        <sup>60</sup>Co γ 를 조사한 인삼모상근 돌연변이 세포주의 생장과 Ginsenoside의 생산

        본 연구는 인삼(Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer)의 모상근에 $^{60}$Co ${\gamma}$-ray의 조사에 따른 영향을 구명하고자 수행되었다. 0.5~4 Krad의 다양한 방사선을 조사한 결과 모상근은 3Krad이상에서 생장이 억제되었다. 2 Krad이하의 방사선을 조사한 모상근의 정단을 제거한후 자라난 측근을 하나의 세포주로 하여 생장과 형태가 다양한 206개의 모상근 세포주를 선발하고 1/2 MS 호르몬 무첨가 배지에서 배양하였다. 206개의 세포주 중 생장이 우수한 10개의 세포주를 선발하였는데 특히 대조구에 비해 ${\gamma}$-GHR 70과 ${\gamma}$-GHR 94의 생장이 각각 34.5%, 44.7% 으로 가장 높음을 확인하였다. 생장이 우수한 10개 세포주의 형태적 특징을 주근의 굵기와 측근의 돌기형성, 측근의 생장정도에 따라 관찰하였던 바, 생장이 우수한 세포주는 1차근이 가늘며 왕성한 생장을 나타남을 확인하였다. Ginsenoside의 함량에 있어서 생장이 우수한 10개의 세포주 중 8개의 모상근 세포주가 대조구보다 함량이 높았으며 특히 ${\gamma}$-GHR 59와 ${\gamma}$-GHR 94는 각각 19%와 16.9%로 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 따라서 ${\gamma}$-ray를 조사한 모상근 세포주 중 총 ginsenoside 함량이 우수하고 생장 또한 우수한 세포주로 ${\gamma}$-GHR 70, ${\gamma}$-GHR 94를 선발하였다. 특정 ginsenoside의 함량별로 보면 항암에 효과적인 Rb$_2$는 ${\gamma}$-GHR 57가 7.6%, Rc는 ${\gamma}$-GHR 69가 16.2%의 함량 증가를 나타내어 특정 ginsenoside 생산에 효율적일 것으로 보인다. 돌연변이와 관련된 유전자(VNTRP)분석은 현재 진행 중에 있다. Study was performed to know the effects of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer hairy root due to $^{60}$ Co ${\gamma}$-ray irradiation. We irradiated the hairy roots under the various $^{60}$ Co ${\gamma}$-ray; 0.5~4 Krad. The growth of hairy roots is inhibited over 3 Krad treatment. The lateral roots are used as a cell line after removing the apical meristem of hairy roots irradiated below 2 Krad. We selected 206 hairy root cell lines having various different growth rates and forms, and incubated in the 1/2 Murashige & Skoog(MS) medium in the absence of hormone. We selected 10 out of 206 showing superior growth. Among those, ${\gamma}$-GHR 70 and ${\gamma}$-GHR 94 showed higher growth; 34.5, 44.7%, respectively. We observed shapable, sizable characteristics according to the width of the primary roots, the process formation of the lateral roots, and the growth of lateral roots. The discriminable cell line showed that primary root is thinner, and has a vigorous growth. 8 out of 10 had much more contents than control in the aspect of the ginsenoside. ${\gamma}$-GHR 59 and ${\gamma}$-GHR 94 showed higher contents; 19, 16.9%, respectively. Therefore, we selected ${\gamma}$-GHR 70, ${\gamma}$-GHR 94 as a superior cell line in the aspect of ginsenoside contents, and growth among those irradiated by ${\gamma}$-ray. According to content of ginsenoside, Rb$_2$ effective in anticancer has 7.5% of ${\gamma}$-GHR 59. Rc, also effective in anticancer showed 16.2% content increasement of ${\gamma}$-GHR 69. It is thought that those lines will be effective in manufacturing ginsenoside. Gene analysis (VNTRP) related to the mutation is in progress.

      • 그리스도인 부모의 자녀 교양교육에 관한 소고(小考)

        Paul says, “bring up with the education and admonition of the state.” But the education of children of Christian parents is not simple and easy. But that is a major issue that cannot be abandoned, delayed, or conceded. Especially, it is a more important issue in our reality that the next generation Christians are shrinking rapidly in the 21st century. Therefore, the importance of the education of the next generation of Christian parents is getting deeper. Therefore, we should worry about more fundamental child education, which goes beyond simple emotion or follow-up level Christian child education. Above all, we should recover our confidence as a Christian parent. Christian education is not about raising innocent children or perfect children; the goal of Christian parents’ education is to raise children who ‘resemble Christ’. At the same time, we should recognize the limitations of parents abilities and put our efforts into honest and cooperative child education in cooperation with our children. It is not a conventional and pagan child education that ignores discipline or human rights, but it should always worry about what is the education of children based on the Bible. Above all, Christian parents should strive to train their children to educate them well, and ultimately, they should ask for Gods help for their children.

      • 21세기 가정사역과 기독교 교양

        God made his first family after he created the world. The reason God made the family system before the state, church, labor or faith system means that the most basic condition of life is family. The most important root in this world, which God had built in the beginning and praised as beautiful, is to be a family. Historically, the importance of family has been verified, and the importance of family is once again emphasized, and the importance of family should not be ignored in the future. However, as the family is getting more and more divided and torn, the result is that many divorces and conflicts between the couple are causing the problems of the youth. In short, the destruction of the family is progressing. It is also difficult for Christian families. Most Christians know the importance of their families and experience various conflicts in their families, but they do not know how to solve them. Pastors are also able to provide daily advice and recommendations on the family problems of laymen, but are not able to systematically solve and solve family problems. Therefore, the church should now actively take part in this work and lead this work in this society. You should feel desperate that you are no longer a problem of being able to do home ministry or not. The church must be responsible for restoring the purpose of comforting and touching the home of this land and building the home of God.

      • 청소년 문화 이해와 기독교 교수법 연구

        The university is the stage of the end of adolescence and is a place of education at a level mixed with adults. Until high school students, just a few months ago, they were treated as minors and suffered from one-sided entrance examinations. Suddenly, when they entered college, they were treated as adults. The same is true of confusion among the college professors who teach young people, because they cannot be treated as minors, and they are not yet ready for adulthood. We can guess our reality now by looking at college students asking, Can I go to the bathroom? Therefore, teachers who teach young people will be able to lead young people correctly only if the right understanding of youth is preceded. In particular, Christian classes should begin with the right understanding of young people. This is because it is a Christian education that understands them a little when various characteristics including religious attitude of adolescence are reflected in Christian education and teaching methods. In this sense, I would like to present an example of the theory and the actual class for understanding and teaching the youth (college students) who are obliged to take Christian classes in this sense.

      • 교양으로서 선교와 교육의 관계적 접근

        The 130th year of mission in Korean churches made an amazing contribution to the creation of the present Korean church. The Korean church, which has achieved an unprecedented growth in the history of world missions, is based on missions and education. The growth of the Korean church centered on the Bible was recognized as a very desirable growth, and eventually it achieved healthy and solid growth. However, there is a very serious crisis in the Korean church in the 21st century. It is impossible to deny that the Christian perception of the people has deteriorated greatly, as it comes from the Christian heresy, ‘Shinchonji,’ which was revealed as the main culprit of the spread of ‘Corona 19,’which was launched in 2020, or the ‘Gwanghwamun rally,’which is a barbaric ceremony of the right-wing Christians. The 21st century is the era led by postmodernism. Nevertheless, if Christians still live in a pre-19th century mindset, the next generation may not exist in Christian missionary work. The absence of the next generation in missionary work is a serious crisis. Therefore, this study will review the past 130 years of Korean church mission and education, and examine the correlation between mission and education in Korean church. In the 21st century postmodern era, what is the social image that has changed dramatically, and what is the future of Korean church mission and education more efficient and universal in postmodern society.

      • 현재 개신교 현황과 청년선교를 위한 교양교육 연구

        When the total and partial prohibition of church worship was implemented due to the rapid confirmation of the Corona 19 government, especially in the Daegu Church in Shinchonji, which started in February 2020, many churches prohibited face-to-face worship and participated in preventing the spread of Corona 19 through the transition to non-face-to-face worship. However, some churches declared the struggle of the government by shouting the worship shooter, and in many ways they explained the necessity of worship and enforced face-to-face worship. This has provided a cornerstone for the spread of infectious diseases, and the worries and worries of the people have grown. At first, Shinchonji was a heretic church, so the people showed an attitude of understanding, but as the confirmed people appeared in the church, the people became aware that the Orthodox church was no different from the heretic church. Although it may be said that it was not a large number of confirmed cases, the church should worry about the society and worry about the country. On the contrary, Protestantism in Korea was accused of being a selfish force for their religion. And as the corona 19 confirmed in the church for more than a year has been mass-produced so far, Protestantism, which had fallen in reliability in society, has led to a sharp decline in trust. In addition to this, the Protestant Church, which is still seen through the change of the times, and the Protestantism of the far-right fundamentalist behavior revealed through Jeon Kwang-hoon and his followers, has been disappointed with the people as well as the existing members, especially young and college students. In this regard, this study will examine the fundamentalist concepts and behaviors of Korean Protestantism and at the same time, present the measures that young and college students can return through dialogue with neighboring religions through efforts to resolve exclusivity and furthermore, through mission strategies suitable for the 21st century.

      • 포스트 코로나 시대, 교양교육으로서의 기독교 교육

        Various figures and statistics make us think that the thoughts of our universities and professors who teach Christianity in the university should be changed rapidly and quickly in the early 21st century. Even only five years ago, some of the professors who teach Christian subjects were able to make students attend the church and bring the weekly report to the evidence, regardless of whether the student is a Christian or a non-Christian. On the other hand, students came to Christian universities and listened to them as a liberal arts necessity, so they performed without any special antipathy and even gave credits. But now this is a long-standing story. It’s impossible now. It has become a ridiculous thing that can not be dared to do in the present situation where there are various means of posting human rights and students antipathy and various complaints. In just five to ten years, teaching Christian subjects at Christian universities as liberal arts courses has become a situation that reminds me of the battle in the field. The Corona 19 issue, which broke out in February 2020, is now showing the results of bringing religious and Christian liberal arts courses at Christian universities to the brink of examination. In this paper, the current study examines the rapidly changing Christians thoughts and attitudes due to Corona 19 for the past two years, and redefines the validity of Christian subject as liberal education in the Postcorona era from the beginning of the transition from 2022 to the postcorona era.

      • 청소년 및 MZ세대 이해와 기독교교양 수업

        The rapid change of 2030 generation in the 21st century, early 2030 generation or MZ generation, and the traditionally referred tendency of youth (young and college students) have become very important attitude for professors who teach and teach at Christian universities. They emerged as an important force to change the situation of the 20th presidential election on March 9th. The political orientation that traditionally followed the older generation has now become an age when candidates are chosen and organized to meet their interests. This is because professors who teach at universities, which are pre-social societies, can not teach and cope properly at the pulpit without knowing their thoughts and worries. In addition, Christian universities should convey the words and spirit of Christ in addition to general teachings. This paper is about the troubles of the pastoral professor of Christian university to understand them correctly and teach them correctly.

      • MZ세대와 성경적 노동관을 위한 교양교육

        A tick-tock video posted by Zaidleppelin, the 20th American engineer, in July 2022, is shaking the world. It is Quiet Quitting. It is a new keyword that connects trends such as Hustle, which forced past loyalty, and Work-life balance, which emphasized night. In the video, he defined quiet resignation as stopping the idea of doing more than what has been given. He said, Work is not your whole life. Your value is not defined only as the result of what you do. This video has quickly spread and become a big topic, and since then, MZ generations in the United States have expressed sympathy by referring to quiet resignation as a hashtag, but this is not a sudden occurrence. The phenomena that have already appeared in the older generation have appeared as quiet resignation in the same flow as Work-life balance, Yolo, and Hustle. However, this secular view of labor and the flow of the times are concerned that they will misunderstand Gods teachings taught and guided in the Bible. Like the evangelists words, the values and trends of history always change, as ‘there is nothing new under the sun’. Even if this secular view of labor now feels like truth, it changes again someday. Therefore, this paper briefly introduces the truth of the view of occupation and the view of labor in the Bible, and aims to discuss the right Christian culture education for them by combining the values and the view of labor of the MZ generation.
