Using the results analyzed by FEM(Finite Element Method), the microheaters with the stress-balanced Si₃N₄(150 nm)/SiO₂(300 nm)/Si₃N₄(150 nm) diaphragms were fabricated by silicon micromachining techniques. Pt was used as microheater materials. Pt temperature sensor was fabricated to measure the temperature of microheaters. Resistance of temperature sensor and power dissipation of microheater were measured and calculated at the various temperatures. The thermal distribution of heater was examined by a IR thermoviewer. Measured and simulated results are compared and analyzed. The temperature coefficient of resistance of heater was about 0.00379 /℃. Pt heater showed the power dissipation of about 51 mW at 300 ℃ and a uniform thermal distribution on the surface.

조성비에 따른 Pb[(Zr,Sn)Ti]NbO₃ 박막의 강유전 특성

Ferroelectric $Pb_{0.99}[(Zr_{0.6}Sn_{0.4})_{1-x}Ti_x]_{0.98}Nb_{0.02}O_3$(PNZST) thin films were deposited by a RF magnetron sputtering on $(La_{0.5}Sr_{0.5})CoO_3$(LSCO)/Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si substrate using a PNZST target with excess PbO of 10 mole%. The crystallinity and electrical properties of the thin films with various composition ratio were investigated. The thin films deposited at the substrate temperature of $500^{\circ}C$ and the power of 80 W were crystallized to a perovskite phase after rapid thermal annealing(RTA) at $650^{\circ}C$ for 10 seconds in air. A PNZST thin films with Ti of 10 mole% showed the good crystallinity and ferroelectric properties. The remanent polarization and coercive field of the PNZST capacitor were about $20\;{\mu}C/cm^2$ and 50 kV/cm, respectively. The reduction of the polarization after $2.2{\times}10^9$ switching cycles was less than 10%. 강유전 물질인 $Pb_{0.99}[(Zr_{0.6}Sn_{0.4})_{1-x}Ti_x]_{0.98}Nb_{0.02}O_3$(PNZST) 박막을 10 mole%의 과잉 PbO가 첨가된 타겟을 이용하여 $La_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_3$(LSCO)/Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si 기판상에 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법으로 증착하였다. Ti의 조성비를 변화시키면서 증착된 박막에 대하여 그 결정성과 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. 80 W의 RF 전력, $500^{\circ}C$의 기판온도에서 증착한 후, $650^{\circ}C$, 공기중에서 10초 동안 급속 열처리된 박막이 가장 우수한 페로브스카이트상으로 결정화되었다. 또한. Ti의 조성비가 10 mole%를 가지는 PNZST이 가장 우수한 결정성과 강유전 특성을 나타내었다. 이러한 박막으로 제작된 PNZST 커패시터는 약 $20\;{\mu}C/cm^2$정도의 잔류분극과 약 50 kV/cm 정도의 항전계를 나타내었으며, $2.2{\times}10^9$의 스위칭 후에도 잔류분극의 감소는 10% 미만이었다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the usefulness of psychological measurements in depression symptoms as compared with non-depressions and hwabyung. Methods: A total of 21 patients, who were diagnosed with depression and hwabyung, were evaluated by using the SCL-90-R, BDI, STAI, STAXI, ISI, HRSD, 20-Item Alexithymia Scale, BSDS and NEO-PI. Thereafter, they were statistically analyzed. Results: 1) In the results of SCL-90-R, the PST score group of hwa-byung group without depression was significantly higher when compared to the score from the depression group without hwa-byung. 2) In the results of NEO-PI, the NEO-PI-O score of hwa-byung group without depression was significantly higher when compared to the score from the depression group without hwa-byung. 3) In the results of 20-Item Alexithymia Scale, the total score and score of difficulty for identifying feelings scale from the depression group was significantly higher when compared to the score of non depression group. Conclusions: The results found are expected to serve as a useful resource for future studies when developing the instruments of oriental medical evaluations for hwa-byung.

‘나는 너를 용서한다’ - 선언으로서의 용서 -

이 글은 용서를 이유에 근거한 분노의 제거로 보는 용서에 관한 전통적인 견해를 비판하고 대안적인 견해를 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이 글은 우선 용서에 관한 전통적인 견해를 체계적으로 제시하고 있는 파멜라 히에로니미(Pamela Hieronymi)의 견해를 검토하고 이 견해가 실제로 용서가 일어나는 구체적인 상황에서 관찰되는 용서 발화의 화용론적 현상을 잘 설명하지 못한다고 비판한다. 그리고 용서를 잘못된 행위로 인해 성립한 두 당사자 간의 피해자-가해자 관계가 청산되는 것으로 보는 견해가 기존의 견해보다 더 설득력이 있다고 주장한다. In this paper I argue against a traditional view on forgiveness that regard forgiveness as forswearing resentment for proper reasons and suggest an alternative account of forgiveness. I first examine Pamela Hieronymi's account, which systematically presents a version of traditional view. And then I criticize it for not capturing the pragmatic phenomena of forgiveness-utterance that occur in concrete contexts in which forgiveness takes place. Finally, I present an alternative account of forgiveness, which I believe to be a better account, that views forgiveness as declaration that terminates the offender-victim relationship.

Objectives: The aims of this study were to examine the perceived organizational culture and job satisfaction and to determine the factors associated with job satisfaction among a public health officials. Methods: A total of 321 subjects (160 men and 161 women) conveniently selected from 1,460 public officials working at the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). The survey was conducted by selfadministered questionnaire which consisted of perceived organizational culture, job satisfaction, and socio- demographic and job-related characteristics. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to determine an association between perceived organizational culture and job satisfaction using SPSS 18.0. Results: The 40.8% of respondents perceived that the organizational culture of MFDS was a clan type, whereas only 6.2% perceived it was an adhocracy type. The mean of job satisfaction was 3.46. Moreover, those who felt the culture was adhocracy recorded the highest levels of job satisfaction. The workers who perceived their organizational culture was market or hierarchy were more discontent than those who perceived theirs was clan after adjusting for socio-demographic and job-related characteristics. Conclusions: It is desirable to transform the organizational culture at MFDS into one of clan or adhocracy type.

The fabricated PNZST capacitor had a remanent polarization value of about 20 μC/㎠ and coercive field of about 50 kV/cm. The reduction of the polarization after 2.2 X 10^9 switching cycles was less than 10 %.

ACM의 Sprague-Dawley Rat 경구 단회 투여 독성시험

Objectives: This research investigates the single oral dose toxicity of ACM in SD rats. Methods: ACMs were administered to female and male SD rats, as an oral dose of 5000 ㎎/㎏. Animals were monitored for the mortality and changes in the body weight, clinical signs and gross observation during the 14 days after dosing, upon necropsy. Results: We could not find any mortality. Compared with the control group, significant weight change was not observed in the experimental group. First day after administration, compound-colored stool was observed in all rats. After the second day of administration, the more common symptoms were not observed. There were no gross abnormalities in all cases. [ED NOTE: highlight: given the context, this is very vague] Conclusions: The results obtained in this study suggest that the approximate lethal dose of ACM in both female and male rats were considered as over 5000㎎/㎏.

경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십이 운동몰입 및 수련만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십이 수련생의 운동몰입 및 수련만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 위와 같은 연구의 목적을 살펴보기 위하여 서울·인천 경기도 지역에 위치한 경호무도 체육관에서 수련을 하고 있는 수련생 300명을 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 19부를 제외하고 총 281부를 분석에 활용하였다. 자료처리방법으로는 SPSS 23.0을 통하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 변인 간에는 모두 정(+)적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십의 비전제시가 행위몰입에, 헌신적 자세가 인지몰입에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십의 비전제시, 공동체 형성, 성장지원이 심리적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시와 성장지원이 환경적 요소 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시 그리고 공동체 형성이 신체적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시와 공동체형성이 교육적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시와 공동체형성 그리고 성장지원이 사회적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 경호무도 수련생의 운동몰입 중 인지몰입과 행위몰입 모두 수련만족도의 심리적 요소, 환경적 요소, 신체적 요소, 교육적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 요소에는 인지적 몰입만이 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 종합해보면, 경호무도 수련 시 운동몰입을 경험할 수 있도록 함으로써 다방면에 기대감을 충족시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위해서 지도자는 비전제시, 헌신자세, 공동체 형성을 위한 분위기 조성을 추구하는 서번트 리더십을 코칭방법으로 활용할 필요가 있다. The objective of this study is to examine the effects of servant leadership of security martial arts instructors on the exercise commitment and training satisfaction of trainees. To achieve the objective of this study, the data was collected from 300 trainees of security martial arts gyms located in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do regions by using the convenience sampling method. Total 281 questionnaires were used for the analysis after excluding 19 questionnaires. Using the SPSS 23.0 for data-process, this study conducted the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, all the variables showed positive(+) correlations. Second, the presentation of vision of instructors’ servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the behavioral commitment while the devoted attitude of instructors’ servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the cognitive commitment. Third, the presentation of vision, formation of community, and support for growth of instructors’ servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the psychological elements while the presentation of vision and support for growth had positive(+) effects on the environmental elements. The presentation of vision and formation of community had positive(+) effects on the physical elements while the presentation of vision and formation of community had positive(+) effects on the educational elements. The presentation of vision, formation of community, and support for growth had positive(+) effects on the social elements. Fourth, both cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment out of trainees’ exercise commitment had positive(+) effects on the psychological elements, environmental elements, physical elements, and educational elements of training satisfaction while only the cognitive commitment had positive(+) effects on the social elements. In summary, the security martial arts instructors should show the leadership like presentation of vision and devotion, and also try hard to satisfy the expectation in many areas to raise the exercise commitment.
