        의약분업후 건강기능성식품이 약국경영에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the best way that health functional food contributes the diversification of pharmacy management at the new point after the separation of prescribing and dispensing practice. In the question of the number of prescription paper, it was more than 200 papers (18.9%), next 100 papers (11.3%). In case of daily total sales volume except prescription fee, it was more than 1,000,000won (28.3%). About the motivation using health functional food, the reason for activation of pharmacy management was 66%. The selling method was mainly by pharmacist recommendation and consumer's need. In comparison with after and before the separation of prescribing and dispensing, more than 60% of subjects answered that sales volume was decreased and no changed. Concerning the ratio of total sales volume to health functional food within 5 years, 66% of subjects expected that it will be increased positively. The type of best pharmacy to handle health functional food was community pharmacy. These results suggest that the handling of health functional food by pharmacist will greatly increase in near futures and will be very important portion for pharmacy management.

      • 다공성 TiO<sub>2</sub>-SiO<sub>2</sub> 복합 단열재의 열전도율 평가

        We developed nano-porous $TiO_2-SiO_2$ composites (commercial name : PTI, porous titania insulator) with low thermal conductivity as thermal insulating material as well as function of photocatalyst. The objectives of this paper are, firstly, to evaluate of the thermal conductivity of the PTI powder in the temperature range from -160 to $250^{\circ}C$, secondly to evaluate of thermal conductivities of insulation materials that is applied PTI powder. The structure of the PTI powder that has the pores size of 20-30 nm and the particle diameter of 2-10 nm. The PTI had a high surface area of $400m^2/g$ and a mean pore size of $45{\AA}$, which was fairly uniform. The thermal conductivity was measured by GHP(guarded hot plate) method and HFM(heat flux method). The PTI structure is a three-dimensional network nano-structures composed by a pearl-necklace that involved a precious stone in the center of the necklace. The thermal conductivities of PTI-PX powder by the GHP and HFM were 0.0366 W/m.K, 0.0314 W/m.K at $20^{\circ}C$, respectively. This is similar to values that are proportional to the square of the absolute temperature of the thermal conductivity of static air. The thermal conductivities of insulating sheets coated with PTI powder were similar results with that of the PTI powder.

        스퍼터링 타겟용 저온 분사 Cu-15 at.%Ga 코팅 소재의 특성에 미치는 열처리 분위기의 영향

        This study attempted to manufacture a Cu-15 at.%Ga coating layer via the cold spray process and investigated the effect of heat treatment environment on the properties of cold sprayed coating material. Three kinds of heat treatment environments, $5%H_2$+argon, pure argon, and vacuum were used in this study. Annealing treatments were conducted at $200{\sim}800^{\circ}C$/1 hr. With the cold sprayed coating layer, pure ${\alpha}$-Cu and small amounts of $Ga_2O_3$ were detected in the XRD, EDS, EPMA analyses. Porosity significantly decreased and hardness also decreased with increasing annealing temperature. The inhomogeneous dendritic microstructure of cold sprayed coating material changed to the homogeneous and dense one (microstructural evolution) with annealing heat treatment. Oxides near the interface of particles could be reduced by heat treatment especially in vacuum and argon environments. Vacuum environment during heat treatment was suggested to be most effective one to improve the densification and purification properties of cold sprayed Cu-15 at.%Ga coating material.

        최근 컨버전스가 하나의 트렌드로 정착해 감에 따라, 그 동안 기기 및 기능 중심으로진행되던 디지털컨버전스가 이제는 인간, 사물, 공간을 유기적으로 통합하는 차원에서인간과 사물, 그리고 공간과 IT가 한데 어우러지는 유비쿼터스 양상으로까지 발전하고있다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 발달과 더불어 이제 유비쿼터스는 단순한 개념정립단계를 넘어 u-City, u-Health, u-교통, u-교육, u-유통/물류 등 수많은 분야에서 현실에 접목되면서 점점 더 구체화되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 기술이 가져오게 될 소위 유비쿼터스 IT 혁명은 소리없이 우리에게 다가오고 있으나, 그것이 몰고 올 변화는 우리 생활양식의 변화를 포함하여 실로 막대할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 u-IT시대를 향한 기술발전의 방향과 함께 그에 따른 관련 산업의 변화되는 모습을 예측해보고, 나아가서는 u-IT 사회를 조기에 구현하기 위해 해결되어야 할 주요한 과제들은 무엇인지를 간단하게 살펴보고자 한다.

        Raw 264.7 세포에서 유해산소 생성에 미치는 Caffeic Acid의 영향

        To investigate effect of caffeic acid on the intracellular reactive oxygen species production, we used DHE for intracellular superoxide anion production, DCF for intracellular ${H_2}{O_2}$ production and DHR for intracellular hydroperoxide production in Raw 264.7 cells. DPPH assay showed that antioxidant activity of caffeic acid with 39.5 ${\mu}M$ of ${IC}_{50}$ values was similar to that of ascorbic acid with 41.3 ${\mu}M$ of ${IC}_{50}$ values. Caffeic acid dose-dependently inhibited silica-induced ${H_2}{O_2}$ and hydroperoxide production but did not affect superoxide anion production in Raw 264.7 cells, which suggest that antioxidant effect of caffeic acid acts on the post-step of superoxide anion. On the other hand, caffeic acid showed a potent antioxidant effect in $lCuSO_4$-induced lipid peroxidation. Furthermore, plasma superoxide dismutase activity (3.43${\pm}$0.23 U/ml) in 10 mg/kg caffeic acid-fed mice was significantly higher than that (2.32${\pm}$0.24 U/ml) of control. From the above results, it is referred that caffeic acid appears to have potent anti-oxidant activity in both cell system and in vivo system.

      • 촉매 연소기용 촉매의 내구 성능 향상 연구

        The aim of this study is to improve the durability performance of catalysts for a catalytic combustor and to obtain operating conditions for stable combustion of the catalytic combustor. It was attempted to improve the durability of the catalysts by adding a promoter in order to reduce the cost of replacing Pt catalyst while maintaining stability. The main catalyst used in the study was Pt and the promoters were Ni and La. Pure Pt3/γ-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst without promoter was promoted to fast sintering states under harsh conditions and catalytic combustion was turned off, whereas the catalysts added La, Ni as promoter were showed relatively slow sintering states. It can be concluded that the promoter La, Ni effectively contributes to the improvement of the durability of the Pt catalyst, and it is possible to get longer durability and more stable duration than the conventional catalytic combustor.

      • 촉매연소기용 귀금속 촉매와 조촉매의 열적 내구특성 연구

        The purpose of the study is to investigate the thermal durability characteristics of the Pt catalyst and additives used in a catalytic combustor. The catalyst used in the experiment was based on Pt (3 wt%), and a total of 12 types were prepared using a combination of additives (Ni, La, Ce, Fe, and Co). From the results, In the fresh state, the two types of combination catalysts with the highest C<sub>3</sub>H<sub>8</sub> conversion were Pt_Ce (79.9%) at 500℃, and in the three types of combination catalysts, Pt_La_Ni (93.4%) at 500℃ had the best performance. Among aged catalysts at 850℃ and 8 hours, Pt-La-Ni and Pt-Ni-Ce catalysts showed the highest C<sub>3</sub>H<sub>8</sub> conversion of about 71% at 500℃.

        특허 인용 네트워크 분석을 통한 기술지식의 확산 경로 분석: 정보통신기술을 중심으로

        최근 다양한 기술분야에서 가속화되고 있는 기술융합은 서로 다른 기술간 지식의 교환을 통해 새로운 기술을 발견하고 이를 기존 기술 영역에 활용함으로써 이루어진다. 특히 지식집약적 기술인 정보통신기술의 경우 기술융합이 활발하게 이루어지고 있으나, 정보통신기술의 지식 확산 경로를 살펴보기 위한 데이터의 부족으로 현재까지 관련 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국의 2006년부터 2013년까지 출원된 특허 데이터와 그들의 선행특허들간의 인용관계에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 이를 통해 특허 인용 네트워크, 기술 인용 네트워크, 출원인 인용 네트워크를 도출함으로써 기술의 지식 확산 경로에 대한 다양한 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 기술간 지식 인용에 있어 정보통신기술이 주요한 역할을 수행함을 확인하였으며, 기술인용이 빈번하게 이루어지는 기술관계일수록, 정보통신기술간의 인용일수록 기술 인용에 소요되는 기간이 짧아짐을 확인하였다. 둘째, 대부분 정보통신기술은 다른 정보통신기술 혹은 물리학과 전기분야 기술과의 인용 피인용 관계가 강한 반면, 기본적 전기소자(H01)의 경우, 정보통신기술 이외의 기술과 다양한 인용 피인용 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 국내법인과 국내자연인간의 상호 기술확산이 강하게 이루어지는 것으로 나타났으며, 국내법인의 특허는 타출원인에 의해 활발히 인용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 현재 한국의 기술지식 확산경로에 대한 고찰이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 기술의 성과 측정에서도 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Technology convergence, recently accelerated in various technical fields, can be achieved by discovering a new technology while exchanging the knowledge among the different technologies and utilizing such knowledge into the existing fields of technology. In particular, technology convergence actively occurs in knowledge-intensive ICT. However, limited research is available on the routes of ICT technical knowledge diffusion because of insufficient data. Therefore, this study built a database on the citations of patent data applied from 2006 to 2013 in Korea and their cited patents. We drew a patent citation network, a technology citation network and an applicant citation network, after which we analyzed the routes of technical knowledge diffusion. Results showed that ICT played a leading role in knowledge citation among technologies and that such diffusion took a shorter time in technology citation when it occurred more frequently and when the citation occurred between ICTs. In addition, most of the ICT showed a strong citation relationship with the other ICTs or such technologies in the field of physics or electricity, whereas electric elements (H01) showed various citation relationships with technologies other than ICT. Furthermore, we found a strong technology diffusion relationship between domestic corporations and domestic natural persons. National organizations often cited the patents of other applicants, whereas the patents of domestic corporations were actively cited between domestic corporations or by other applicants. Thus, this study is expected to be useful in measuring the performance of technologies, including the diffusion to other technologies. As well as in considering the routes of technical knowledge diffusion in Korea.
