중학교 가정과 '인간발달과 가족관계' 영역에서 Gordon의 창의적 문제 해결법의 적용

The purpose of this research was to apply and conduct a class with Cordon's Creative Problem Solving Method(Synectics) to the area of 'human development and family relations'among male students in a jr. high school. Subject matters which were appropriate for applying Cordon's Creative Problem Solving method were selected from 'human development and family relations 'area. With problem circumstances set to reflect to the highest degree the interests of individuals and families. An 8 hour teaching instructional guide was constructed with 「strategyl」 of Gordon's Creative Problem Solving method in order to solve creatively the established problem. This was practically implied to 70 students (each class had 34 and 36 students respectively) in K middle school located in Seoul. The period of this application was for 3 months during March through May of 1999. The perception of this method was examined by the teachers and students through open-ended questions. The record of perception showed that 56 students out of 70(with no response from 5 students) thought that the class done by the creativity problem solving method was good. The majority of reasons mentioned for the Positive answers were 'being able to express thoughts freely in a familiar environment which improves thought process', 'enhancement of Presentational skills and concentration', 'being exposed to various ideas was interesting'and'rewarding to be able to receive different thoughts which were unusual of daily life'. In addition the students who participated in the class were able to fester a joint experience which improved their understanding of relationships and sense of community. Moreover students who did not do well in the class, or were diffident were encouraged to participate, which in result showed that there was even an internal effect.
랙크식 창고의 화재감지 및 진압설비 설치 기준 개선에 관한 연구

A rack-type warehouse is a warehouse in which racks are installed vertically and the commodities are stacked vertically in a rack. In the rack-type warehouse, when the storage height is high and the commodities are stacked in layers, the fire detection is delayed because it is not sensing the heat and smoke by the stored commodities. In addition, the water sprayed by the sprinkler equipment penetrates to the fire point. Also in the fire detector and suppression system installed according to installation provision of Korea, it is difficult to detect and suppress the fire of Rack-Type Warehouse. For this reason, this study analyzes the fire cases of the rack-type warehouses occurred in Korea, and proposes the improvement directions of the fire detection and fire-fighting provisions related to the fire detection and fire extinguishing facilities according to comparing and examining the domestic and overseas related standards. 랙크식 창고는 수직으로 랙크를 설치하고, 물품을 랙크의 선반에 적재하는 형태의 창고이다. 랙크식 창고는 저장높이가 높고, 물품이 단별로 층층이 적재되어 있어 화재가 발생되는 경우 저장된 물품에 의해 열기 및 연기의 감지가 지연될 뿐만 아니라 스프링클러설비에 의해 분사되는 물이 화재발생 지점까지 침투하는데 한계가 있다. 게다가 국내 소화설비 규정에 따라 설치된 화재감지기 및 소화설비로는 랙크식 창고에서 발생된 화재를 초기에 감지하여 진화하기 힘든 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내에서 발생된 랙크식 창고의 화재사례를 분석하고, 국내 및 국외 관련기준을 비교⋅검토하여 화재감지 및 소화설비와 관련된 소방시설의 기준의 개선방향을 제안하고자 한다.

In this study, characteristics of tracking occurring at the surface of Circuit Breakers’s power side was analysed and prevention method for tracking is proposed. Circuit Breakers are used in various places including industrial facilities, offices, homes for human body protection from electric shock and over-current protection for electrical equipment. However, Circuit Breakers only protects the leakage and over-current on the load side and does not prevent the tracking in itself. Generally once installed, few Circuit Breakers get replacement before failure or fire occurs. Furthermore, accumulated moisture, dust and other debris on the surface of Circuit Breakers don’t get cleansed. On the purpose of tracking prevention, some MCCBs(Milded Case Circuit Breakers) of 50AF upper grade are manufactured with unevenness in between terminal block to prevent accumulation of dust and moisture. However most of the Circuit Breakers have more space in between terminals than the space of large capacity MCCBs(Milded Case Circuit Breakers), therefore have increased fire hazards without any physical configuration to prevent fire. In this study, increase of fire hazard was identified with elongated distance between bipolar conductors, using bakelite plate of phenolic resins which is used for the manufacture of Circuit Breakers. This study proposes to prevent tracking with configuration of unevenness on bakelite plate and control of depth of the unevenness. An application of this study into the manufacture of Circuit Breakers are expected to contribute to prevent Circuit Breakers realted fires.
