Purpose : This study was to evaluate the effects of group art therapy on Demented Old Adults's problematic behaviors. Method : The non-equivalent control group pretest- posttest quasi-experimental design was applied. An experimental group was organized with 9 subjects and a control group was consisted of 8 subjects. group art therapy was provided 23 sessions, one session was provided for 90 min per week. Result : 1. Group art therapy was effective in decreasing on Demented Old Adults' s problematic behavior. 2. Group art therapy was effective on emotional support. Conclusion : Group art therapy was found to have an effect on Demented Old Adults's problematic behaviors.

The present report aims to examine the assistive technology(AT) service operating system for the Disabled in Sweden, and will give it to NHIS(National Health Insurance Service) to manage of policy for AT service operating system. The user of AT is around 10% of the Disabled in Sweden which is introduced the AT service system to support the independence for the Disabled. To provide AT service, the role of the Ministry of Health(planning and regulation, controling Handisam and Hi as a subsidiary), County councils(providing and follow up medical AT service, operating AT service center) and Municipalities(providing general AT service) in Sweden is decentralized strictly. Specially, all the AT device is lent freely and recycled suitably for persons with Disabilities, moreover nurses, physical therapist and occupational therapist has a qualification for prescription of AT device . This finding will be the basis to improve Assistive Technology Operating System in Korea. 본 연구에서는 스웨덴의 장애인 보조기구 제공 시스템을 검토하고, 우리나라의 장애인 보장구 건강보험 급여정책 대안 마련을 위한 기초자료로서 제공하고자 하였다. 스웨덴에서는 장애인구의 약 10%가 보조기구를 사용하고 있는데, 보조기구 제공을 위해서 중앙정부, 지역정부(란스팅 21개)와 지방정부(콤뮨 290개)의 역할을 명확하게 구분하여 효율적이고 체계적으로 운영하고 있다. 보건사회부 산하의 보건복지국가위원회에서는 지식기반 지침을 개발하고, 장애인정책개발국에서는 장애인 보조기구 정책을 모니터링하며, 장애인 보조기구기술연구소에서는 보조기구 개발연구 및 평가와 보조기구 전시장을 운영한다. 또한, 지역정부(란스팅)와 지방정부(콤뮨)는 보조기구 대여 및 추후관리를 담당하는데, 지역정부(란스팅)별로 보조기구센터를 운영하며 작업치료사, 물리치료사, 심리치료사, 간호사가 처방을 담당한다. 특기할 점은 장애인 보조기구를 무료로 대여하고 추후 관리를 하고 있다는 것과 사용이 끝난 보조기구는 회수하여 재활용을 하고 있다는 것이다. 또한, 처방자격자가 장애진단 담당의(우리나라 시스템)가 아니라 지역 및 지방정부에서 고용한 전문 인력이므로 대상자의 상태를 잘 파악하여 처방을 하고 추후 관리가 가능하다는 점이다.

코로나-19 사태 장기화로 일상생활에 큰 변화가 닥치면서 발생한 우울과 무기력증 등이 발생했다. 우리 정신건강에 빨간 신호가 켜졌다는 의미이다. 이를 “코로나블루” 현상이라고 칭한다. 현재 “코로나블루” 극복을 위한 공적 및 민간 영역에서 다양한 논의를 통해 지자체별 힐링 프로그램을 진행하고 있다. 다만, 지속성, 연계성이 부족한 점이 아쉬운 상황이다. 국가, 지자체는 실효성, 개방성 있는 치유 프로그램을 개발하고, 대상자 중심 체계적인 접근이 필요하겠다. 특히, 원격 화상 상담 및 지지 프로그램을 개발하고, 상담자 교육과 지지 프로그램 운영을 위한 준비가 필요하겠다. 그 대안 중 칼 로저스 인간중심상담이론을 이용한 지지 프로그램, 빅터 프랭클 의미치료 이론을 이용한 지지 프로그램이 많은 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. The long-term coronavirus outbreak caused a major change in daily life, causing depression and lethargy. It means that our mental health is getting bad. This is called the “corona blue” phenomenon. Currently, various discussions in the public and private sectors to overcome “Corona Blue” are being conducted by local government healing programs. However, it is unfortunate that there is a lack of persistence and connectivity. Countries and provinces must develop effective, open healing programs and require a targeted systematic approach. In particular, it will be necessary to develop a remote video consultation and support program, and to be prepared for the training of consultants and the operation of the support program. Among the alternatives are support programs using Carl Rogers human-focused counseling theory, and support programs using Victor Frankel Logo therapy theory, which is considered to be of great help.

디지털 융합시대의 보건복지 인력 대상 직무교육 오픈 플랫폼 도입방안에 관한 탐색적 연구

우리는 곧 포스트 코로나 시대를 마주하게 될 것이다. 현재, 한국보건복지인력개발원에서 운영 중인 보건복지 인력 대상 직무교육 본래 목적 달성과 교육 일관성 유지를 위한 변화 혁신이 필요한 시점이다. 본 고에서는 보건·복지 직무교육 콘텐츠를 집적하여 효율적·효용성 있는 교육과정 운영을 위한 대안을 찾기 위해 국내·외 문헌고찰을 했다. 이를 통해 오픈 플랫폼 구축 가능성을 점검하고 충분한 대안으로서 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단했다. 오픈 플랫폼의 수요자는 보건복지 서비스 인력(종사자), 전문가(교수, 관련기관 공직자, 전문가 등), 대상 국민, 관련 시민사회단체 등이다. 또한, 제공자(suppliers)는 강사진(연구자, 교수, 관련기관 공직자, 전문가 등), 보건복지개발원을 포함 보건복지 관련 공공기관이 될 것이다. 보건복지 부문 직무교육 오픈 플랫폼 구축을 통해 대상자의 교육 접근성과 학습관리시스템 운영이 가능하겠다, 무엇보다도, 교육 전문가의 업무 중복과 예산 효율화에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. It is the post-corona era that we will soon face. It is time to achieve the original purpose of job training for health and welfare personnel operated by the Korea Human Resource Development Institute for Health and Welfare and to innovate change to maintain educational consistency. This study reviewed literatures to find alternatives for efficient and effective curriculum operation by integrating contents of health and welfare job education. Through this, we decided to check the possibility of building an open platform and suggest it as a sufficient alternative. It is expected that the establishment of the open platform for job education in the health and welfare sector will enable the education accessibility and the management of the learning management system of the subjects. Above all, it will contribute to the duplication of the education experts and the efficiency of the budget.
