Streptococcal pneumoniae is the second most coomon cause of meningitis in infancy and a major respiratory pathogen. It is the one of the most common cause of acquired pneumonia and otitis media in childhood. Intracranial extesion of acute otitis media occur somewhat more often from poorly pneumatized than from well-pneumatized temporal bones and in ears with a history of previous attacks of otitis media. We experienced a case of pneumococcal meningitis with 3 time recurrences in a 6 year-old male patient who had hospitalized with high fever, headache, vomiting and stupor mental state. He was diagnosed as CSF study and brain CT. Brain CT showed poorly pneumatized right mastoid region of temporal bone at that time. We report a case of pneumococcal meningitis with 3 time recurrences due to poorly pnematized mastoid region of temporal bone. A review of literatures was also presented briefly.

This paper aims to explicate the story of three empress(Iwanohime, Suseribime and Osakanoohonakatsuhime)`s jealousy, described as a very jealous empress in "Kojiki" and "Nihonsyoki" and tried a type classification of jealousy motif. This is as part of a diachronic study of jealousy motif in the Japanese classical literature. First of all jealousy in "Kojiki" is called "Uwanari-netami", which is a kind of jealousy towards to `Uwanari(new wave)` by `konami(old wave).` "Uwanari-netami` was allowed, and also necessary jealousy as a useful tool to preserve the order of the house by a `konami`. According to the review, Iwanohime and Osakanoohonakatsuhime` jealousy function as the tactics to cause damage to husband or a competitor, whereas Suseribime`s jealousy function as the tactics that goes to the harmony with his husband, These are classified based on the behaviors(the tactics) of the woman, into two types; "defensive jealousy motif(Suseribime)" and "aggressive jealousy motif(Iwanohime and Osakanoohonakatsuhime).

The incidence of neonatal herpes simplex infection appears to have increased pari passu with the increase in incidence of genital herpes simplex infection in adults. The authors experienced three cases of herpes simplex encephalitis. Both the EEG and brain MRI showed striking and characteristic changes in the investigation of the neonate suspected of having herpes simples virus encephalitis in these cases. A brief review of related literatures is included in this report.

이 연구의 목적은 초등교사의 경험에 관하여 음악교육을 중심으로 ‘교사되기’라는 관점에서 의미를 탐구하고 해석하는 것이다. 초등교사들의 음악교육 경험을 이해하기 위해 이론적 배경으로 음악교육의 가치와 음악교수역량에 대하여 살펴보고, 실제 연구를 위해 30년 이상의 교사 생활을 한 현직 초등교사 7명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 2014년 11월부터 2015년 1월까지 약 3개월에 걸쳐 연구를 진행하였으며, 자료 수집은 현장노트와 전사자료, 연구 참여자들이 제공한 수업동영상, 수업 지도안, 수업 비평문, 수업 컨설팅 자료 등을 활용하였다. 이 논문에서‘교사되기’는 이론적으로 규정한 교사 상을 넘어 교사들의 살아있는 현장의 이야기에서 교육 경험의 의미를 통해 이해할 수 있게 된다. 교사들이 경험한 배움과 교육현장에서의 실천은‘성찰적 교사’,‘전문적 교사’,‘예술적 교사’,‘협력적 교사’와 같이 네 가지 의미로 해석할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 네 개의 상위 범주는 다시 열다섯 개의 하위 범주로 구분하여 기술하였다. 교사의 학습경험은 교수의 경험으로 순환적으로 발전한다. 이는 교사가 단지 지식의 전달자로 머무는 것이 아니라 학습자로서의 경험을 통해서 성장하는 교사가 되는 것을 보여준다. 이렇게 변화한 교사는 교육현장에서 다양한 방식으로 교육을 실천하게 된다. The purpose of this study was to explore and interpret the meaning about the experience of elementary school teachers from the viewpoint of “becoming a teacher” centered on music education. In order to understand the teachers experiences, the study examined the value of music education and music teaching proficiency, and interviewed seven teachers with more than 30 years of experience as research participants. In-depth interviews were conducted over three months from November 2014 to January 2015. Field notes, transcribed materials, video clips, and consulting materials provided by research participants were utilized for the data collection. Teachers experiences and learning in the field of education were found to be the growth of teachers in the following four meanings: reflective teachers, professional teachers, artistic teachers, and cooperative teachers. The teacher’s learning experience develops cyclically with the experience of the teaching. This shows that teachers do not simply stay as forwarders of knowledge but become teachers who grow up through their experiences as learners. Teachers who change in this way will practice education in various ways in the educational field.

This research has analyzed the differentiated influence of organizational variables(an organization’s learning culture and organizational support networks) and personal variables(the individual’s motivation to learn and self-efficacy) on the process of gaining and using of knowledge. These two variables have been regarded as the major variables for the successful learning of 6Sigma, according to Social Cognitive Theory. In addition, this research has proven the role structure of the abovementioned two variables through a suitable methodology(Hierarchical Linear Model). In regard to this methodology, the different hierarchical level of the personal variable and organizational variable was especially focused on, and the effect of interaction between the high level and the low level was considered in detail. Considering the current situation, in that the importance of organizational factor and personal factor has been emphasized but the accurate role of each variable has not been verified, the research model is thought to help to establish an effective strategy to implement 6 Sigma.
근세 지식인 가이바라 에키켄(貝原益軒)의 기행문 속 지리지식과 여행의 의의* – 학문관과 여행 방식을 단서로 -

本稿は近世初期、大衆のため多数の地理書や紀行文を著した貝原益軒の 知識や学問に対する考え方がどのように紀行文にて適用されたかを見て、 彼の旅する方法と意義を考察したものである。益軒は旅行をして学問する 方法を提示している。単なる旅行先の情報にとどまらず、旅行中に向き合 う知識をどう接するべきか、という旅行の仕方であった。 木曽地路木 と 西北紀行 を中心に記述内容を考察した結果、第一に、地方特有の地勢、 気候、土産、動植物など多様にわたって、今まで未知のものを五感を通じ て経験してから自分の新しい知識とする。第二に、見聞にとどまらず、知 識や情報の正しさを確認するよう、綿密に観察や観測して調べ、実証を行 う。具体的には、自らの見聞や旅路中出会う地元の人々との問答など多様 な方法を通じて得られたものを体系的に整理する。また人の云う言葉を記 録しながらも、その是非を問い詰め、自分なりの見解を示す。益軒には、 旅行とは直ちに知識を拡大しながら知識の是非を確認する実践的知識行為 であったのである。 This article examines the method and significance of his travels, seeing how the idea for the knowledge and study of Kaibara Ekiken(貝原益軒), who wrote many geographical books and writings for the early Edo period. Traveling was significant for Ekiken as a practical act to ask immediately what they suspect and what they want to know and also to think for oneself. After examining the descriptions of “Kisojinoki(木曾路之記)” and “Seihokukikou(西北紀行)”, he first presents his own knowledge of experience through senses. There were a variety of local lands, climates, native products, animals and plants that he had not experienced, and these unfamiliar things were expanded into new knowledge through senses. Second, Ekiken examined and demonstrated the actuality through close observation to verify the accuracy of knowledge and information. As a result, for Ekiken, it was immediately clear that the trip was an actionable knowledge act to expand and verify knowledge.
