응답률은 수행된 조사가 계획된 표본으로부터 어느 정도의 응답을 얻었는지를 가늠해 볼 수 있는 측도이다. 낮은 응답률은 표본의 왜곡을 가져와 조사결과의 일반화에 어려움을 주게된다. 따라서 조사연구의 발전과 질적인 측면의 향상을 위해서는 응답률에 대한 더 많은 관심이 요구되고, 나아가 이를 위한 일환으로 조사결과의 발표 시 응답률을 밝혀야 하는 바, 이에 대한 필요성에 대해서 알아보았다.

Background: Overnight transfusions have been associated with higher transfusion risk than transfusions during the day. The aim of the study was to evaluate the transfusion status at our hospital and to help provide plans for overnight transfusions. Methods: All blood products, including red blood cell products (RBC), fresh frozen plasmas (FFP), and all platelet products (PLT) issued between January 2013 and December 2014 were included. Night1 (5 pm∼8 am) and Night2 (8 pm∼8 am) were defined as overnight, and all issued bloods (IB) were analyzed in accordance with the issued time, ordered medical departments, and the reason of transfusion. Results: The total unit number of IB at Night1 (Night2) was 53,483 (38,224), and it consisted of 44.4% (31.7%) total IB; 53.2% (39.6%) FFP; 46.8% (33.4%) RBC; and 39.3% (27.6%) PLT. The IB ordered from the departments of trauma & acute care surgery and emergency medicine consisted of 40% IB. The 80.9% RBC, 53.1% FFP and 70.2% PLT could be considered as appropriate for overnight transfusion. Conclusion: Due to the characteristics of our hospital with many trauma patients, the percentage of IB during an overnight period in our hospital was higher than those in other countries, and the rate of appropriate reason for RBC transfusion was also higher. However, as inappropriate overnight transfusions may have been still performed, education for medical staffs and appropriate policies for overnight transfusion could be helpful in reducing inappropriate transfusion. 배경: 야간 근무시간에는 의료 인력이 감소하며 야간 수혈에서 더 많은 오류가 발생하므로 임상적으로 응급인 경우에만 수혈하도록 권장하는보고들이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 본원의 야간수혈의 현황을 분석하여 야간 수혈에 대한 정책을 마련하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 방법: 2013년 1월 1일부터 2014년 12월 31일까지 혈액은행에서 출고된 모든 적혈구제제와 신선동결혈장 및 혈소판제제를 대상으로 하였다. 야간 시간은 야간1 (오후 5시∼다음날 오전 8시)과야간2 (오후 8시∼다음날 오전 8시)로 나누어 출고시간, 진료과 및 수혈사유를 분석하였다. 결과: 야간1 (야간2) 야간 출고량은 53,483단위(38,224단위)로 전체 출고량의 44.4% (31.7%)로, 혈액제제별로 신선동결혈장의 야간 출고율은 53.2% (39.6%), 적혈구제제 46.8% (33.4%), 혈소판제제는 39.3% (27.6%)였다. 외상외과와 응급의학과가전체 야간 출고량의 약 40%를 차지하였다. 야간수혈사유 분석시 적혈구제제는 80.9%, 신선동결혈장은 53.1%, 혈소판제제의 경우 70.2%가 응급상황으로 인해 수혈한 경우로서 적절한 야간수혈로 간주할 수 있었다. 결론: 외상환자가 많은 본원의 특성으로 야간혈액 출고율은 외국에 비하여 높았으나 적혈구제제의 경우 외국문헌보다 적절한 사유로 수혈한경우가 많았다. 하지만 아직도 부적절한 야간 수혈이 이루어지므로 의료진을 대상으로 야간 수혈지양에 대한 교육을 실시하고 이에 대한 적절한병원의 수혈 정책의 수립이 부적절한 야간 수혈을 줄이는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

TMSCl / NaI 를 이용한 이중고리 이소옥사졸 유도체의 환원분해반응에 의한 3,4- 치환된 이소옥사졸의 합성

Synthetic methodology for 3,4-disubstituted isoxazole derivatives from the reductive cleavages of 4,5-dihydro-7H-pyrano[3,4-c]isoxazoles 1 or 4H,6H-furo[3,4-C]isoxazoles 5 is described. Pyrano[3,4-c]isoxazole 1, upon treatment with TMSCL/NaI in acetonitrile, undergoes selective C-O bond cleavage to furnish a 3,4-disubstituted isoxazole (2, 3, 4) in high yield without damaging the isoxazole ring. Likewise, the treatment of furo[3,4-c]isoxazoles 5 with TMSCl/Nal in acetonitrile results in the formation of a reduced iodide 7 and a hydroxy iodide 8.

Glyphosate is an herbicide that is used worldwide. Suicidal attempts with a glyphosate-surfactant herbicides (GlySH) are on the rise. The severity of corrosive injuries is thought to have a close correlation with a higher complication rate or pulmonary aspiration. We report a case with multiple toxic effects associated with a severe laryngopharyngeal corrosive injury following GlySH intoxciation. Specifically, a severe laryngopharyngeal corrosive injury might be significantly associated with the toxic effects and complications, including respiratory failure and chemical pneumonia, bleeding tendency, increased BUN/Cr ratio, and frequent aspiration due to dysphagia. Appropriate evaluation and management of corrosive injuries may be helpful in caring for GlySH-intoxicated patients.

This study reviewed whether radiology-related pictograms listed on the website of hospitals deliver clearly, accurately and quickly the necessary information. TOPSIS was carried out to select the most fitting pictograms for the department of radiology, department of radiation oncology, and department of nuclear medicine. The finally selected pictogram for the department of radiology shows an image of the chest (lungs), while that for the department of radiation oncology shows the process of treatment using equipment. Using these pictograms as standards seem to be appropriate to a certain level. However, the pictogram for department of nuclear medicine has a symbol for a nucleus and is thus inappropriate to meet the standards for a hospital pictogram. This study is meaningful in that it has established evaluation methods and procedures relaetd to radiation pictograms.

전주국제영화제 만족도 조사 - 6시그마 척도의 이용 가능성

After 1990's, each local government in korea has been organizing and expanding new and existing festivals. Also Jeonju city has held Jeonju International Film Festival since 2000. Thus at 2006, the JIFF is being opened seventh.This paper objectively appraised to JIFF customer satisfaction survey using the rating scale which was developed form Korea Culture & Tourism Institute. And, from now on, we hope that the results are used for JIFF policy establishment. Also we convince the usage possibility on six sigma scale for customer satisfaction survey. 지방자치제 실시이후 각 자치단체별로 경쟁적으로 지역축제를 발굴·개최하고 있는 바, 전주시에서도 2000년부터‘전주국제영화제(Jeonju International Film Festival)'를 개최하여 2006년 현재 제7회를 맞고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국문화관광정책연구원에서 개발한 국제영화제 평가를 위한 평가틀을 전주국제영화제에 맞게 수정·보완하여, 전주국제영화제를 객관적으로 평가해 봄으로써, 향후 전주국제영화제가 보다 발전적인 영화제로 발돋움하는데 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공함과 동시에, 만족도 평가를 위한 6시그마 척도의 이용 가능성에 대해서 확인해 본다.
