We systematically investigated various physical properties of epitaxial LaMnO_3 thin films fabricated on SrTiO_3 substrate by using pulsed laser deposition. In particular, we observed drastic changes in their properties when the as-grown films were annealed in a reduced-oxygen atmosphere. Whereas the as-grown LaMnO_3 film showed ferromagnetic and semiconducting properties with a small optical band gap, the LaMnO_3 films annealed at temperature higher than 700 ℃ showed antiferromagnetic and insulating properties with an enlarged band gap. The optical features also changed drastically, in that the optical transition peak shifted to a higher energy with additional fine structures. Such changes were made in a direction such that the LaMnO_3 films were more stoichiometric, indicating that the stoichiometric phase could be recovered by simple annealing of the pulsed-laser-deposited films. Finally, possibilities of the polar catastrophe scenario at the interface between LaMnO_3 and SrTiO_3 are briefly discussed.
논문(論文) : 당 황제(唐 皇帝)의 시가(詩歌) 창작(創作)과 그 시가사(詩歌史)적 의의

本論文乃以考察唐皇帝之詩作內容及其在唐詩史上之地位加之唐皇帝予唐詩繁榮之貢獻爲主旨. 究其唐皇帝中對唐詩繁榮貢獻最大者, 乃爲唐太宗, 唐玄宗, 唐德宗三家.其一, 以唐太宗而言, 其詩歌創作多達108首, 且其內容包含抒懷, 宴飮, 寫景, 邊塞, 贈答等多樣之面貌.最爲重要的是他一貫主張的所謂雅正之文學觀.此種文學觀對初唐律詩發展及其內容之影響深遠.其二, 唐玄宗乃爲唐皇帝中詩歌藝術之成就最高者.他的詩歌勝在氣勢雄偉.玄宗不但在政治, 社會, 文化方面上都積極鼓勵文人之詩歌創作, 而且采取儒家, 道家, 佛家三敎共同發展之政策, 以提供盛唐詩歌發展之思想背景.其三, 安史之亂之後, 唐德宗大大鼓勵君臣之間之唱和, 幷通過科擧選拔了許多中唐之重要詩人.故此, 考察唐皇帝詩歌創作乃爲了解唐詩繁榮原因不可忽視之一環.

Mechanical grinding followed by pulse discharge sintering was applied to fabricate n-type Bi43Se₄Te53 thermoelectric materials. Calorimetric measurements demonstrated that a Se-rich phase was developed from Bi₂(Se, Te)₃ phase after 10h of milling. However, when the milling time was extended to 25 h or longer, a Te-rich phase was formed. Hall measurements showed that the development of the Se/Te-rich phase considerably increased the carrier concentration but decreased the carrier mobility. The oxygen contamination in the smashed powders was also an important consideration for the degeneration of the figure of merit of the sintered samples.
In uence of Fe3O4 on the BiSb4Te7.5 Thermoelectric Materials Prepared by Mechanical Alloying

Because of their high figure of merit (Z) value, bismuth antimony tellurides are widely used in various thermoelectric cooling devices operating at temperatures near room temperature. The in uence of Fe3O4 (0 ~ 0.1 wt.%) addition on the thermoelectric properties of p-type BiSb4Te7.5 alloy is reported. Specimens were fabricated by mechanical alloying and pulse discharge sintering. The electrical conductivity and the power factor were decreased and the Seebeck coefficient was increased with increasing Fe3O4 content. The thermal conductivity decreased with the addition of Fe3O4 and the measured value in the alloy containing 0.1 wt.% Fe3O4 was 0.814 W/Km, 20 % lower than that of the Fe3O4 free alloy. The highest Z value was, therefore, achieved in the alloy containing 0.01 wt.% Fe3O4 and was 3.1 × 10-3 /K. 沈佺期、宋之問是初唐後期之兩位優秀詩人,一般幷稱爲'沈、宋'。歷來,沈、宋一直以"硏練精切, 穩順聲勢"之"律詩"著稱於世. 換言之., 人們往往只肯定他們在詩歌格律形式方面之貢獻,而對其詩歌創作內容,却俱有不同程度上'忽略'的傾向。甚至有的人將他們只看做宮廷的應制詩人。然而,實際上這충做法是有欠公允的。雖然他們創作了不少應制詩,而且,其應制詩代表着初唐同類詩歌的最高成就,不過,其應制詩却在沈、宋全部詩歌創作中所占的比重幷不大, 決不超越於他們全部詩作的四分之一。其實,在他們詩歌當中所占的比重最大的就是'述懷言志類'。尤其,在貶逐時期集中地創作的逐客추창、恨別怨離、觸景生情、或寄托老佛求得解脫等之作,乃爲其最主要的內容。應値得注意的是,他們大量創作了抒情色彩濃郁的作品,由此,在一定程度上恢復了初唐詩壇上缺乏的'詩緣情'傳統。至於山水自然之作,他們采取精煉的詩歌語言,就能做到了客觀事物描寫與主觀情性抒發的高度和諧統一,形成情景交融,渾然天成。可以說,계承六朝以來的中國山水詩歌的傳統而爲盛唐山水詩派的先河。此外,他們的邊塞詩歌也在一定程度上爲盛唐邊塞詩派形成起了良好的作用。總之,他們的詩歌包含着多樣、豊富的內容。這些都爲盛唐詩的繁榮起了흔大的推動作用。
