고객의 욕구 변화에 따른 그린 투어리즘 서비스 향상 방안

최근 선진국의 서비스 부문은 급성장을 이루어 경제에서 차지하는 비중이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라 농촌의 경우 아직 그린투어리즘 서비스에 대한 축적된 이론의 결여와 관광농업인의 서비스에 대한 인식 및 노하우부족 등이 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고객의 욕구 변화를 분석해봄으로써 그린 투어리즘 서비스의 향상 방안을 모색 하고자 한다. 그린 투어리즘 서비스의 향상 방안으로는, 소프트 경쟁력에서의 비교우위와 개성 있는 서비스 제공, 다양한 서비스 제공, 창조적인 서비스 제공, 차별화 된 서비스 제공, 내부고객(종사원)관리 등을 들 수 있다. 따라서 농촌관광은 서비스의 관심제고를 통한 고객만족 경영, 즉 서비스 마케팅 컨셉이 매우 중요하며, 농촌관광 경영도 고객의 욕구변화에 맞춰 서비스부문에 더 많은 투자를 해야 할 것이다. Recently, service industry in the developed countries has grown so much that it accounts for much in economy. In Korea, however, the lack of accumulated theory on green tourism service, indifference of teaching scholars, and that of awareness of green tourism on the part of those concerned have been mentioned. This study, through the analysis of the various change of consumers' need, aims to find how to improve green tourism service. For the improvement of green tourism service, competitiveness and characteristic, creative, differentiated, and various service, and staff management should be mentioned. Therefore, it is necessary to connect consumer satisfaction based upon service marketing concept, to green tourism, thereby making it possible to reorient green tourism to the change of customers and to raise investment in that area.

관광연출자인 국외여행인솔자는 우리 나라 관광산업발전에 결정적인 역할을 수행하는 전문직종이다. 특히, 관광산업은 타산업과는 달리 고객에 대한 인적서비스가 주축을 이루고 있기 때문에 전문적인 기술과 지식을 습득한 국외여행인솔자의 확보 문제는 더욱 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국외여행인솔자 양성교육의 활성화 방안으로서 우수 인력자원 확보, 현실성 있는 교육과정 개발, 입학요건의 완화, 입학시기 변경 등에 대한 방안을 제시함으로써, 국외여행인솔자 역할의 중요성 인식과 양성교육의 활성화 방안을 도모하였다. As a tour producer, the Overseas Tour Escort is a professional to play a major role for the development of tourism industry in Korea. Especially, comparing with other industry, because of the importance of personal service in the tourism business, it is very important to train and secure the Overseas Tour Escort with professional skills and knowledge. In this paper, therefore, as a concrete plan for the Overseas Tour Escort Training Program, I've suggested some practical methods on the correct understanding of the important role and training program such as bringing up tourist experts, pracfical development of the curriculums, appeasement policy of the admission, and change of the admission period.

국외여행인솔자 양성기관의 학사운영 지정기준에 따른 문제점 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

The Korean Government accredited OTE(Overseas Tour Escort) that a professional tour conductor and a tour manager can play a critical role in the development of Korean tourism industry. Considering the importance of interpersonal marketing and operation within the boundary of tourism industry, the necessity of OTE requires the professional skills and knowledge to operate and manage tourism services. This study will suggest several comments for the development of the Overseas Tour Escort Training Program and its effective implementation. The results of this study will be helpful to the understanding of its role in the training and education with respect to the entire education process. This study found that new system of the practical curriculum development, foreign language education, and admission standards could contribute to the educational-industrial improvements in producing better qualified human resources and practical tour guide skills.

clathrate compound란 호스트 분자가 수소 결합에 의하여 3차원 골격구조를 만들고, 이 격자 내부의 동공으로 저분자량의 기체 게스트 분자가 포집되며 형성되는 고체 결정 화합물이다. 현재까지 다양한 호스트 분자가 clathrate 화합물을 형성하는 것으로 보고되어 있으며, 이 중 유기물인 hydroquinone 역시 clathrate compound를 형성할 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. clathrate compound는 작은 고체 부피 내부에 막대한 양의 기체 분자를 저장할 수 있는 특성을 지니고 있기 때문에, 에너지 가스의 저장/수송이나 혼합 가스의 선택적 분리와 같은 다양한 응용을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 clathrate compound를 형성하는 유기 호스트 분자인 hydroquinone을 이용하여 다양한 기체분자들에 대한 포집 거동을 파악하였다. 순수 기체로는 N₂, H₂, CO₂, CH₄의 4종류를 가지고 고압 반응기에서 50bar의 압력, 상온에서의 반응 조건으로 반응을 시켰다. 이렇게 형성된 반응 샘플들은 clathrate 형성 여부(기체의 포집 여부)를 확인하기 위하여 x-ray 회절을 통한 고체 결정 구조 분석을 수행하였다. 또한 순수 기체 이외에 다양한 비율(20%, 40%, 60%, 80%)의 조성을 갖는 CO₂+N₂ 혼합가스를 이용하여 clathrate compound의 형성과 조성 분석을 수행하였는데, x-ray 회절 분석과 13C 고체 NMR 분석을 통해 미세 구조 분석 연구를 수행하였고, Raman분석을 통하여 그 조성을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 기체의 저장/수송이나 혼합 가스의 선택적 분리와 같은 응용 분야에서 중요한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this study, the Importance-Performance Analysis method was used to evaluate the attributes of tourist site and identify the optimizing resource allocation. As an addition to the manager`s set of tools. IPA is easy to use and can provide insight into tourist evaluations on critical issues. On an IPA grid, the interaction criteria permits managers to grasp the prior attributes to be improved. A sample in San-Jung Lake randomly chosen were asked to comment on the importance and performance of 45 separate attributes in a detailed questionnaire. By using IPA technique, final tabulated results were presented in a two-dimensional grid to show the attributes being studied. Through the IPA matrix, 7 attributes which are the number of toilets, cleanness of toilets. disposal of trash, emergency rescue facilities, security men, family recreation facilities and approach were recommended for the primary ones to be improved with the limited resources.
