        Improvement in prenatal ultrasonography is leading to diagnose choledochal cyst before birth and before onset of classical symptom more frequently. But, there is a controversy about optimal timing for Cyst excision of prenatally diagnosed asymptomatic choledochal cyst. To identify the most appropriate timing for surgery in prenatally diagnosed choledochal Cysts, we analyzed 6 patients who had operation for choledochal cysts within 30days after birth at the division of Pediatric Surgery, Samsung Medical Center and Inha University School of Medicine, from June 1995 to June 2002. Males were four and females 2, the mean age at operation was 11.2 days, and the median age 8.0 days. The range of gestational ages of the antenatal diagnosis of bile duct dilatation was 24 weeks to 32 weeks, mean was 38.3 weeks, and mean birth weight was 3,298.3 g. After birth, abdominal ultrasonography, hepatobiliary scintigraphy, and magnetic resonance cholangiopancratography (MRCP) were performed. Mean age at operation was 11.2 days. All patients had the cyst excision and Rouxen-Y hepaticojejunostomy. Immediate postoperative complication was not found. During the median follow-up period of 41 months, one patient was admitted due to cholangitis, and the other due to variceal bleeding. Early operative treatment of asymptomatic newborn is safe and effective to prevent developing complications later in life.

        협력 쓰기 지도가 초등학교 학생들의 쓰기 능력에 미치는 영향

        The goal of this study is to investigate the effect of cooperative writing instruction on elementary students' writing ability. 12 elementary students were instructed to write in English for 10 weeks and their writing progress was observed and analyzed. Writing activities were conducted through the process-based writing using cooperative group learning structures. Questionnaires, observation sheets and notes, interview, journal writing, and video recording were used to collect the data and quantitative and qualitative data analyses were used. The results of the study were as follows: 1) Students began to understand a real reason for writing and write for their own purposes through active interaction among their group members. 2) Students' interest and confidence in writing enhanced through cooperative writing activities. 3) Students' vocabulary knowledge and their ability of organizing content were enhanced. 4) The enhancement of using metacognitive strategies was shown through self-check and feedback activities.

        J. Js Lee 컬렉션의 미적 특성 분석

        There have been a lot of interest and expectations in discovering the next-generation designers that will play a leading role in a changed global fashion market. It is necessary to pay attention to the designer that stands out from activities internationally. Jungsun Lee, Eudon Choi, Rejina Pyo are working to launch their brand in London. Lee was selected as one of the talented emerging designers who participate in London Fashion Week currently. This paper discussed the process of the launching and growth of the brand in London and analyzed the unique and aesthetic features in Lee``s design from 2010 F/W collection to 2015 F/W collection. It conducted a literature review and interviews with Lee on these subjects. Lee was motivated to launch the brand because of personal and external factors. The characteristics of Lee``s design consist of the simple and understated forms of clean appearance, no decoration, the differentiated mystical patterns, uses of the masculine element, transformations of common materials, and asymmetric configuration. Lee tried to express the cleanism on her work instead of the minimalism. The cleanism is to complete a smooth silhouette with simplicity and to pursuit the perfection without the chore elements as Lee mentioned. Also Lee intended to represent the way of paradox and the effect of inversion through asymmetric structure. The academic discussion and analysis about the process of the brand launching overseas and about the design characteristics of the talented emerging fashion designer would be helpful to those who want to be a follow-up designer in the field of the academy and the fashion industry.

        사회적기업가정신의 구성요소와 형성과정에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 사회적기업가정신의 본질을 파악하기 위해 사회적기업가정신은 어떤 요소로 구성되고 어떤 과정을 통해 형성되는지를 탐구하기 위해 수행되었다. 우리나라의 사회적기업 관련 전문 기관과 전문가가 추천하는 인증 사회적기업을 운영하는 사회적기업가 10명을 눈덩이 표집한 뒤 심층면담하여 사회적기업가의 경험사건을 수집하였고, 사회적기업 가정신의 구성요소와 형성과정을 테마분석 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사회적기업가정신을 형성하는 공감, 혁신, 실용의 세 가지 구성요소가 도출되었고, 이들 요소는 사회적 가치 창출이라는 사회적기업 본연의 목적을 달성하기 위해 끊임없이 상호작용하면서 사회적기업가와 사회적기업을 성장시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 3요소의 역동적 관계와 지속적 확장을 가능하게 하는 기저에는 사회적기업가가 겪어 온 경험과 지향가치가자리 잡고 있다. 사회적기업가의 경험이 개인적 경험으로부터 증폭경험, 외부경험으로 확장되는 과정에서 사회적기업가정신이 형성되고 신장된다. 본 연구결과는 사회적기업가정신의 본질을 규명하고 사회적기업가정신이 타고난 것이 아닌 경험을 통해 후천적으로 육성되는 특성이라는 점을 밝힘으로써 사회적기업가를 대상으로 한 인적자원개발에 시사점을 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다. This study was conducted to grasp the essence of social entrepreneurship and to investigate how social entrepreneurs developed their social entrepreneurship. In order to answer the research questions, 10 social entrepreneurs in Korea were individually interviewed. Findings showed that social entrepreneurship was composed of compassion, innovation, and practicality. While these elements were constantly interacting to achieve the original purpose of social enterprise and social value creation, and drove the social entrepreneurs and social enterprise to grow. Personal experience and value were the underlying factors that enabled continued expansion of the social entrepreneurs. Social entrepreneurship was formed and developed through the experiences of social entrepreneurs in the process of being expanded to amplifying experience, external experience from personal experience. The results of this study provided implications for nurturing and developing social entrepreneurs by identifying the essence of social entrepreneurship and suggested that social entrepreneurship revelation was fostered by the characteristics acquired through this experience, rather than innate.

        수준별 학습지 활용 수업이 과학적 탐구 능력과 태도에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study is to make it sure how pupils` science inquiry skills and attitude are influenced when they are taught by using the work-sheets for the differentiated learning according to their ability. In order to accomplish this aim, two classes of the fourth grade in the elementary school were distinguished into two groups: one was the experimental class and the other, the comparative class. The experimental class was given 52 hours of science lessons using the above sheets, and the comparative class, the general method of teaching. In order to compare their scientific interest and learning ability of the two groups each other, pupils were tested the standardized achievement in advance. The two groups were also given ex post facto test to measure the variation of their inquiry skills and attitude after the lessons. In addition, the experimental class was tested to measure their learning attitude after they are learned the science with the sheets. The results of this study are as follows: 1. According to the percentile statistics of the science inquiry skills test between the two groups, the work-sheets for the differentiated learning helped pupils develope their inquiry skills remarkably. 2. The work-sheets did not lead to significant difference between the learning ability of boys and girls. 3. The science lesson using the work-sheets showed positive influences in increasing pupils` scientific attitude. 4. About 77.2 percent of pupils accepted the excellent records of the evaluation in the science lesson using the sheets. It can be, therefore, concluded that the science lesson using the work-sheets for differentiated learning is one of effective science lessons to increasing pupils` science inquiry skills, compared with the general teaching method.
