초등학생 태권도 지도자의 이미지와 학부모 만족 및 재등록의 관계

이 연구는 초등학생 태권도 지도자의 이미지와 학부모의 만족도 및 태권도장 재등록의 관계를 구명하는데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 대한태권도협회에 단체등록을 필한 태권도장에서 수련중인 초등학생의 학부모를 모집 단으로 선정하여 316명의 학부모를 집락무선표집(stratified cluster random sampling)하였다. 자료분석 방법은 기술통계분석(descriptive statistic)과 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA) 그리고 표준중다회귀분석(standard multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 이러한 절차를 통하여 태권도 지도자의 이미지와 학부모의 만족도 및 태권도장 재등록의 관계를 분석한 결과 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 태권도 지도자 이미지와 학부모의 만족도 및 태권 도장 재등록에는 모든 하위 변인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 태권도 지도자의 이미지와 학부모의 만족도에는 관계가 있다. 태권도 지도자의 이미지가 학부모 만족도에 미치는 영향은 과업 만족과 자질 만족에서 부분적으로 정적 인 영향을 미쳤다. 태권도 지도자의 이미지와 태권도장 재등록에는 정적인 영향을 미쳤 다. 셋째, 태권도 수련생 학부모의 만족도와 태권도장 재등록에는 관계가 있다. 학부모의 만족도가 태권도장 재등록에는 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to specify relationships among elementary school student taekwondo instructors’ image, parents’ satisfaction, and taekwondo gym reenrollment. In order to achieve this study purpose, parents of elementary school students training in taekwondo gyms registered on Korea Taekwondo Association in 2014 were selected as a parent population, and 316 parents were applied by stratified cluster random sampling. For data processing, a descriptive statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA, and standard multiple regression analysis were conducted by using the SPSS PC+ 15.0 Version statistical program for WINDOWS. The study results of analyzing relationships among elementary school student taekwondo instructors’ image, parents’ satisfaction, and taekwondo gym reenrollment through these procedures are as below. First, all the sub-variables of taekwondo instructors’ image, parents’ satisfaction, and taekwondo gym reenrollment according to the demographic characteristic showed no statistically significant difference. Second, taekwondo instructors’ image and parents’ satisfaction were related with each other. Taekwondo instructors’ image partially had positive (+) effects on task satisfaction and quality qualification of parents’ satisfaction. And taekwondo instructors’ image had a positive (+) effect on taekwondo gym reenrollment. Third, parents’ satisfaction and taekwondo gym reenrollment were related with each other. Parents’ satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on taekwondo gym reenrollment.
