, 넷째, 감성지능과 직무만족간의 자기효능감의 매개효과도 확인하였다. 따라서 구성원들의 감성지능과 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램을 도입하고 제도적 필요성이 요구된다. In this study, we would like to confirm the impact of emotional intelligence perceived by members of medical institutions on job satisfaction and the mediating effect of self-efficacy. To test the hypothesis of the study, a survey was conducted on members of medical institutions (excluding doctors) in Gyeonggi Province, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0. First of all, the research results showed a positive impact only on use of emotion among the sub-factors of emotional intelligence in the impact relationship between emotional intelligence perceived by members on self-efficacy. Second, in the impact relationship of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, which is a sub-factor of emotional intelligence, self-emotion appraisal, others' emotion appraisal, regulation of emotion, and use of emotion all showed positive effects. Third, the effect of members' self-efficacy on job satisfaction was also positive, and fourth, the mediating effect of self-efficacy between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction was also confirmed. Therefore, programs to improve members' emotional intelligence and self-efficacy are introduced and institutional needs are required.
