This paper presents an idea of implementation of many semiconductor equipments. The idea is a new design methodology of the Networked Control Systems (NCSs) using CAN (Controller Area Network) will be discussed. The Distributed Control Systems (DCSs) is very useful to control multiple systems that have a distance to communicate. The CAN protocol is very strong to noise, also provides the user with many powerful functionality. Only one communication line (BUS) is used, so that a control and a maintenance of those systems are very easy. This paper is concerned with the speed control of multiple DC motors using CAN Protocol. Experimental systems are made to validate effectiveness of the systems. The results of the experiment show that the NCSs using CAN has excellency in real time control.
게인 스케줄러 구조의 교차 보상기를 사용한 변형 아라고시스템의 비결합 제어

In most multiple input/output systems, one input affects two or more different outputs. Therefore, there are many inconveniences in using the actual system. In order to solve this problem, a controller that makes an input signal and an output correspond 1:1 is called a decoupling controller. In this paper, I try to implement a relatively simple decoupling controller using a cross-compensator, that is, a compensator that takes an uncorresponding output as an input value. And this cross-compensator has a gain scheduler structure in order to increase the performance. In addition, this system is designed with a distributed control structure using CAN communication, so that it can be manufactured and operated in an easier way when implementing an actual experimental system. The proposed structure is applied to the modified new Arago's disk system and tested, and through this, the effectiveness is confirmed and reported.

Network type distributed control system uses a communication line which is named the BUS to exchange a data among the sub-systems. Usually, on the bus, only one data must be exited at one time, so the control algorithm to prevent collision or to manage a priority of data is important. Including CAN Protocol, many kind of FieldBus which are used for distributed control system, prevent data collision by controlling transmission time. But, a system which have to make a control signal or get a data from a sensor at fixed time will be met a problem when it is composed by using a network type distributed control structure. In this paper, some of these cases will be discussed and solutions be proposed for preventing a data collision. Also, using Arago Disk System which have a structure for inner loop control, the validity of the proposed methods will be verified.

내부 궤환 제어 구조를 갖는 시스템의 네트워크형 분산 제어

In this paper, an idea of a network type distributed control of a system with inner loop control structure will be considered. Generally, in case of a control system with inner loop control structure, it is not easy to implement circuits and programming. Using network type distributed control structure, it will show how it is better than before. CAN(Controller Area Network) protocol which has been known that it has a high reliability on the signal in the various network protocols is used. Also, Arago’s Disk System which has a inner loop control stucture is made to validate effectiveness of the proposed method.
비선형 모델을 갖는 플랜트의 PID 제어기 계수값 조정

In the case of controlling a plant with a nonlinear model, it is common to linearize the entire model. If not possible, it selects an operating point and obtains a linearization model at the operating point. If the linearization model is not obtained, it is difficult to select an appropriate PID coefficient value when the PID controller is selected as the controller of the corresponding plant. In this paper, we propose a method to find the effective PID coefficient value by observing the control output value of this nonlinear model. In order to verify the validity of this method, MATLAB simulation and experimental results are presented simultaneously.

This paper proposes a music recommendation system for a driver in vehicle. The proposed system provides (selects and plays) a music to a driver in vehicle in real-time manner by inferring his preference based on physical, environmental, and personal information. Pulse data as physical information, age and biorhythm as personal information, and time as environmental information are used to infer a driver's preference and thus recommend a music. Experimental results showed that the proposed system could provide better satisfaction to a driver on the recommended music compared to the conventional approach.
아라고 원판 효과를 이용한 전기자동차용 비접촉 감속기의 특성 분석

In the case of internal combustion engine vehicles, transmissions are essential for various reasons, such as vehicle starting and speed control. However, in the case of electric vehicles, unlike internal combustion engine vehicles, a transmission is not necessarily required. Of course, considering the efficiency of electric vehicles, a transmission is necessary, but installing the existing transmission as is has the opposite effect due to increased vehicle weight, so it has not been considered so far. In this paper, a non-contact reducer type using the Arago disc effect is proposed rather than a transmission using a conventional gear train, and the aim is to examine whether this can increase the driving efficiency of electric vehicles while minimizing weight. In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed reducer will be verified by manufacturing and testing it.
