Bei der maschinellen $\"{U}bersetzung(=M\"{U})\;\"{u}bernimmt$ ein Computer die Aufgabe, Texte von einer $nat\"{u}rlichen$ Sprache in eine andere automatisch zu $\"{u}bertragen$. Die meisten $M\"{U}-Systeme$ wurden bis in die 90er Jahre $haupts\"{a}chlich$ von grossen Firmen benutzt, die viele kostenaufwendige $\"{U}bersetzungsarbeiten\;zu\;bew\"{a}ltigen$ hatten. Aber die schnelle Verbreitung des Internets in den Alltag vieler Menschen hat die Situation radikal $ge\"{a}ndert$, und zwar so, $da\ss$ ein $M\"{U}-System$ viel $h\"{a}ufiger$ verwendet wird und es auch bei individuellem Bedarf Anwendung findet. Mit zunehmendem Volumen der zu $\"{u}bersetzenden$ Texte im Internet wird die Nachfrage nach einem $M\"{U}-System\;immer\;gr\"{o}sser$. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, ein Verfahren der maschinellen $\"{U}bersetzung$ der deutschen WWW-Texte ins Koreanische zu beschreiben. Dazu habe ich versucht, zwei unterschiedliche $M\"{U}-Systeme$ zu koppeln. Das Potential dieser Methode ist vor allem deswegen zu untersuchen, weil die sogenannte Lingware fur das Koreanische und Deutsche, wie z.B. Lexikon, Grammatik, Transfer-Lexikon, nur begrenzt zur $Verf\"{u}gung$ steht. Das erste System ist das $M\"{U}-System\;SYSTRAN\;f\"{u}r$ das Sprachpaar Deutsch-Englisch, das die deutschen WWW-Texte ins Englische $\"{u}bersetzt$. Das zweite ist em $M\"{U}-System\;f\"{u}r$ das Sprachpaar Englisch-Deutsch, das die vom Deutschen ins Englische $\"{u}bersetzten$ Texte ins Koreanische $\"{u}bersetzt$. Bei der Evaluierung der $\"{U}bersetzungen$ vom Deutschen ins Koreanische konnten etwa $30\%$ der Ausgaben als korrekt bewertet werden.

무선 인터넷 서비스의 꾸준한 증가에 따라 무선환경에서 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) 서비스는 정보보호 서비스를 제공하기 위해 중요하고 기본적인 기술로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CSMP에서 VID를 사용하여 통신의 과부하를 감소시키는 인증 방법을 제시하였다. 이는 보안과 실시간 처리, 기존 인증 방법에 대한 성능을 보장한다. 보안과 실시간에서의 성능은 인증자에 의해 인증 노드를 관리함으로써 보증되며 VID를 통해 데이터 전송량을 감소시킬 수 있었다. In wireless Internet environment that demand of wireless Internet service increase steadily, wireless PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) service is appearing on stage as necessary essential base technology for information protection service offer, In this paper, we propose the method for verification to reduce the communication overload using VID to CSMP made with a goal of the performance guarantee for security and use in a real time and examine the existent certificate verification methods. The performance of security and the use in a real time is guaranteed by managing the note of authentification by the person who verifies and reducing the amount of the data transmission using VID.

Purpose: To report a case of idiopathic upper eyelid swelling with minimal response to steroid treatment treated by upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Case summary: A 69-year-old man with diabetes mellitus and smoking history, presented upper eyelid swelling in both eyes starting 5 years ago. The patient had been receiving systemic steroid treatment for idiopathic upper eyelid swelling, though each attempt to taper steroid treatment led to recurrence of eyelid swelling. In the initial examination, both upper eyelids showed swelling. For differential diagnosis, a work-up including laboratory test and computerized tomography (CT) scan of the orbit were initiated. There were no abnormalities on laboratory tests including the thyroid function test. A CT scan of the orbit was unremarkable. For managing symptoms and inflammation, smoking was stopped and steroid treatment was administered. The patient still, however, complained of discomfort and swelling. To relieve symptoms and debulk inflammatory tissue, bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed. The patient experienced reduced discomfort after the surgery. The biopsy showed no abnormalities, except for mild inflammation. Conclusions: We present a case of idiopathic upper eyelid swelling despite steroid treatment. In this case, upper eyelid blepharoplasty was used with excellent functional and cosmetic outcomes. Thus, suspension of steroid treatment in cases of patients with recurrent eyelid swelling, in spite of steroid treatment, should be considered. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2015;56(1):119-123

다국어 자동번역 기술

W-CDMA 기술의 획기적인 발전과 보급은 향후 소규모 단말기를 통한 다국어 자동 통/번역에 대한 수요를 대폭 증가시킬 것으로 예상된다. 특히 북경올림픽을 기점으로 이와 같은 기술에 대한 수요는 매우 늘어날 것으로 예측되고 있다. 이에 대비하여 각국에서는 다국어 자동통역의 근간이 되는 다국어 자동번역 기술을 국가주도 하에 경쟁적으로 진행하고 있다. 독립 응용시스템에 적용되던 다국어 자동번역 기술은 인터넷의 발전 등과 더불어 이제는 문서에 관한 통합 프로세스를 담고 있는 응용시스템의 일부로서 적용되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 다국어 자동번역 기술의 역사와 현황, 국내외 연구진들의 연구방향 등을 소개하고 향후 다국어 자동번역 기술 개발의 방향을 점검해보고자 한다.

응답시간 단축을 위한 분산 OCSP 인증서 검증 모델

무선 PKI에서 OCSP기법은 인증서 폐지·효력 정지 상태 파악을 실시간으로 정확하게 할 수 있는 특성이 있다. 그러나 많은 클라이언트들이 OCSP서버에 인증에 대한 서비스를 요청할 경우 OCSP서버의 부하는 증가하게 되고, 많은 갱신 정보들이 집중화될 때도 OCSP서버는 많은 부하를 갖게 된다. 이에 분산 OCSP서버 기법을 무선PKI에 적용함으로서 빠른 인증서 검증과 OCSP서버로의 트래픽 집중을 막고, 중앙 집중적인 구조의 많은 제약들을 분산된 OCSP서버로 해결하고자 한다. 시뮬레이션 실험 결과 분산 OCSP를 사용한 경우, OCSP 서버의 수가 늘어날 수록 서버의 부하감소와 인증서 검증 요청 평균 응답시간이 단축됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 복수의 OCSP 서버를 제공하여 자원의 분산화가 가능하며 부수적인 효과로 장애에 대한 대비로 이중화 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. OCSP has specific characters which can suspend, close, and correct in real time. But, as more clients use the OCSP server verification, more updated information is needed, which can lead to jamming in the OCSP server. To apply this technique of Distributed OCSP server so as to reduce the certificate verification OCSP from jamming. Also, the Distributed OCSP server will solve the problems of the intensive central structure. Simulation results show that the average reply time of certificate verification request and server load are reduced in the case using distributed OCSP. In addition to this advantage, resource distribution and fault tolerance are acquired because of multiple OCSP.

번역패턴 기반 한독 자동번역

Seit dem Ereignis des Tunnbaus zu Babel. versucht man, Sprachbarriere zu $\"{u}berwinden$. Eine dieser $Bem\"{u}hungen$ hat seit der 60er Jahre zur Anwendung von Computern in der $\"{U}bersetzung gef\"{u}hrt$. Bei der automatischen $\"{U}bersetzung\;\"{u}bernimmt$ der Computer die Aufgabe, Texte von einer $nat\"{u}rlichen$ Sprache in eine andere zu $\"{u}bertragen$. Die vorliegende Arbeit $besch\"{a}ftigt$ sich mit verschiedenen Arten von den sogenannten $\"{U}bersetzungspatterns\;f\"{u}r$ die automatische $\"{U}bersetzung$ Koreanisch­Deutsch. Zu den $\"{U}bersetzungspatterns\;geh\"{o}ren$ u.a. Verbphrasen-Pattern, Nominalphrasen-Pattern und Verbindungspattern. Unter 'Verbphrasen-Pattern' versteht man einen gekoppelten Subkategorisierungsrahmen der Verben zweier Sprachen. 'NominaIphrasen-Pattern' verstehen sich als $\"{U}bersetzungspattern$ der Nominalphrasen. Unter 'Verbindungs-Pattern' werden $\"{U}bersetzungspattern$ von komplexen $S\"{a}tze$ verstanden, wie z.B. Satzkoordinationen und $S\"{a}tze$ mit eingebetten $S\"{a}tzen$. Als Vorteil des Ansatzes $z\"{a}hlen$ u.a. die Wiederverwendbarkeit bzw. das leichte Management der Patterns, die $Beschreibungsm\"{o}glichkeit$ in der lexikalischen Ebene, die Generieung der naturlichen $Ziels\"{a}tze$ und die leichte Verbesserung der $\"{U}bersetzungsqualit\"{a}t$. Die in dieser Arbeit vorgestellten $\"{U}bersetzungspatterns\;k\"{o}nnen$ aIs Hilfsmittel $f\"{u}r$ Deutschunterrichte, Aufsatzhilfesysteme und elektronische Koreanisch-Deutsch $W\"{o}rterb\"{u}cher$ eingesetzt werden.

웹 영한 번역기로부터 특허 영한 번역기로의 특화 방법

본 논문에서는 웹과 같은 일반적인 도메인의 영한 자동번역기를 특허용 영한 자동번역기로 특화하는 방법에 대해 기술한다. 특허용 영한 자동번역기로의 특화는 다음과 같은 절차에 의해 이루어진다: 1) 대용량 특허 문서에 대한 언어학적 특성 분석, 2) 대용량 특허문서 대상 전문용어 추출 및 대역어 구축, 3) 기존 번역사전 대역어의 특화, 4) 특허문서 고유의 번역 패턴 추출 및 구축, 5) 언어학적 특성 분석에 따른 번역 엔진 모듈의 특화 및 개선, 6) 특화된 번역 지식 및 번역 엔진 모듈에 따른 번역률 평가. 이와 같은 절차에 의해 만들어진 특허 영한 자동번역기는 특허 전문번역가의 평가에 의해 전분야 평균 81.03%의 번역률을 내었으며, 분야별로는 기계분야(80.54%). 전기전자분야(81.58%), 화학일반분야(79.92%), 의료위생분야(80.79%), 컴퓨터분야(82.29%)의 성능을 보였으며 계속 개선 중에 있다. 현재 본 논문에서 기술된 영한 특허 자동번역 시스템은 산업자원부의 특허지원센터에서 변리사 및 특허 심사관이 영어 전기전자분야 특허 문서를 검색할 때 한국어 번역 서비스를 제공받도록 이용되고 있으며( http://www.ipac.co.kr), 2007년에는 전분야 특허문서에 대한 영한 자동번역 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.

패턴기반 영한 자동번역 시스템의 상용화를 위한 도메인 특화 방법

본 논문은 한국전자통신연구원 언어처리연구팀에서 2004년까지 개발하였던 웹문서 자동번역시스템을 2006년부터 매년 도메인별로 상용화에 성공한 사례를 기술한 것이다. 상용화가 가능하였던 주요 요인 중 하나인 도메인 특화 방법을 소개하며 이 도메인 특화 방법이 시기별로 개선되어 진화되는 모습을 기술한다. 즉 2004년의 웹문서 영한 자동번역기를 2006년에 특허문서 영한 자동번역기로 특화할 때 사용한 도메인 특화 방법이 '초기 도메인 특화 방법'이라 할 수 있는데, 이 초기의 도메인 특화 방법에 번역지식 및 번역엔진 모듈의 반자동 튜닝 방법과 자동화된 평가 방법을 추가하여 2007년에 '개선된 도메인 특화 방법'을 개발하였다. 이 '개선된 도메인 특화 방법'은 2007년에 특허문서 영한 자동번역기를 기술논문 영한 자동번역기로, 2008년에 기술논문 영한 자동번역기를 IT웹신문 영한 자동번역기로, 2009년에 IT 웹신문 영한 자동번역기를 전자우편 및 기업문서 영한 자동번역기로, 그리고 2010년에 전자우편 영한 자동번역기를 메신저 영한 자동번역기로 구현할 때 사용하였으며 그 효과는 신규 도메인용 영한 번역기를 개발하는 기간을 점차적으로 줄이게 하였으며 구현 프로세스에 일관성을 제공하였다. This paper is to describe the success case that NLP Research Team, ETRI could commercialize the domain-specific machine translation systems every year since 2006. One of the main factors to enable the commercialization was the customization method which adapts an existing system to new domain. The goal of this paper is to introduce the customization method in detail and show how the customization method has evolved according to domains. For this, we will first describe the pure customization method used to adapt an English-Korean Web MT system in 2004 to an English-Korean patent MT system in 2006. Then we will discuss the upgraded customization method that semi-automatic construction of translation knowledge, semi-automatic tuning of translation engine modules, and automatic evaluation were added to the pure customization method. This upgraded customization method could make the following commercialization possible: machine translation system for scientific paper translation in 2007, machine translation system for IT web news translation in 2008, machine translation system for business documents translation in 2009, and machine translation system for messenger translation in 2010.

센서 네트워크를 위한 가중치 기반 RR 스케줄링 기법

본 논문은 실시간 트래픽을 위한 가중치 기반 RR(Round-Robin) 스케줄링 방법을 소개한다. 제안하는 방법은 실시간 패킷 스케줄링을 필요로 하는 센서 네트워크에 적당한 우선순위 기반 방법이다. WRR(Weighted RR)에 기반한 제안 기법은 우선순위에 따라 서비스 시간에 가중치를 변경할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안한 기법이 무선 센서 네트워크에서 사용되는 기존 방법들에 비해 우수함을 볼 수 있다.
