        빅데이터 기반 의사결정 지원을 위한 이슈이벤트 검색시스템: 소셜위즈덤

        본 논문은 빅데이터 기반 의사결정 지원 시스템인 "소셜위즈덤"에 포함된 이벤트 추출 및 이슈 이벤트 검색에 대해서 소개한다. 의사결정 지원 시스템은 경제적, 사회적 중요사항을 결정할 수 있도록 관련 정보와 인사이트(insight)를 제공하는 정보시스템을 이른다. 기존 시스템은 단지 특정 키워드 빈도나 공기하는 키워드들의 관계만을 제공하였다. 그러나 소셜위즈덤은 이벤트로 정의되는 주체(subject), 이벤트속성(event property), 객체(object)의 트리플 집합인 템플릿을 추출하여 이를 기반으로 이벤트 정보를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이벤트 추출 성능 개선과 이슈 이벤트 순위화 모델에 대해서 소개한다. 이벤트 추출 성능 개선을 위해 온톨로지와 이벤트 통합 기술에 기반한 필터링 방법에 대해서 소개하고, 변동계수를 이용한 이슈 이벤트 순위화 모델을 소개한다. 또한, 변동계수가 이슈 이벤트 순위화 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. In this paper, we introduce the issue event search system in ‘SocialWisdom’, a decision support system based on big data. A decision support system is a computer-based information system that gives information and insight to help make decisions on financial and social issues. Existing systems have given simply keyword frequency or keyword co-occurrence information. But ‘SocialWisdom’ gives information by extracting event templates from big data. An event template is a triple comprised of subject, property and object. We propose methods to improve issue event extraction and ranking based on knowledge engineering and statistical approaches. For event extraction, we introduce a filtering method based on ontologies and an event-merging technique. For event ranking, we introduce a ranking model based on the coefficient of variation. We have also conducted evaluation of the impact of the coefficient of variation on the performance of event ranking.

        비정규직 노동자의 노동통제 저항 담론 : KTX 승무원 복직운동 사례 분석

        이 연구는 담론분석을 통해 신자유주의 노동정책과 노동통제에 저항하는 노동운동을 분석했다. 이를 위해 KTX 해고 승무원들의 복직운동을 사례로 관련 성명서를 수집하고 담론을 구성하는 세부적인 키워드를 조사했다. 구체적으로 복직운동 과정에서 담론을 구성하는 세부 주제를 노사관계의 사법화, 시장기제적 억압에 저항, 노동 분절화, 사회조합주의적 노동운동으로 분류해 분석을 수행했다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비정규직·해고 노동자는 기존 노동자와는 다르게 노사 간의 협의를 하기 어려운 현실이 드러났다. 둘째, 노동통제에 대한 저항방식에서 정권별 차이가 발생했다. 민주당계 정부에서는 노동시장 지위와 분절화를 강조했으며, 보수정부에서는 법치주의에 대한 저항을 강조했다. 셋째, 비정규직 노동자들은 정치사회적 이슈와 노동운동을 결합해 새로운 연대를 만들어내는 방식으로 운동을 지속했다. 연구는 비정규직·해고자를 분석해 이들의 저항방식이 기존의 정규직 노동자들과 다른 양상을 나타냈다는 것을 보여준다. This study analyzed the labor movement that resisted neoliberal labor policy and labor control through discourse analysis. We selected the reinstatement campaign of KTX fired crew members as an example to analyze related statements and analyze detailed keywords that constitute the discourse. The detailed topics that constitute discourse in the process of reinstatement were classified into judicialization of labor-management relations, resistance to market mechanism strategy, segmented labor, and social unionist labor movements. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that it was difficult for non-regular workers and dismissed workers to consult between labor and management, unlike existing workers. Second, unlike previous studies, there were differences between governments in the method of resistance to labor control. The Democratic government emphasized labor market status and segmentation, and the conservative government emphasized resistance to the rule of law. Third, unlike previous studies that show that workers will be segmented by the neoliberal system and weakened in the way of labor movement and resistance, non-regular workers combine political and social issues and labor movements to create new solidarity. The study analyzes non-regular workers and laid-off workers and shows that their resistance methods were different from those of existing regular workers.

        The purpose of this study is to review the implication of creativity conception in the art education curriculum. It's definition is various because it seem to be complex. Firstly, the term of creativity or creativeness was analyzed within the boundary of word concept and it's inclusiveness. It restrained creativeness reconception Of course the art products of children were seen as significant data revealing both their intellectual capabilities and the quality of their adjustment to the problem of living. At the same time working with art materials - necessarily, of course, in a free, uninfluenced, spontaneous manner- was thought to provide a unique and important means of emotional therapy and creativity in art. Secondly, in this respect arts developed not only creative thinking but emotional ability. Therefore it is thought to be mental competence. Thirdly, this article explained the implication of creativity conception in the art education on the basis of previous description. It became a essential factor, one that it constrain the objectiveness in art curriculum, and one that it raise status of art education. Thus it is imperative to investigate creativity in the visual arts and art education. Therefore it is important that it be to research the implication of creativity conception in the art curriculum. and it essential that it be study it's definition

        The purpose of this study is to review Implication of Theory of Visual Thinking in Art Education If visual perception as cognition is involved in the arts, art education will give students cognitive works as well as emotional and creative experiences. This study not only have to do with senses, perception and thinking, but their relationships. Vision is the teaching of aesthetic perception. It is involved in aesthetic thought. It is necessary to make students observe aesthetics object, in particular, the work of art. arts are the resource of visual thinking. Arts have cognitive one as well as emotional creative ingredient. In these respects, it is imperative that this study investigates visual perceptual thinking-based on art education. Therefore it is of importance to note that since visual-perception works form the world to human thinking, visual thinking through arts is on the basis of artistic experience. Accordingly the formation of the conception based on simple knowledge and indication cannot achieve perceiving through the experience. It is not a visual perception. Artistic perception is required to experience the qualities of the artistic objects. It is concluded that visual perception with the extension of thinking should be an essential element of the development of art education.
