        세계 화장품 무역의 네트워크 추세 변화에 관한 연구

        Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of the global cosmetics market and the characteristics of establishing trade networks in order to improve Korea’s cosmetics industry. Design/methodology/approach - This study analyzed changes in the network construction trend of the global cosmetics trade using Social Network Analysis (SNA) in order to examine the changes in major import and export markets. Findings - As a result of the visualization of the network, the network of cosmetic trade in the past has shown that the countries of the world are connected mainly with Western European countries such as France, Germany, UK, and developed countries such as the USA and Japan. However, with the passage of time, new countries such as China, Korea, Hong Kong and ASEAN countries have joined the global cosmetics trade network as a centralized country. In addition, as a result of the export-centricity analysis, as the centrality of East Asian countries such as Korea, Japan, and China increased, the export network of cosmetic trade was reorganized around Western countries and East Asian countries. Furthermore, a result of the import-centricity analysis shows that the network of the global cosmetics import market has been more diversified and closer with the development of the global economy. Research implications or Originality - Cosmetic exporters are increasingly in need of promoting export diversification to various countries with increasing import-centricity as well as maintaining existing network links. Therefore, it is necessary to closely grasp market trends not only in the world’s major markets such as China, USA, and Western Europe, but also in Russia, Eastern Europe, and ASEAN, which are emerging as important markets, and require the establishment of national support policies and corporate strategies for active entry.

        레이저흡수분광법(TDLAS) 기반 가스온도분포 산정을 위한 상호상관계산 알고리듬 개발

        Most of reconstruction algorithms for the calculation of temperature distributions in CT (computed tomography)-TDLAS (tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy) are based upon two-line thermometry method. This method gives unstable calculation convergence due to signal noise, bias error, and signal mis-matches. In this study, a new reconstruction algorithm based on cross-correlation for temperature calculation is proposed. The patterns of the optical signals at all wave lengths were used to reconstruct the temperature distribution. Numerical test has been made using phantom temperature distributions. Using these phantom temperature data, absorption spectra for all wave lengths were constructed, and these spectra were regarded as the signals that would be obtained in an actual experiments. Using these virtually generated experimental signals, temperature distribution was once again reconstructed, and was compared with those of the original phantom data. Calculation errors obtained by the newly proposed algorithm were slightly large at high temperatures with small errors at low temperature.

        The Law on Warranties in Marine Insurance: The Problems of English Law and Some Proposals for Reform

        Due to the strict feature of warranties, many disputes and problems have arisen. First of all, the insurer asks the insured strictly comply with warranties that are not material to the risk and has a right to discharge the liabilities after any breach of a warranty. Next, the insurer can be entitled to discharge from the claim even though the breach is irrelevant to the loss. And then, it is severe that the insured can seek the remedy after the proof of compliance with a warranty as a condition precedent. Therefore, this paper analyses the problems of marine insurance warranties in English law that are unique and different from continental marine insurance law, and looks into ways of reform of the law of warranties. Firstly, this paper explores the current problems of marine insurance warranties to clarify the importance of the remodeling of the rules of warranties. Secondly, this paper looks into the other countries’ legal frameworks of warranties to gain the implications of that works. Lastly, this paper proposes some ways to reform the current marine insurance warranties in English law through comparing to different works to reform the regime of warranties in other countries.

        물질의 발전과 공간디자인의 발전은 어떠한 관계에 놓이는가 라는 문제는-물질의 발전이 사회의 발전을 의미하고 공간디자인의 발전이 건축의 발전을 의미할 때-사회의 발전과 건축의 발전은 어떠한 관계에 놓이는가 라는 문제로 이해될 수 있다. 사회가 여러가지 발전의 단계를 혹은 과정을 갖는다는 것은 사회의 진화를 의미하는 것이며, 이와 마찬가지로 사회발전의 단계를 상징하는 건축 공간디자인 여러가지 발전의 단계 혹은 과정은 건축(공간 디자인)의 진화를 의미하는 것이다. 이때 사회의 진화와 건축디자인상의 관계가 문제될 수 있다. 사례분석에서는 위의 정리된 개념에 의해 선택된 사례-사회 문화 문명적 속성에 의해 차별성을 갖는-를 대비하여 사회의 발전과 디자인의 진화단계를 살펴보고자 한다.

        일본 수출규제 이후 자동차 산업의 무역경쟁력 변화에 관한 연구

        Purpose This study analyzed how Japan’s export regulations affected the imports and exports of the automobile industry, and examined whether there was a change in the trade competitiveness of the automobile industry. Design/Methodology/Approach In order to examine the degree of improvement in the automobile industry’s imports, exports, and trade competitiveness with Japan in Korea, the world and Japanese import and export statistical data of the automobile industry were aggregated for five periods. In addition, the change trend in the dependence on imports and exports of automobiles and parts to Japan was examined. In addition, the change in competitiveness of the Korean automobile and parts industry to Japan was examined using the trade specialization index. Findings As a result of the analysis, it was found that the trade deficit of automobiles and parts with Japan in 2021 fell compared to 2017 and 2019. In the case of import and export dependence, there was little change in export dependence, but it was confirmed that there was a significant decrease in import dependence. Korea’s dependence on exports of automobiles and parts to Japan has decreased slightly, but its dependence on imports has decreased by 10 times, which can be interpreted as Japan receiving more trade losses in the automobile industry due to the Korea-Japan trade dispute. Research Implications In the passenger car sector, it can be evaluated that there has been a result of the boycott of Japanese products, and efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic cars and diversify import lines should continue to continue this in the future. In addition, in order to continue this performance in automobile parts, efforts should be made to improve product competitiveness and import dependence in more diverse item groups in the parts.

        해상보험계약상 부진정연대채무에서 공동피보험자의 보험금청구권에 관한 연구

        This paper analyzes the right of insurance claims of co-insured in the joint and several liability under Marine Insurance Contract. Design/Methodology/Approach This paper focuses on the right of insurance claims of co-insured in the joint and several liability under Marine Insurance Contract, and is carried out through the literature method using academic papers for the analysis of this study. Findings In ship insurance for sea-going vessels, the shipowner (or bare boat charterer) who is the insurance policyholder often adds a plurality of persons, including the ship manager, to the co-insured. In that case, a problem arises in the contention or confrontation of the right to claim the insurance proceeds belonging to each co-insured. Article 8 of the Japanese Insurance Act stipulates that the right to claim the insurance proceeds belongs to the insured designated by the policyholder. Since Article 12 of the Japanese Insurance Act stipulates the effect of invalidating special contracts that are disadvantageous to the insured, it is necessary to examine whether this method is disadvantageous to other co-insured. Research Implications The main reason that policyholders add persons such as ship managers to co-insured is to exclude the possibility that they are subrogated from the insurer by the law of co-insured, and it is not expected that they exercise their own insurance claim rights. The insurance proceeds in ship insurance is all expense insurance or liability insurance other than total loss claims, and the claim against them is a joint bond that supports the joint and several liability of persons involved in the operation and management of the ship. Since the exercise of the claim by any one of the insured (the performance of the debt by it) extinguishes the debt of the other insured, there is no disadvantage to other co-insureds to concentrate the exercise of the claim on the policyholder.

        공동해손분담금 청구에 대한 감항능력결여의 항변에 관한 판례연구

        Purpose This paper analyzes the cases related to the defense of the unseaworthiness for a Claim of general average contribution with recent two cases. Design/Methodology/Approach This paper focuses on the case study related to the general average, and is carried out through the literature method using academic papers and internet data for the analysis of this study. Findings The first case is an unreasonable argument from the shipowner’s side, and although there is a different theory on the reason for the judgment and the interpretation of the terminology of the general average contribution that the judge says, the conclusion is valid. On the other hand, As the second precedent is that the defect in the preparation of the voyage plan is called unseaworthiness and the voyage plan is important, the thoughtful shipowner was admitted that he would have corrected the defect if he knew about the defect, and thus the cargo insurer refused to share the general average expenditure due to a breach of Article 3 (1) of the Hague-Visby Rules. Research Implications Whether the shipowner in the first case or the cargo insurer in the second case does not see any consciousness of the community of fate sharing a common adventure, the awareness of the problem has been renewed once again. The adoption of YAR 2016 is attempting to balance the interests of the stakeholders related to the general average, but the fundamental problem of the general average system in modern times can be seen as the diminishing sense of common adventure behind it. In other words, it is questionable whether it is appropriate from the beginning to demand a sense of common adventure in the age of great voyage from shippers who expect seamless transport on sea and land centered on today’s container ships.

        대형항공사의 장거리 노선 효율성 분석에 관한 연구: 인천공항을 중심으로

        Purpose This study analyzes the efficiency of long-rage routes of domestic full service carriers operating at Incheon International Airport in South Korea and provide directions for the enhancement of efficiency and competitiveness of routes. Design/Methodology/Approach This study collected data from homepages of airlines and OAG (Official Airline Guide) analyzer. The DEA analysis was performed using the number of flight operations, total flight distance, and supply of seats as input variables, and sales revenue and RPK (Revenue Passenger Kilometers) as output variables. Findings Results reveal that three international long-range routes (A Airlines’ Incheon~Frankfurt, Incheon~Barcelona and K Airlines’ Incheon~Zurich routes) were the most efficient routes out of 63 routes analyzed. In addition, K Airlines’ Incheon~Dallas, Atlanta, and Seattle routes had the lowest efficiency. At the same time, if the efficiency of 63 routes was divided into two groups, A and K Airlines, and averaged, K Airlines had more than twice the number of routes compared to A Airlines, but overall efficiency of the routes covered by A Airlines was higher. Research Implications This Implies that routes with relatively low efficiency were more efficient if the number of flights, total annual distance and supply of seats were reduced. In addition, in order to build more efficient routes, airlines have to benchmark high-efficiency routes to control the number of flight operations, total flight distance, supply of seats and total supply of seats, and marketing strategies to increase average fare and increase boarding rate.

      • 미세 제조 공정에서 제품불량의 원인 공정설비 발견 방법론

        미세 제조 공정에서의 수율은 제품의 원가와 품질을 결정하는 중요한 관리 요인이다. 미세제조 공정은 일반적으로 많은 단계의 공정을 거쳐서 제품이 생산되기 때문에 높은 수율을 보장하기가 현실적으로 어렵다. 제품의 수율을 향상시키기 위하여 수많은 설비 중에서 저수율의 원인이 되는 불량요인을 분석하고, 불량요인에 영향을 미치는 중요공정 및 설비를 찾아서 관리해야 한다. 그러나 설비 사이의 상관관계가 존재하며 로트가 거쳐간 공정설비의 시퀀스상에서 후공정이 선공정과 함께 복합적으로 불량을 야기하기 때문에 수율관리는 중요하면서도 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 본 연구는 미세 제조라인의 공정에서 PLS-VIP와 연관규칙을 활용한 방법을 통해 수율에 영향을 미치는 중요공정 및 설비를 찾고 이를 단일요인 (Single Factor)과 누적요인(Cumulative Factor)으로 구분하였다. 그리고 제시한 방법론을 실제현장에 적용하여 혐의공정 및 혐의설비를 추출하고 중요공정 및 설비가 수율에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다.
