        This paper aims to analyze the traffic accessibility in the area of Seoul·Kyonggi Province and to find out the relations between population distribution and traffic accessibility. The materials for the study are based upon the Gun and the City population census of 1970 by EPB and national road networks in the area. Geographers have attempted to establish a set of precise measures which reflect the major characteristics of the total traffic network structures, like some techniques such as scalar sensitive analysis, maximum difference barrier analysis, dominant flow analysis, and graph theory analysis. And an interesting example of how to determine nodal accessibility is the study by W. L. Garrison, another one is that of A. Shimbel. With those techniques of Garrrson and Shimbel I analyzed the traffic urban surface, population distribution with the technique of grfavity and potential model, and population dispersion with the median centroid technique. Results are may be summarized as follows; 1. The most central place in the traffic is the place with the lowest ranking number in Shimbel's test, but with the highest ranking number in Garrison's test. 2. Using the graph valued analysis on the national road networks, the pattern of spatial organization reveals no difference between the two techniques. 3. Median center of population in Seoul·Kyonggi Provinoe centers around the Seoul National University in the 1970 population distribution. 4. Gravity and potntial map of popultion is similiar to that of the median center of population. 5. The highest accessibility area is in accord with the place where the population density is the highest, that is, in the area of metropolitan Seoul.

      • RF 스퍼터링법에 의한 (Sr_(0.85)Ca_(0.15))TiO_(3) 세라믹 박막의 제조 및 유전특성

        (Sr_(0.85)Ca_(0.15))TiO_(3)(SCT) thin films at various deposition temperature and rf power were grown by rf magnetron sputtering method on optimized Pt-based electrodes (Pt/TiN/SiO_(2)/Si). The crystallinity of the films increases with increasing deposition temperature. SCT thin films is depend on the surface morphology and crystallinity of Pt films for bottom electrode. Dielectric constant of (Sr_(0.85)Ca_(0.15))TiO_(3) thin films deposited on Si wafer substrate are larger with the increase of deposition temperature and gain size.

      • Study on the Dielectric Properties of (Sr.Ca)TiO_(3) BL Capacitors

        Microstrutures and dieletric properties of (Sr_(1-x)Ca_(x)) TiO_(3)-0.006Nb_(2)O_(5)(0.05≤x≤0.2) boundary layer ceramic were investigated. The SEM photo. and EDAX revealed that CuO was penetrated rapidly into the bulk along the grain boundaries during the annealing. The average grain sizes is continuously increased as the content of substitutional Ca is increased form 5[mol%] to 15[mon%], but the average grain size of the specimen with content of 20[mol%] Ca is slightly decreased. In the specimens with content of 10∼15[mol%] Ca, excellent dielectric propeties were obtained as follows; dielectric constant <25000,dielectric loss <0.3[%], and capacitance change rate as a function of temperature <?10[%], respectively. All specimens in this study exhibited dielectric relaxation with frequency as a function of the temperature.

      • (Sr.Ca)TiO_(3) 세라믹의 Ca의 변화량에 따른 유전완화 특성에 관한 연구

        The (Sr_(1-x) Ca_(x))TIO_(3) + 0.6[mol%]Nb_(2)O_(5) (0.05≤x≤0.2) ceramics were fabricated to form semiconducting ceramics by sintering at about 1350℃ in a reducing atmosphere(N_(2) gas), Metal oxides. CuO, was painted on the both surface of the specuments to diffuse to the grain boundary. They were annealed at 1100 [℃] for 2 hours. The 2nd phase formed by thermal diffusing from the surface lead to a very high apparent dielectric constant. According to increase of the frequency as a functional of temperature, all specimens used in this study showed the dielectric relaxation. and the relaxation frequency was above 10^(6) H_(z), it move to low frequency with increasing resistivity of grain.

        OK DAN CHOON CHON(玉丹春傳) is a classic in fiction which is read nation-wide. In its structural process, we see that this work corresponds to such narratives as THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF ON DAL(溫達說話), THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF KING MOO(武王說話), THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF BAL BOK(the story which tells of a woman who had been driven from her house, but who happened to acquire a fortune and was able to live a happy life : 쫓겨난 女人 發福說話), and THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF EY KEE (the story about a Keesaeng who posessed wisdom, fidelity, and a pure heart : 義妓說話). OK DAN CHOON CHON has its literary roots in these folk narratives. THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF EY KEE, which is similar to THE TALES OF KIM WOO HANG and THE TALES OF NOH JIN (two tales which originated from KYE SUH YA DAM), also corresponds to OK DAN CHOON CHON in the matter of theme and plot, so they are considered as having the same genealogy. THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF EY KEE, which was handed down orally, found its transformation into THE TALES OF KIM WOO HANG and THE TALES OF NOH JIN, and finally itno OK DAN CHOON CHON. These are clearly the work of Korean writers gifted with literary talent, imagination and theme consciousness. Actually, OK DAN CHOON CHON is of greater literary value than any other folk narratives because of its realistic plot and language. In OK DAN CHOON CHON, the writer appeals to mass consciousness by expressing admiration for the Keesaeng's pure heart and fidelity, by emphasizing faithfulness among friends, by protesting against discrimination because of social status, by inspiring trust in the triumph of goodness. OK DAN CHOON CHON is simply not an imitation of CHOON HYANG CHON(春香傳). The author based it on THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF EY KEE but the story is rearranged and ornamented. Both OK DAN CHOON CHON and CHOON HYANG CHON are considered to be based on THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF EY KEE. There's one theory that the old Chinese tale EE WA CHON(李娃傳) and a Chinese play OK DANG CHOON(玉堂春) had much influenced the creation of OK DANG CHOON CHOON. However, OK DAN CHOON CHON is not directly much influenced by them. Since OK DAN CHOON CHON is syntactically recomposed from THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF EY KEE, those influences are regarded only in terms of the precess of fictionalization. OK DAN CHOON CHON should rather find it literary roots in THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF ON DAL, THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF KING MOO, THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF BAL BOK, and THE FOLK NARRATIVE OF EY KEE.

        비선형 특성을 갖는 (Sr·Ca)TiO<sub>3</sub>계 세라믹의 미세구조 및 유전 특성

        In this paper, the microstructure and the dielectric properties of Sr$\_$1-x/CaxTiO$_3$(0$\leq$x$\leq$0.2)-based grain boundary layer ceramics were investigated. The sintering temperature and time were 1420∼152 0$\^{C}$ and 4 hours in N$_2$ gas, respectively. The average grain size and the lattice constant were decreased with increasing content of Ca, but the average grain size was increased with increase of sintering temperature. The second phase foamed by the thermal diffusion of CuO from the surface leads to verb high apparent dielectric constant, $\xi$$\_$r/>50000 and low dielectric loss, tan$\delta$<0.05. X-ray diffraction patterns of Sr$\_$1-x/CaxTiO$_3$ exhibited cubic structure, and the peaks shifted upward and the peak intensity were decreased with x. This is due to the lattice contraction as Sr is replaced by Ca with a smaller ionic radius. The specimens treated thermal diffusion for 2hrs in 1150$\^{C}$ exhibited nonlinear current-voltage characteristic, and its nonlinear coefficient(a) was overt 7.
