In this study, multi-finger RF MOSFET substrate parameters are accurately extracted by using S-parameters measured from common source-bulk and common source-gate test structures. Using this extraction method, the accuracy of an asymmetrical model with three substrate resistances is verified by observing better agreement with measured Y-parameters than a simple model with a single substrate resistance. The modeled S-parameters of the asymmetrical model also show excellent agreement with measured ones up to 20GHz.

In the process of construction project, calculation of quantity and cost estimation of laborer, material, equipment, and other expenses based on design documents is very important process to decide the reasonable cost of work. For the public project estimation, there are two standard estimation methods are used as quantity per unit method and actual cost data method in Korea. However, quantity per unit method, using mathematical formulas equation, couldn’t fully reflect the diversity and reality of construction work as various site conditions, characteristics of facility. etc. Therefore, this is intend to comparative analysis on the labor cost of form work in apartment house.
드레인 전압 종속 게이트-벌크 MOSFET 캐패시턴스 추출 데이터를 사용한 측면 채널 도핑 분포 측정

본 연구에서는 측정된 S-파라미터를 사용하여 드레인-소스 전압 Vds에 무관한 게이트-소스 overlap 캐패시턴스를 추출하고 이를 바탕으로 deep-submicron MOSFET의 Vds 종속 게이트-벌크 캐패시턴스 곡선을 추출하는 RF 방법이 새롭게 개발되었다. 추출된 캐패시턴스 값들을 사용한 등가회로 모델과 측정된 데이터가 잘 일치하는 것을 관찰함으로써 추출방법의 정확도가 검증되었다. 추출된 데이터로부터 overlap과 depletion 길이의 Vds 종속 곡선이 얻어졌으며 이를 통해 drain 영역의 채널 도핑 분포를 실험적으로 측정하였다. In this study a new RF method to extract the drain-source voltage Vds-dependent gate-bulk capacitance of deep-submicron MOSFETs is developed by determining Vds-independent gate-source overlap capacitance using measured S-parameters. The accuracy of extraction method is verified by observing good agreements between the measured and modeled S-parameters. The lateral channel doping profile in the drain region is experimentally measured using a Vds-dependent curve of the overlap and depletion length obtained from the extracted data.

To obtain basic data used for establishing the criteria of deterioration in renovation of educational facilities, current problems of material and method and quality improvements were examined. In this study, the elementary schools built 20 and 70 years ago were unintentionally chosen and studied. With the data of the repair of old educational facilities, the results are as follows. The First problem is that the construction priority which was based on non-experts decision. The Second problem is that maintenance method which changes the materials after their life was ended. So, refer to remodeling of educational facilities, the selections of proper materials and methods to use of each function were main object in this study.

In order to reduce the construction cost and period without degrading the quality, construction companies are making a lot of efforts to prefabricate and mechanize the construction process, and introducing and utilizing various techniques of construction time management in the process of construction. However, due to the various factors (such as weather conditions, labor factors, supply of equipment and materials, safety accident, etc) in the process of construction, construction projects are not frequently completed within the scheduled period. This research is to examine the current status of construction time management and factors causing delay in construction with regard to the concrete work (such as form work, steel reinforcement, and concrete work) in building apartments.

In this study, it was accomplished the analysis of apartment house shape and the work factor productivity of the form work for the application of rational construction cost in apartment house. The form work is highly depended on the manpower in frame construction, and it has been a high impact during estimating of frame work cost.

Deterioration of the educational facilities built before 1985 is a serious situation. The purpose of this study is to present the efficient remodeling method of old educational facilities. This paper, part III, presents the systemic and synthetic judgment method of deterioration grade of finished materials. Evaluation of the deterioration is carried out in every eight classrooms or building elements divided by the use. And classrooms are divided by several parts for example floor, wall and ceiling etc.. The whole deterioration of the building judges the result of every part collectively.

Deterioration of the educational facilities built before 1985 is a serious situation. The purpose of this study is to present the efficient remodeling method of old educational facilities. This paper, part II, presents the systemic and synthetic judgment method of deterioration grade of structural components. Deterioration grade of the whole structural components are judged by synthetic evaluation score which is the total of the score of ten evaluation items. And we added the importance coefficient of the viewpoint of four performance to each evaluation item.
