델파이 조사 및 통계적 방법을 활용한 전통지식 우선순위 선정

In global competition like today, intellectual property of novel areas such as traditional knowledge, traditional creation, hereditary resource, etc. are perceived as important resources. Therefore making solid competitive power in overall knowledge resources like cultural contents, brand, design etc. in nation is a pressing question. Accordingly in this study, to prepare for intellectual property rights dispute and advantage-sharing problem that would be variously derived from the Nagoya Protocol which will come into force after 2014, this research selected 200 knowledge of middle region in Korea from 2,047 literal and 931 oral knowledge using preconditioning process. The order of priority of top 50 of them was ranked by a quantitative research method, the Delphi survey. Among them, 30 was literal traditional knowledge and 20 was oral traditional knowledge. Result of this research could be used later as basic material for qualitative researches like the focus group interviewing. Furthermore in this paper is meaningful; the selected traditional knowledge can contribute remarkably to traditional biologic knowledge resource in nation which can be acknowledged in international society, announcing validity (hold precedence for patent) later on.

자료포락분석을 활용한 장애인복지관의 효율성 분석

Until now, the operation of community welfare centers for people with disabilities has brought a positive or a generous awareness. Nevertheless, in order to obtain a wide range of welfare outcomes efficiently, the imperative step in rehabilitation researches is to determine whether reasonable and scientific services are being provided to people with disabilities in rehabilitation centers. The purpose of this study was to analyze efficiency and productivity of 176 community welfare centers for people with disabilities. As a result, average technical efficiency for community welfare centers for people with disabilities was 0.4488; pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency was 0.6040 and 0.7080, respectively. The major conclusions of this study were as follows. First, applying the technical efficiency analysis, DMU2, DMU3, DMU8, DMU9, DMU11, DMU13, DMU14 were shown above average. It seems to have a regard for political elements in accordance with the regional social and economic differences. Second, as a result of scale efficiency analysis, the inefficient community welfare centers for people with disabilities such as DMU1, DMU5, DMU12, DMU16 are required to improve the number of employees, revenue, facility area. Finally, this study is expected to be an effectiveness analysis and performance evaluation for the rehabilitation services.

Radiation Following the 2011 Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan, public interest and anxiety about radiation safety increased, and vague anxiety about commonly exposed living radiation was generated. The Atomic Energy Safety Commission has been conducting a survey of processed products that advertise “negative ions” and “far-nfrared” emissions under the Living Radiation Safety Management Act. In this study, in-depth analysis was performed from a statistical point of view using the measurement data presented in the Nuclear Safety Committee s actual survey analysis report as secondary data. As a result, there was a statistically significant difference (p<0.005) between latex and civil affairs products. There were also statistically significant differences (p<0.05) in the results of testing whether there were significant differences in the annual exposure dose between groups after categorizing 71 civil products, including radon beds, into bed, bedding, and living and other categories. The correlation analysis results also confirm that, as is commonly known, the annual doses received from processed products are associated with radon derived from U-238 and Th-232.

영어영문학 관련 학회장 인사말 내용분석

자신의 생각을 표현한 텍스트에 표현된 단어들은 메시지에서 강조하는 핵심 이미지, 주요 이슈, 상징적 아이콘으로 볼 수 있다. 학술단체의 대표인 학회장에게 적용시켜 보면, 학회장이 인사말에서 사용하는 단어의 빈도와 연결구조는 학회장 및 임원의 가치지향과 이념을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 언어네트워크분석을 통하여 국내 영어영문 관련 학회 홈페이지에 소개된 학회장의 인사말을 내용분석해서 각 학회별 특징과 그 구조적 모습에 대해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 많은 빈도수를 보인 단어에서 유사점과 함께 차이점(특징)이 있음을 확인하였다. 나아가 본 연구의 결과는 영어영문 관련 학회의 비교연구를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The words a speaker uses can be regarded as the core, the main issue and a symbolic icon of what he says. Applying this to presidents’ addresses of each English literary society in Korea shows that frequency in use and the linkage of words they use in their addresses are value and ideas executive officers pursue. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of presidents’ addresses introduced in home page of each English literary society in Korea and investigate features and constitution of them each, focusing on analysis of a language network. The results of this study show the features of resemblances and differences of commonly-used words. In addition, these results appear to suggest that they can be also applied to a comparative study between the English literary societies in Korea.

방사선학에서의 계수통계에 대한 이해

방사선 계측학에서 계수통계 관련 개념들에 대해 이해하기 위해서는 기본적인 통계지식과 함께 용어 및 개념에 대한 내용을 정확하게 설명하는 연구나 교재가 있어야 하는데, 현재까지 국내에서 발간된 대학교재들은 미흡한 부분이 많다. 이에 본 연구에서는 통계적인 관점에서 계수통계의 이해에 우선적으로 필요한 기초적인 통계지식들에 대하여 정리하고, 오차의 전파 등 계수통계의 주요 내용에 대한 정확한 개념을 소개하였다, 나아가 현재 사용되고 있는 국내 방사선 계측학 관련 대학교재들에서 적절하게 표현되지 못한 부분 및 추가되어야 할 사항 등에 대해서 지적 및 수정권고를 하였다. 본 연구는 통계적 지식이 부족한 상태에서 작성된 일부 교재들로 인하여 계수통계 관련 내용들이 잘못 전달되는 문제점 해소 및 관련 연구의 활성화에 기여할 것으로 사료된다. To understand the concept of the counting statistics in radiation measurement, appropriate research and textbook containing basic knowledge on statistics and concepts are required in accordance. However, domestically published textbooks have a lot of limitation so far. Therefore, this research is to organize statistical knowledge prerequisite for the understanding of the counting statistics. Also, precise concepts about the main contents of the counting statistics such as error propagation will be introduced. Furthermore, inappropriate expressions contained in domestic textbooks will be revised and additional contents to be added will be recommended. This research is expected to make contribution in resolving misrepresentation of knowledge on the counting statistics in some textbooks and to activate additional research works related to it.

9급 공무원 시험의 확률·통계문항 분석

본 연구는 2013년부터 2018년까지의 국가직과 지방직 9급 공무원 (일반행정) 시험과목의 수학 중 확률·통계문항의 축제현황 및 내용을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 변화하는 시대적 상황에 부합하는 능력이 있는지 여부를 측정하는데 타당성한지 여부를 평가해 보고 문제점 도출 및 개선방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 활용적인 측면에서 내용 및 기능적인 특징을 알아볼 수 있는 분석들을 설정하였다. 둘째, 분석들에 따라 최근 6개년 간의 문제에 대하여 출제경향 및 내용분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음을 알 수 있었다. 첫째, 통계학의 활용적인 측면에서 국가직이나 지방직 모두에서 표본추출이나 자료수집 그리고 추론을 통한 해석 등에 대한 문항은 출제되지 않고 있다. 둘째, 통계학의 기능적인 면 중에서는 거의 모든 문항이 수량화하기, 형식화하기, 계산하기 등에 편증된 것으로 나타났다. 학문의 융합과 함께 최근의 화두가 되고 있는 빅데이터의 중요성을 고려한다면, 데이터 수집 및 조사·정리와 같은 기능에 관한 문항이 출제될 필요가 있다고 본다. This research is to analyze trends and contents of probability·statistics questions in Math area of 9th grade civil servant examination (general administration of national or local) from 2013 to 2018. Based on the analysis, whether the questions are valid measure correspondent to the current time and value was assessed, and plans to improve the validity were discussed. In a purpose of that, first, analysis frame to investigate functional characteristics in a practical aspect was set. Second, trends and contents of questions in recent 6 years were analyzed based on the analysis frame. As a result, two conclusions were drawn. First, both national and local civil servant examinations are not dealing with sampling, data collection and inferential interpretation in practical aspect. Second, most of the questions are biased toward quantifying, formatting, calculating and et cetera, in functional aspect of statistics. Therefore, the researchers recommend functional questions on data collection, investigation and arrangement to be included in the examination, considering current hot topic such as big data and convergent learning.

1969년 제정된 미국여론조사기관 협회(AAPOR : American Association for Public Opinion Research)의 강령과 2000년 한국조사연구학회에서 제정된 강령을 토대로, 1999년부터 2002년 7월 사이에 발표나 보도된, 4대 일간지(조선, 동아, 한국, 중앙일보)와 3대 방송사(KBS, MBC, SBS)의 여론조사 관련 내용을 분석하였다. 나아가 2000년부터 2002년까지 통계청 등의 국가기관에서 작성된 표본조사를 이용한 보고서에 대해서도 분석을 하였다. 이를 통하여 조사윤리강령준수 실태를 알아보고, 수행된 조사의 신뢰성 확보차원에서 응답률발표의 필요성을 제기하였다. The Code of Professional Ethics and Practices of the American Association for Public Opinion Research and the Survey Standard Codes of the Korean Association for Survey Research was adopted in 1968 and 2000, respectively. Based on these, in this paper, we analyze four major newspapers and three broadcastings in Korea. Also we suggest the necessity of response rate disclosure.

KOVO V-리그 경기력 요인의 상대적 중요도 탐색

스포츠학은 종합학문의 성격이 강한 바, 다양한 연구방법이 적용되고 있는 학문분야이다. 그러함에도 불구하고 신체활동을 다루는 과정에서 도출된 양적자료를 활용한 결론도출이 많아 최근 통계분석을 이용한 실증연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 이 과정에서 다양한 통계분석방법이 활용되고 있는데, 회귀분석도 그 중 하나이다. 그런데 회귀분석을 적용하기 위해서는 몇 가지 가정들을 만족해야 한다. 그러지 않을 경우 종속변수의 예측이나 해석에 오류가 야기될 수도 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 양대 겨울 프로스포츠 중의 하나인 KOVO V-리그 남자경기 자료를 이용하여 선행연구와의 비교를 통한 회귀분석의 문제점을 확인하고 그 대안으로 결정계수의 분해를 이용한 상대적 중요도를 활용하는 방법에 대해서 알아보았다. 그 결과 상대적 중요를 이용하는 것이 더욱 타당한 것으로 나타나, 본 연구는 향후 회귀분석을 이용하는 스포츠 관련 연구자들이 보다 정확한 결론을 도출하는데 유용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Sports science is an interdisciplinary area that various methodologies are applied to study. In spite of that, most of the studies make conclusions based on quantitative data collected through mere physical activities. To overcome limitations from that, recent studies are conducted empirically using many different analysis methods. Regression analysis is one of them. A few assumptions are prerequisite to use the regression analysis, unless, it may cause errors in predicting dependent variable or making interpretation. In this context, the current research compared data of men’s game in KOVO V-league which is one of the two major mountains in domestic winter pro-sports game, with prior literatures and confirmed problems caused by incorrect regression analysis. Decomposition of a determination coefficient to deduct a relative importance was suggested as an alternative. Moreover, the relative importance was demonstrated to be a more valid variable to analyze data. This research makes contribution in helping researchers in sports science to make more proper and meaningful conclusions from the data.
