체계적이고 효율적인 경량전철시스템 건설 및 운영을 위해 시스템엔지니어링(SE) 기술의 적용은 필수적인 활동이 되었다. 이에 따라 사업수행과정에서 다양한 요구사항과 위험요소를 적기에 식별하고 조치하는 시스템엔지니어링 인력의 전문성이 매우 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경량전철 시스템엔지니어링 사업과 관련된 이해관계자들(획득자 및 공급자, 그리고 협력업체 등)을 위한 SE 교육교재를 개발하여 사업수행 전 및 수행과정에서 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 교육교재는 일반(공통)과정, 수행자(실무자)과정, 심화수행자(관리자)과정)으로 구분하여 개발하였다. 이는 경량전철사업의 성공과 우수한 성과 창출을 위해 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

Today, it is a time when self-help efforts are being made to increase the demand for international certification by domestic and foreign railway orderers and develop excellent railway systems for railway system and railway construction projects. Since 2011, cases of obtaining international certification related to the domestic railway system/products have been collected and analyzed through literature and Internet data and based on the analysis results, evaluation results on the acquisition of international certification in Korea are presented. Through these results, the government, research institutes, and industries will be practical reference materials for international certification-related work.

In general, an Architecture of a system is embodied as applied results of a requirement analysis of a system in early development phase. These efforts play a important role in analyzing and understanding a system considering operational, functional, and physical view and deriving a correct solution before developing the system. In this paper, the architecture of the Tube Transportation System(TTS) known as the new transportation system in Railway Domain is depicted by performance parameter has already developed. The existing performance parameters are shown by a variety of types with many meanings rather than types of general requirements refined. As these early performance parameters have analyzed and complemented to a level of requirement by requirement managers and other domain specialists, the architecture of the Tube Transportation System was developed systematically and then system requirements will be drawn up definitely. The presented architecture will provide a framework of developing a TTS and also offer an information in performance analysis of TTS.

Due to the nature of the long-term project of a Railway business, Many problems have been arisen in the process of delivering products or systems verified by suppliers to the customer's operation site. Unexpectedly, it is often necessary for the verified products to store intermediately at the supplier's site for a variety of reasons, such as delays in business and delays in civil engineering, at the time of sending them to the customer's operation site. In this study, the intermediate storage process for finding and solving problems related to intermediate storage was presented focusing on the Rolling Stock of Railway System by reference to ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015. A suitable intermediate storage process based on the developed product or system's characteristics will allow the verified products or systems to be placed on the customer's operation site and to meet the customer's product or system requirements.

Today, the market and customer requirements for safety-related products in the Railway industry are continuously increasing, and companies that supply these products continue to make related efforts. However, the international standard requirements for making safety-related products are high, so small and medium-sized business companies are having difficulty developing them due to problems in time and cost to achieve them. This study examined government-centered international certificate policies and cases and suggested improvement measures based on the research results. In addition to supporting international certification costs, the government needs to expand technical consulting and expert training for them to solve problems in obtaining an international certificate.

As a government agency or the Government-donated Research Institute or industrial research institute is intended to develop a product or to construct a system such as a railway safety systems by research and development process, a life cycle model leading a product development or a research and development is essential to them to systematically and effectively progress it. In this paper, the refined life cycle model to effectively conduct the national railway safety project consists of the life cycle phases and their detail descriptions with reference to other life cycle model in the international standard and the other national guidance and other industrial domain such as ship-building, weapon system, and aerospace areas, the proposed life cycle model in the paper considerably reflects the characteristics of the traditional research and development project in railway safety domain. A guidance of a life cycle model which based on lots of the life cycle model in other domains proposes additionally.
국제표준기반의 철도 RAMS와 인증 프로세스 소개 및 그 적용사례

The RAMS Process is the Internationally required activity to secure Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety of system which will be acquired as customer requirements. The importance are situations that have been growing gradually. Specially, When developing railway system, the needs of customer about RAMS Process has been being proposed in a variety of railroad business. Through this paper, It introduces the international standards described the RAMS Process and also presents the requirements that should have to comply with it. Furthermore, the necessary activities to get certificate of a Railway system are suggested and not only the various acquisition cases of certificate but also lessons learned by cases in the field of railway signalling system are presented.

In this paper, there is the case study which assesses the systems engineering capability maturity of the safety organization that performs the Railway Safety project using systems engineering method. To In ore effective and efficient a research and development to railway safety domain, a new research and development method can be progressively needed such as systems engineering. To assess quantitatively research of systems engineering efforts in the railway safety project, SECM(EIA/IS 731) Standard is utilized in the paper. It is by questionnaire that the capability maturity assessment is executed wit h the safety organization and staffs who performs the systems engineering activities; requirement analysis and management, interface control management. product verification and validation, and so on. As a result, the systems engineering capability level of the safety organization rises from 0 level at the initial project to 2 level after two years and all staffs give an affirmative answer about the importance and effectiveness of the systems engineering approach.
국제표준기반의 고안전성 철도신호시스템 개발을 위한 형상관리프로세스 적용사례 연구

The activities of managing and controlling the configuration of a system component over its life cycle are critical tasks in developing a high safety system as well as general system development. These configuration management activities should be defined through the management plan at the beginning of the life cycle, and should be performed continuously and systematically until the end of the project after the system or product development is completed. In this study, the configuration management process applied in the development of high safety railway signaling system was introduced and an efficient application proposals of it was proposed. In particular, configuration management through the establishment of a configuration management system based on computer tools is one of the important activities of maintaining the configuration integrity of the system or product.
