학부모의 스마트폰에 대한 인식과 사용환경이 양육효능감에 미치는 영향: 양육 스트레스와 과몰입을 매개로

본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰과 관련된 요인들이 부모의 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 2018년 6월 7일에서 20일 사이에 대구․경북 유아 교육기관을 이용하고 있는 부모 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, Amos 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 본 연구에서 설정한 가설 모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 부모의 양육효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 부모의 양육스트레스와 자녀의 스마트폰 과몰입으로 나타났다. 또한 스마트폰 사용환경은 양육스트레스와 자녀의 스마트폰 과몰입을 통해 양육효능감에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 양육스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 스마트폰 사용환경으로 나타났다. 자녀의 스마트폰 과몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변인으 로는 부모의 스마트폰에 대한 인식과 사용환경인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과 들을 통해 부모의 스마트폰 인식과 사용 환경에 대한 체계적인 부모교육 및 예방교육 프로그램에 대한 연구가 필요하다는 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of smartphone-related factors on parents’ parenting efficacy. To this end, data were collected from 350 parents who were using preschool educational institutions in Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas between June 7th and 20th, 2018, and conducted the Amos 18.0 program to verify the hypothesis model. The results of study indicated first that parents’ parenting stress and children s overindulgence in smartphone directly affect parents’ parenting efficacy. Also environment of using smartphone were shown to have indirect effect on parents’ parenting efficacy through parents’ parenting stress and children s overindulgence in smartphone. Second, environment of using smartphone were shown to be factors that directly affect parents’ parenting stress. Parents’ recognition about smartphone and environments of using smartphone were shown to be factors that directly affect children s overindulgence in smartphone. The results of this study suggested systematically parent education program and preventive education program for Parents’ recognition about smartphone and environments of using smartphone.

스마트폰 중독 예방 교육 프로그램이 부모와 유아의 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 효과 연구

본 연구는 스마트폰 중독 유아가 증가하고 있는 사회적 문제를 인식하고 부모와 유아를 대상으로 스마트폰 중독 예방 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과성을 검증하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 실험집단(부모 17명, 유아 17명), 비교집단(부모 17명, 유아 17명) 및 통제집단(부모 18명, 유아 18명)으로 구성하여, 실험집단의 부모와 유아, 비교집단의 유아들을 대상으로 연구자가 개발한 총 16회기의 스마트폰 중독 예방 교육 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 부모의 스마트폰 중독의 전체점수와 불안감 및 병적몰입에서 스마트폰 중독 예방 교육을 받은 실험집단의 경우 사전검사보다 사후검사에서 통계적으로 유의하게 점수가 낮아졌다. 둘째, 유아의 스마트폰 중독에서 전체점수와 대인 간 갈등의 경우 부모와 자녀가 동시에 스마트폰 교육을 받은 실험집단과 유아만 교육을 받은 비교집단의 경우 사전검사보다 사후검사에서 통계적으로 유의하게 점수가 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 스마트폰 중독 예방 교육 프로그램이 부모와 유아의 스마트폰 중독에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to recognize the social issue of increasing smartphone addicted infants and to verify the effectiveness by developing smartphone addiction prevention program. To this end, we composed experimental group (17 parents, 17 infants), comparison group (17 parents, 17 infants) and control group (18 parents, 18 infants) to conduct a total of 16 sessions of smartphone addiction prevention education program that are developed by researchers. As a first result, the case of experimental group who took the smart phone addiction prevention program is more decreased in post inspection than pre-inspection from the overall scores of parents’ smartphone addiction and anxiety and pathological immersion. Secondly, in the case of the overall score of infants’ smartphone addiction and human conflict, parents and infants of experimental group that took smartphone education and only infants of comparison group that took the education statistically shows the lower score in the post inspection than pre-inspection. The results of this study implies that smartphone addiction prevention education program has positive effects for parents and infants’ smartphone addiction.
