        쑥 수집종의 항산화력

        전국의 산과 들의 생육조건이 다양한 지역에서 생육한 약쑥, 뺑쑥, 참쑥, 제비쑥, 물쑥, 황해쑥, 더위지기, 가는잎쑥 등에 대하여 수집한 쑥 100계통을 실험에 이용하여 항산화력과 항산화 성분 함량을 비교 분석하였다. 합성 항산화제인 BHT와 비교 실험한 지질과산화 억제력을 살펴보았을때 모든 쑥 시료에서 BHT 200 ppm과 유사한 억제력을 나타내어 그 우수성을 확인할 수 있었다. 쑥 수집종 100계통의 AEAC, EDA, 총페놀함량, 플라보노이드 등을 분석한 결과 쑥 수집종의 총 페놀화합물 함량은 $156{\sim}1,767mg/100g$ 범위로 최대 10배의 함량변이를 보였는데, 총 페놀화합물의 함량이 900mg/100g 이상인 수집종은 총 20 개체였다. 플라보노이드 함량도 종간, 수집지역 간에 편차가 컸는데 $82.9{\sim}852.2mg/100g$ 범위로 변이의 폭이 컸다. 전자공여능의 경우 $13.4{\sim}95.0%$의 범위로 다양하였으며 전자공여능이 90% 이상인 수집종은 총 23개체였다. ABTS와 DPPH 라디칼을 이용한 에탄을 추출물의 항산화력 측정 결과 총 페놀화합물 함량이 높았던 대부분의 시료에서 높은 라디칼 제거능을 나타내었다. 본 연구 결과 항산화력이 우수하며 생육 특성 및 수량성이 우수한 AC-60, AC-67, AC-77을 우수 계통으로 선발하였다. One hundred Individuals that were collected from plains and mountains all around South Korea were used for this experiment. The inhibition abilities of lipid peroxidation by Artemisia spp. collections were compared with BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene). The results could be confirmed the excellency fur control of lipid peroxide level such as BHT 200 ppm in all mugwort collections. Antioxidant activity (AEAC), electron donating ability (EDA), total phenolic compound, and flavonoids of 100 Artemisia spp. collections were analyzed. Total phenolic compound contents of Artemisia spp. collections were ranged from 156 to 1,767 rng/100 g, and mugwort collections with more than 900 mg/100 g of total phenolic compound content were 20 individuals. Electron donating abilities were ranged from 13.4 to 95.0%, and mugwort collections over 90% of electron donating ability were 23 individuals. Antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts that used ABTS and DPPH radical were measured and mugwort collections with high total phenolic compound contents had high radical exclusion ability as well. Artemisia spp. collections, AC-60, AC-67, AC-77, that showed the high levels of antioxidant activities and had good growth characters and productivity, were selected for mass production.

        실리콘기름주입술을 동반한 유리체절제술 시행 후 지연 폐쇄된 황반원공 1예

        Purpose: To report a case of delayed sealing of full-thickness macular hole associated with diabetic retinopathy after vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade. Case summary: A 63-year-old woman visited our clinic complaining of decreased visual acuity in her left eye. Fundoscopy showed a full-thickness macular hole with vitreomacular traction in the left eye and bilateral proliferative diabetic retinopathy. The patient underwent uncomplicated phacoemulsification and pars plana vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade because her vision in the contralateral eye was only light perception. She was unable to maintain a prone position postoperatively due to anterior chamber hyphema. At 1.5 months after surgery, vitreomacular traction was removed but the hole was not sealed as observed on optical coherence tomography. Approximately 3 months after vitrectomy, the macular hole was sealed with minimal subfoveal fluid. At 6 months after vitrectomy, the macular hole was closed completely with no subfoveal fluid.

        간헐외사시에서 억제가 안축장 변화에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To evaluate the influence of suppression by intermittent exotropia on axial length progression. Methods: The medical records of patients with intermittent exotropia who had undergone surgery at the Korea University Medical Center from 2003 to 2010 were reviewed. The age upon visit, age at operation, visual acuity, refractive error, type of strabismus, angle of strabismic deviation, suppression test (Vectographic projector test, Reneau, France), and axial length test were analyzed. Subjects with amblyopia or anisometropia were excluded. Results: A total of 75 patients with intermittent exotropia who had definite suppression in 1 eye were identified. The mean age at visit was 6.87 ± 2.73 years and mean angle of exodeviation was 25.65 ± 6.68 / 26.17 ± 6.59 (prism diopters, distant / near). There was no statistical difference in exotropia patients’ interocular axial length value who showed suppression in 1 eye (p = 0.992 in the right-eye suppression group, and p = 0.528 in the left-eye suppression group). Conclusions: In the present study, there was no statistical difference in interocular axial length value of intermittent exotropia patients with suppression in one eye (p > 0.05).

        골프장 캐디의 직무에 대한 Q방법론적 불만 요인 분석 및 모형 구축

        This study in a variety of aspects combined the problems and dissatisfaction felt by caddies, basing on golf experts’ opinions, and analyzed them actually and positively through caddies’ subjective views such as type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ, and typeⅢ as followings. Type Ⅰ (complainers on duties) They complained that they could not go to or return from works regularly, that they were disregarded or discriminated by customers, that they sometimes went through excessive booking with those who concerned on their companies, and that they were damaged everytime customer claim occurred. In addition they complained that there is a negative recognition on the job generally. Type Ⅱ(complainers on health and duties) They complained that they were stressed by mental stress due to excessive touch with customers, that they were damaged everytime customer claim occurred, that they suffered from skin aging due to ultraviolet, they had to solve miscellaneous affairs even after work, and that they could not get benefits of basic security insurance. TypeⅢ(complainers on work system and circumstances) They complained that they could not go to or return from works conveniently, for most of golf courses were positioned in suburbs, that they were not given sufficient uniforms, that they could not communicate with the employees belonging to other departments, for they were treated discriminatively, they were damaged everytime customer claim occurred, that their status as a temporary employee brought about unstable position, frequent job changes, and low we-feeling and adaptation, and that they were not given sufficient needful equipment. Comprehensively speaking, there were the factors in common with similar meaning in type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ, and type Ⅲ, that is, they were damaged everytime customer claim occurred, and they sometimes went through excessive booking with those who concerned on their companies (companies didn’t consider on working members), which sometimes recognized to be complaint factors of golf course caddies. But, they were not meaningful so much in that they had problems in health due to irregular work time, that they needed sports facilities for their work time use, that they needed vehicles for their commute, that they didn’t get wage continuously so much, and that they didn’t get their wage at a fixed national degree.

      • 의사결정의 인식과정에 관한 오류조사

        Most of general thought pattern are not deductive thought but inductive inference based on concrete case and observation. The process of the inductive inference is used to support not only the inference of working life but also the formation of general knowledge and science theory. If we want to be rational, we should make neither logic error nor systematic error when they make a decision. In order not to make a logic error, we should distinguish a causal relationship from a correlation and should not repeat systematic errors. We may be frightened or deceived once but should not be more than once. If we are deceived once, then the cheater is said to be bad. If, however, we are deceived more than once, then we make a fool of ourselves. 진리는 절대적이고 보편적이며 영원불변한 것이 아니라 잠정적이고 오류 가능성이 있는 일종의 믿음에 불과하다. 우리에게 필요한 것은 자신의 사고에 오류가 있을 수 있으며, 이를 개선해 나가는 과정으로 인해 보다 높은 수준의 사고에 도달할 수 있다는 ‘정직한 구도자’의 마음가짐이다. 이러한 거시적인 마음가짐은 학자들의 몫이다. 본 논문에서는 체계론적 인지모형을 통해 의사결정과정의 오류를 이론적으로 검토 하고자 한다. 즉, 일반사람들은 사회현상에 관해 잘못 이해와 편견으로 의사결정시 잘못의 우를 자주 범한다. 이러한 실수를 예방하는 차원에서 의사결정 과정에 초점을 두고자 한다. 드리고 의사결정과정의 경험적 접근방법으로 “말의 표현에 따른 차이”와 “플레밍 효과”에 관해 인터뷰 자료를 통해 인식과정의 오류를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 합리적이기를 기대하는 사람은 의사결정 시 논리적 오류와 체계적인 오류를 범하지 말아야 한다. 논리적 오류의 예방을 위해서 상관관계를 혼동하는 그러한 실례를 범하지 말아야 한다. 그리고 체계적인 오류를 반복하지 않아야 한다. 한번정도는 놀라거나 속임수에 넘어갈진 몰라도 두 번은 속지 않아야 한다. 한번 속는 것은 속인 사람이 나쁘지만 두 번 속임을 당한다면 당하는 사람이 바보가 되기 때문이다.

        본 연구는 우리나라 경제 및 사회구조에 중대한 변화를 야기한 IMF(1997) 이후의 빈곤층의 증가, 그리고 그동안 소홀하게 인식되어온 빈곤여성의 복지향상 문제가 새로운 사회문제로 부각됨에 따라, 이들 빈곤여성 중 심리.정서적 지지가 크게 필요한 자활근로여성을 위한 역량강화 향상 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. OO시 O구 지역에 거주하는 여성 중 자활근로에 참가하는 국민기초생활보장수급권자를 대상으로 하여 양적․질적연구를 병행하여 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구성하였고, 검증은 개인심리적 측면과 사회적측면으로 나누어 하였다. 개인심리적측면은 자기효능감, 자아정체성을, 사회적 측면에서는 대처기제능력, 사회적 문제해결능력의 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 자활근로여성의 역량강화를 위해 개발된 본 프로그램은 자기효능감, 자아정체감, 대처기제능력, 사회적 문제해결능력의 증진 및 향상에 유의미하고 효과적인 사회복지실천적 개입 프로그램으로 입증되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 실험적․통계적․경험적 자료는 우리 실정에 적합한 자활근로여성을 위한 역량강화 프로그램의 적용에 좋은 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. I developed the ability inspiration oriented group social work program for self-sustaining working women and analyzed its effectiveness quantitatively and qualitatively. First of all, to analyze the effectiveness of the program, I divided the dependent variables into self-efficiency, self-identity, ability to cope with and the ability of social problem solving. And then, I applied the group social work program developed in this study, and analyzed whether the differences between experimental group and controlled group show a meaningful result statistically. To do this, I used t-verification and Man-Whitney verification method for the verification on hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2. And then, with a quantitative analysis like this, at the same time, I analyzed the process of ability inspiration in the group and used the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis describing the process of access activity for resource. Furthermore, I analyzed the term evaluation through a evaluation questionnaire based on the 3 question items; meaningfulness, evaluation on self and degree of contentment. The conclusion based on the results of this study is as follows. The two hypotheses developed in this study are maintained from the results of verification on these hypotheses. First, from the verification on hypothesis 1 (a group adopted ability inspiration oriented group interruption will show a much better progress in self-efficiency than a group not adopted the group interruption), experimental former test, but controlled group showed average point of 7.13. This means the meaningful difference is in self-efficiency scale point. (The more the point is, the higher a level of self-efficiency is.) Second, from the verification on hypothesis 2 (a group adopted ability inspiration oriented group interruption will show a more meaningful progress in self-identity than a group not adopted the group interruption), experimental group showed average point of 10.14 in the latter test compared with the former test, but controlled group showed average point of 4.25. This means the meaningful difference is in self-efficiency scale point. (The more the point is, the higher a level of self-efficiency is.) Third, from the verification on hypothesis 3(a group adopted ability inspiration oriented group interruption will show a more meaningful progress in the ability to cope with than a group not adopted the group interruption), experimental group showed average point of 12.29 in the latter test compared with the former test, but controlled group showed average point of 2.25. This means the meaningful difference is in group consciousness scale. (The more the point is, the stronger the ability to cope with is.) Fourth, from the verification on hypothesis 4 (a group adopted ability inspiration oriented group interruption will show a more meaningful progress in the ability of social problem solving than a group not adopted the group interruption), experimental group showed average point of 9.14 in the latter test compared with the former test, but controlled group showed average point of 3.88. This means the meaningful difference is in the ability of the social problem solving. (The more the point is, the higher a level of social problem solving is.) The result of the verification on these hypotheses suggests that experimental group showed a meaningful progress in the 4 dependent variables derived from the ability inspiration oriented social work practice.

      • 북한 보건의료법제의 특성과 한계

        북한의 헌법, 의료법, 인민보건법등 의료관련법의 분석에 의하면, “전반적인 무상치료제”, “의사담당구역제도”, “예방의학제도”, “고려의학(동의학)과 양의학과의 협진제도” 등이 주요한 특성 이었으며, 남한의 보건의료제도와는 상당한 차이가 있었다. 북한 경제가 추구해온 ‘자력갱생에 의한 자립적 민족경제’가 위기에 봉착하면서 경제의 생산성이 크게 저하되고 경제성장이 둔화되는 등 총체적으로 문제가 심각하다. 북한의 이러한 어려운 경제사정들은 향후 북한의 의료보장제도의 성장을 방해하는 주요 요인으로 작용할 것이다. 북한이 세계에 자랑하고 있는 4대 보건의료제도 역시 북한 경제의 성장과 운명을 함께 할 것으로 판단된다. 향후 통일 대비하는 차원에서의 남.북한 의료제도 일원화를 위해서라도 좀 더 실증적이고 객관적인 자료에 의한 남북한 의료제도와 법에 대한 연구와 분석이 지속적으로 요구된다. I have studied and analyzed the laws related with medical care in North Korea, which are the constitutional law of North Korea, the medical law of North Korea, the law of people’s health of North Korea, and so on. According to this analytic study, I know that “a general treatment-free system”, “a system of making doctors’ round”, “a preventive medicine system”, “a cooperative diagnosis and treatment system between Korea Medicine (Oriental Medicine) and Occidental Medicine” are the major characteristics of health-medical care system of North Korea, and also, I understand that there is a wide difference between the health-medical care system of North Korea and the health-medical care system of South Korea. The national economy that North Korea has pursued and is self-supporting, by working out its salvation by its own efforts, is passing through a very serious crisis, and, economic productivity of North Korea is awfully lowering, and, economic growth of North Korea is slowing down; therefore, generally speaking, the economic situation of North Korea is getting more and more serious. I think on the basis of this analysis that a situation fraught with difficulty of economy of North Korea would keep the medical security system of North Korea from developing in the future. So I think that the three major health-medical care systems that North Korea has taken pride in, toward the international community, would be decisively influenced by the condition of economy of North Korea. Not only to prepare for the reunification in the future, but also to centralize the health-medical care system of both South Korea and North Korea, I think that I need continuously to study and analyze the health-medical care system of both South Korea and North Korea, and the medical law of North Korea, by making the most of more positive and objective data in a coming study.

        소형 슬러시 제조기 증발기에서 슬러시 형성시 전열 특성

        Tests were conducted to obtain heat transfer coefficients during slush formation from 10% sucrose solution. The slush was made by scraping the ice formed on the cylinder. Cold brine was supplied inside of the evaporator cylinder to cool the outer surface. Below a certain brine temperature, which was -5 ℃ in this study, the solution was supercooled, and suddenly turned into ice crystals. During slush formation, the heat transfer coefficient oscillated significantly, due to periodic removal of ice chunk form the surface. The average heat transfer coefficient during slush formation was 40~70% higher than that obtained during single phase cooling. The heat transfer coefficient was also affected by the brine temperature with increasing heat transfer coefficient at higher brine temperature.

        골프장 캐디의 직무불만 척도 개발 연구

        This study, in connection with the development of golf course caddies" duty complaint scales, leaded to the conclusion as followings. The items on golf course caddies" duty complaint scale, composed of 14 items, were divided into 3 subfactors such as complaints on duty itself, problems in health, and improvement in wage system. First, the items on the factors in connection with complaint itself were composed of 7 ones such as "customers" sex violence words and behaviors", "always victims at customers" claims", "customers" human disregardfulness and discrimination", "decline in belonging feelings and adaptation due to rank anxiety and frequent job change "irregular work and commute time", "stress due to excessive contact with customers" and "discrimination from other department members and lack in communication", etc. Second, the items on the factors in connection with problems in health were composed of 4 ones such as "caddies" physical fatigue due to miscellaneous affairs after work time", "skin aging due to ultraviolet rays", "physical burden due to excessive bookings by golf courses", and problems in health due to irregular work time". Third, the items on the factors in connection with wage system improvement were composed of 3 ones such as "continuous increase in and national uniformity of caddie fee", "introduction of basic wage payment system", and "installment wage system on irregular wages".
