무선통신기술의 발전 및 서비스의 보편화로 주파수자원에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 효율적인 주파수 사용에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 최근 주파수 공유 기술로 주목 받고 있는 CR 기술은 개념적으로는 주파수 대역에 상관없이 적용이 가능하지만 현재에는 TV 화이트 스페이스가 가장 적합한 대역으로 여겨지고 있다. 본 고에서는 방송주파수 대역에서 활용하고자 하는 TV 화이트 스페이스 이용 및 도입과 관련된 해외 기술기준 동향과 국내 TV 방송주파수 이용 현황 및 국내 도입을 위한 고려사항 등을 소개하고자 한다.

In case of marine engine room, work of carrying 1 ton weight of equipment is frequent for parts replacement and maintenance. however, In order to fix the chain block to the lifting lug at a height of 3 ~ 6m, it can cause uncomfortable and dangerous work such as using a heavy suspension hook separately due to the problem that the worker does not reach. As a result, there is a risk of safety accidents due to complicated operation procedures such as manual installation and demolition of the operator. In the case of conventional small cranes, there is no small crane capable of lifting more than 1 ton of equipment in a narrow space of the engine room. Also, the electric-driven small crane operated by the operator is also difficult to operate in a small space. In order to solve these drawbacks, this paper proposed a hydraulic system configuration and a simulation for the development of a small 1.5 - ton hydraulic crane capable of transporting equipment with a weight of about 1 ton in a narrow space such as a marine engine room.
