본 연구의 목적은 임신 중절을 경험한 기혼 여성이 가족세우기를 통해 겪는 변화를 알아보는 데 있다. 결과적으로 그 변화는 임신 중절 경험에 대한 새로운 인식과 기혼 여성 본인과 가족 관계에서의 변화가 될 것이다. 본 연구 참여자들은 임신중절을 경험한 40~60 대 기혼 여성 9명이었으며, 자료 수집은 개별적인 심층면담을 통하여 가족세우기 경험 전, 직후, 한 달 후로 3회기 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 Colazzi의 현상학적 방법론을 바탕으로 이루어졌으며, 분석 결과 15개의 주제 모음과 3개의 범주가 도출되었다. 이 연구를 통해 임신중절을 경험한 기혼여성들은 해당 경험을 의식적으로 떠올리지 않았음에도 그 경험이 삶 전반에 걸쳐 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 결과로 도출할 수 있었다. 기혼 여성이 경험하는 가족세우기는 무의식에 감춰진 긴장관계가 대리인을 통해 가시화되면서, 얽힘을 풀 기회를 제공한다. 그리고 그러한 기회를 통해 기혼 여성은 궁극적으로 임신중절 경험에 대한 새로운 인식과 가족관계의 변화를 겪게 되며, 자신과 가족관계에서 회복력을 키울 뿐 아니라 정서적 안정감을 가지게 되는 경험을 하게 된다. The aim of this study is to find out how married women who had had an abortions experience a change through Family Constellation. The consequent changes will occur in the perception of an abortion experience and in the relation between married women themselves and their family. The participants in the study were 9 married women aged 40~60 who have experienced an abortion, and data collection was carried out over 3 periods which were before, right after and one month after the Family Constellation experience through individual in-depth interviews. The chief methodology of this study is based on the one by Colaizzi’s phenomenological research, and by using the methodology to analyze the data 15 theme collections and 3 categories were deducted. According to the result of the analysis, the experience of abortion was having negative influence on the whole spectrum of the life of married women who experienced an abortion even though they did not consciously recall the relevant experiences. In the married women’s Family Constellation, the agent visualizes the restrained relation which is hidden in unconsciousness and thereby offers an opportunity for married women to untie “knot”. Moreover through this opportunity, married women are able to have new perception of their abortion experience and the relation between their family. Furthermore, not only will they be able to recover the relationship with their family, but also emotional stability.
