Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between childcare center teac teachers level of perceived emotional support and burnout, and to determine if this relationship is mediated by basic psychological needs. Methods: The participants were 228 teachers working at childcare centers in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. Self-reported questionnaires were used to measure teacher burnout, perceived emotional support, and basic psychological needs. Results: The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The level of burnout among was found to be negatively influenced by perceived emotional support and basic psychological needs. Perceived emotional support had a positive influence on basic psychological needs; the higher the perception of emotional support, the greater the positive influence on basic psychological needs. While perceived emotional support had a negative influence on burnout, this influence was indirect and was mediated through the basic psychological needs of the childcare teachers. Conclusion: The findings suggest that it is more useful to strengthen basic psychological needs, than to increase perceived emotional support, for preventing and reducing burnout among childcare teachers.

Accurate measurements of the microwave surface resistance (Rs) of high temperature superconductor (HTS) films are important with regard to applications of HTS materials for wireless communications. As the surface resistance values of HTS films are usually extracted from the measured unloaded quality factor ($Q_0$) of resonators made of HTS films, it is essential to measure the resonator $Q_0$ with accuracy. The $TE_{011}\;mode\;Q_0$ of sapphire resonators with the endplates made of $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-{\delta}}$(YBCO) film on $LaAlO_3$ is measured by using the S-parameter circle-fit method at a frequency of about 19.6 GHz and temperatures of 30 K to 90 K, which is compared with the measured values by using the Lorentzian-fit method. Good agreements are found between the two sets of $Q_0$ values measured by using the two different methods whether the resonator is used in a weak-coupling scheme or a strong-coupling scheme, showing reliability of both methods fur measuring the resonator $Q_0$ accurately. The $Q_0$ of sapphire resonators with a gap between the top plate and the rest of the resonator is also discussed.
마늘 첨가급식이 흰쥐의 성장 및 체성분 함량에 미치는 영향

This study was devised to observe the nutritional effects by feeding of the stock diet supplemented with garlic in Albino Rats. The male albino rats (28 heads), weighing between 70 to 80g, were used for experimental animals. They were divided into four diet groups which were the control diet group, the raw garlic 5% diet group, the steamed garlic 5% diet group, and the ethylalcohol extract 2.5% (equivalent garlic 5%) diet group. All animals of each group were maintained with the corresponding diet for 33 days, and then they were sacrificed. The diet consumption, the body weight, and the efficiency ratio of food and protein were determined during the feeding period. After sacrificing the animals, the weights of final organs were determined, and total lipid, total cholesterol, phospholipid (Inorganic phosphorus), and total nitrogen contents in liver and serum were analyzed. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The gained body weights of the dietary groups supplemented with garlic were decreased in comparison to those of the control group. 2. Food and protein effciency ratios in the raw garlic group were a little higher than those in the control group, but not significant. 2. The final weight of the liver in the EtOH Ex. garlic group was significantly heavier than that in the control group (p<0.05). The final weights of the kidney, the spleen, and the heart were not significantly different between the control group and the garlic group. 4. The total lipid contents of the liver and serum were lower in the garlic group than those in the control group. The total lipid contents of the serum in the garlic group Were significantly higher than those in the control group (p<0.01). 5. The total cholesterol contents of the liver in the raw garlic group and the steamed garlic group were significantly lower than those in the control group (p<0.01). The total cholesterol contents of the serum in the raw garlic group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). 6. The phospholipid contents of the liver and serum in the garlic supplemented diet group were increased. Especially, the phosphorus contents of the serum in garlic groups were significantly more than in the control group (p<0.01). 7. The total nitrogen contents of the liver in the raw garlic group were significantly more than those in the control group (p<0.05).
