        두기지 강도의 유산소운동과 저항운동을 병행한 복합훈련이 여성들의 체력과 혈중지질성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of combining resistance training and two different intensity aerobic training on physical fitness and blood lipid profiles. Ten physically inactive female college students were randomly assigned to participate for l0wk in one of the following exercise groups: combined low intensity aerobic and resistance trained(LAERT: 25min walking with 50% of maxHR + resistance training for 3days/wk) and combined moderate intensity aerobic and resistance trained(MAERT: 25min jogging with 70% of maxHR + resistance training for 3days/wk). Before and after training, flexibility, sit-ups, one-repetition maximum for lat pull down, butterfly, leg extension, and leg curl ,and blood lipid profiles were determined. Both LAERT and MAERT groups demonstrated similar increase in 1RM butterfly(6kg and 7.5kg, respectively, p$lt;.05). Sit-ups for MAERT(30.25±1.09 to 32.25±0.69, p(.05) was significantly increased compared with LAERT(25.6±4.98 to 26.6±51, p(.05). Regarding on blood lipid profiles. TC and LDL-C decreased in both LAERT and MAERT. but only significantly in MAERT(200.8±9.0 to 174.6±4.4 for TC and 110.8118.71 to 89±21.61 for LDL-C, p$lt;.05). These data indicate that both LAERT and MAERT will provide concurrent increase in strength performance and reduces in TC and LDL-C after lOwk of training. However, the intensity of two different aerobic exercises does not seem to influence on a trend for increase in strength performance and reduce in cholesterol level when combined with resistance training.
