        리질리언트 이론을 활용한 경관 디자인에 관한 연구 - ‘The High Line’ 를 중심으로 -

        As the development of urbanization has cause some environmental problems and natural disasters such as natural earthquakes and floods have brought about impact, designers have turned their attention to the independent prevention ability of urban ecosystems in face of environmental pollution and natural disasters, as well as its ability to adapt to the future. This study introduces ‘elasticity theory’ to discuss the practical application of elasticity design in landscapes and to solve the problem of lack of elasticity in space, which can provide more scientific reference meaning to create economic, cultural, and social values for space. After selecting ‘The High Line’ as the object, this paper investigates the previous theories and practical cases, and infers ecology, sustainability, diversity, and adaptability. And then this paper applies five components and analyzes the specific application of these five components of the landscape spatial elasticity strategy, and summarizes the application characteristics and influencing factors of elasticity design in ‘The High Line’ landscape planning. It can be known from the research that elasticity strategy which is reflected in the design process is the systematic management of landscape space. Elasticity design itself can strengthen environment quality and satisfy the requirements of the environment to defense external shocks so as to adapt to environment changes. Therefore, the elasticity design can strengthen the sustainable development of the city and establish a periodic recycle system. 도시화 발전이 초래한 환경 문제와 자연의 지진 및 홍수와 같은 자연 재해의 영향으로 인해 디자이너들은 환경오염과 자연 재해 앞에서 도시 생태 시스템의 예방능력과 미래 적응 능력에 주목하기 시작하였다. 본연구는 ‘리질리언트 이론’을 도입하여 경관 환경에서 리질리언트 디자인의 구체적인 실제 응용 및 공간의 리질리언트 부족 문제를 해결하는 것을 연구하여, 공간이 경제, 문화, 사회 등 가치를 지니게 하여 보다 과학적인 참고 의미를 제공하고자한다. ‘The High Line’을 대상으로 선정한 선행 이론과 실천 사례 고찰에서 생태성, 지속 가능성, 다양성, 적응성, 재활용성 등 다섯 가지 구성 요소를 도출하였고, 또 사례의 경관 공간 리질리언트 전략의 이들 5개의 구성 요소의 구체적 응용에 대한 분석을 진행하여, 리질리언트 디자인이 ‘The High Line’ 경관 계획에서의 응용 특징 및 영향 요인을 정리하였다. 연구 결과에 따라 리질리언트 전략은 디자인 과정 및 경관 공간에 대한 체계적 관리를 나타내고, 리질리언트 디자인은 그 자체만으로 환경의 품질을 강화하며 환경이 외부 충격을 방어하는 수요를 만족시켜 환경의 변화에 적응한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 때문에 리질리언트 디자인은 도시의 지속적 발전을 강화하고 주기적 순환계통을 구축할 수 있다.

        앙리 르페브르의 이론을 통한 고성구(古城区) 재생구축에 관한 연구

        현대도시의 끊임없는 확장과 갱신에 따라 고성구(古城区)는 역사문화공간으로써 현대 도시확장으로 인해 받는 타격도 점점 커져갔다. 현재 고성구에 대한 재생보호는 좋은 효과를 거둔 것도 있으며 효과가 별로 좋지 않은 것도 있다. 본문은 이 배경에서 출발하여 ‘공간실천’, ‘공간재현’, ‘재현공간’을 프레임으로 3개의 재생 고성구 공간생산에서의 권한운영을 밝히고 이해관계자들이 공간조성에 끼치는 영향을 지적하며 재생방식의 구성분석을 진행할 것이다. 구체적인 물질, 사회, 권력, 문화의 각도에서 오진 고성구 재생구축의 방법을 분석하고, 고성구가 어떻게 재생보호를 진행할지에 대해 새로운 방법과 참고를 제공할 것이다. 고성구와 마을 등 역사문화지역 재생문제의 연구와 분석에 따라 정부는 명확하게 소유권문제와 계획자, 관리자를 지정해야 하며 지역문화와 현대문화의 융합을 추진해야 한다는 것을 알게 되었다. 전체적인 공간의 사람과 문화, 건축은 서로 상호작용을 하여 고성구의 영향력을 높여야 한다. With the continuous expansion and updating of modern cities, the historical and cultural space of ancient city is under increasing impact from the expansion of modern cities. At present, the regeneration and protection of the ancient city has achieved remarkable results together with poor results. Based on this background, this paper has revealed the power operation behind the space production of three regenerated ancient cities with ‘spatial practice’, ‘representation of space’ and ’‘representation of space’ as the framework to, and pointed out the influence of stake holders on space shaping and analysis on the construction of regeneration model. From the perspective of specific materials, society, power, and culture, this paper has analyzed the methods of regeneration construction of Wuzhen ancient city, and provided new methods and reference values for how to regenerate and protect ancient cities. Based on these studies and analysis of the regeneration issues in ancient cities and villages, other historical cultural areas, the paper has indicated that it is necessary to coordinate with the government to clarify the issue of property rights, as well as planners and managers, to activate the regional culture and integrate it with modern culture.

      • ‘공간의 생산’ 이론에 기반 한 중국 오진(乌鎮) 재생에 관한 연구

        Wuzhen waned under the impact of urbanization, but it obtained protection and development in its rebirth. As an excellent result of anceint town protetion and development, exploring methods and means for the regeneration can help analyze the internal major factors to provide reference and assistance for ancient town protection and development. Three elements of space in the ‘Production of Space’ theory as importat theoretical tools in spacial relations can help understand thoroughly the internal motivations of spatial transformation. Based on three elements of space, this article has established analysis framework to analyze the regerated architecture, public space, social space, behavior space and specific cases of Wuzhen, and specific operation in material, cultural, and environemtnal aspect. Thus it has referential value for antient town protection and even acient city protection.

      • 중국 주거공간에서의 납염(蠟染Batik)재료의 활용에 관한 연구

        This study investigated the use of the Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage ‘batik craft’ in living space. The study results found the followings: First, batik craft is utilized in art design as a way of creating residential spaces, and batik is protected and spread gradually. Meantime, it has developed in an innovative fashion. Second, in terms of living space, traditional ornament craft is used as a new design element in dweller’s style-based contemporary design. For case analysis, four relatively good cases published in a journal were chosen among great living space designs in China for the past 4 years since 2012. Each case was analyzed in an extended manner including application pattern, application principle, color combination and spatial presentation. Based on the said case analysis and surveys, this study investigated how Miao’s batik craft was utilized in four different residential spaces and various items such as curtain, carpet, cushion, blind, couch, tablecloth, mat, tapestry and lamp shade. Then, its application methods and principles were derived. This study has found that batik craft can satisfy the functional and ornamental aspects of living space. A study on the applicability of batik craft in living space should promote the conservation, spread, development and innovation of batik and make spatial presentation richer and more diverse. From a macroscopic perspective, more people get to know batik craft, and it would be used in living space more frequently. As a result, it could be utilized in more diverse fields.

      • ‘리질리인트 도시(Resilient City)’ 이론을 기반으로 한 탄력 경관 디자인에 관한 연구

        With the increase of social problems caused by social rapid development and the effects from natural disasters, people started focusing on the prevention ability and recovery capability of urban system in the face of environmental pollution and natural disasters, as well as the ability of dissolving external impact and maintaining its main functions in the event of crisis. This paper has discussed elastic landscape spatial design to solve by introducing the concept of ‘Resilient city’. Through the interpretation of existing theories and practice cases, this paper has clarified the importance of resilient design to concretize resilient design into spatial entities in order to provide scientific referential value for urban benign and sustainable development. Through analysis on three cases of resilient design from 1999 up to now, this paper has analyzed the specific implementation of three elements of resilient design in landscape space, namely, integrality, adaptability and variability. Then this paper has summarized the application mode and important influence factors of resilient design in landscape planning. Researches show that resilient design can satisfy multi-functional requirements to adapt to function variation. Thus, resilient design concept can enhance space adaptive capacity. The elastic variability can strengthen the relation between spatial functions and interpersonal communication. Therefore, elastic design can meet the space humanistic demands to achieve interedependency and harmonious co-existence between human, environment and nature.
