      • 장기간의 유산소성 운동이 20대 비만여성의 최대산소섭취량 및 좌심실기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of □O2max and Heart functions after 24weeks aerobics training. Subjects were composed of fourteen obesity women. 7 of subjects were trained during 24weeks(60~70%Hrmax, 4 frequencies/week, 1 hour) and remainder were controlled. The exercise intensities are decided by %Hrmax. The result of this study are as follows ; 1. □O2max and □O2max/kg were increased in aerobics training group after 24weeks aerobics training. 2. Both groups were significantly not changed in parameters of cardiac function, but EF was significantly(p<.05) increased in aerobics training group after 24weeks aerobics training. In conclusion, Aerobic training was shown to positive influence on circulorespiratory function and, although left ventricular function wasn`t significant difference. It is to be the important variable to prevent heart disease in obesity women.

        최근 10년간 구개성형술후 발생한 비구개누공의 고찰

        A retrospective, multivariate statistical analysis of 394 patients who underwent cleft palate repair was performed to document the incidence of postoperative oronasal fistula formation, and to assess possible contributing factors. Fistulas of the secondary palate were included, but nasal-alveolar fistulas and intentionally unrepaired anterior palatal fistulas were excluded. Postoperative oronasal fistulas occurred in 25 of the 394 patients(6.35%). The mean age at repair was 16.4 months, and mean follow-up period was 2.5 years. Several variables that are included sex, age, extent of clefting(as estimated by the Veau classification), type of repair, and experience level of the operating surgeon were analyzed by means of the log-rank test to determine their significance in postoperative fistula formation. Sex (p=0.077), age(p=0.538), and experience level of the operating surgeon(p=0.094) did not significantly affect the rate of fistula formation. However, extent of clefting(p=0.005) and type of repair(p=0.001) are the strongest predictor of the occurrence of a cleft palate fistula.

        The surface of the carbon fibers has been treated under gas-phase oxidation, liquid-phase oxidation, and electrolytic oxodation. From the point of the surface-treat processing and fiber properties, the electrolytic oxidation is shown to be most efficient. The effects of the process variables such as oxidation time, current density, and type of electrolytes related to the anodic oxidation on the properties of the fibers have been evaluated. The optimum values of these variables might be available for better properties of the carbon fibers and their composites.

        축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

        가토 이개에서 자가 연골막 이식시 압좌손상에 따른 연골 생성 차이에 대한 실험적 연구

        The perichondrium has neochondrogenic potential. Many authors have published their study for the cartilage regeneration from perichondrium and the clinical uses of perichondrial graft. How is the difference of thickness of the regenerated cartilage after crushing the free perichondrial graft, compare with uncrushed graft? In this study, the perichondrium was obtained from rabbit, ears, and sectioned 10x10 mm slices. The uncrushed and crushed perichondriums were grafted into subcutaneous layer of back. After the 2,4 and 8 weeks, authors obtained regenerated cartilage from both crushed and uncrushed free perichondrial graft from rabbit back, examined the survival rate and thickness by histologic study. The results are as follows: 1. The survival rate was no difference between the uncrushed perichondrium & crushed perichondrium (p>0.05). 2. The cartilage from the uncrushed perichondrium was thicker than the crushed perichondrium, at only 8 weeks(p<0.01). 3. The thickness of regenerated cartilage was similar to the cartilage of the donor site of free perichondrial graft at 4 weeks(p>0.05).

        The Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Changes of Blood Glucose Insulin, Lipid in NIDDM Patients

        성인병 발병율의 증가원인은 식생활의 서구화에서 오는 영양과잉, 과학의 발달로 인한 낮은 신체활동에서 오는 운동부족과 스트레스의 증가와 같은 환경인자와 흡연, 음주 등을 들 수 있는데 이는 성인병의 예방과 치료를 위해서는 의학적 처치는 물론, 식이요법·운동요법·생활 습관의 개선 등 다각적인 대처가 필요하다. 본 연구는 NIDDM 환자에게 있어 유산소운동이 혈당, 인슐린, 혈청지질에 미치는 효과를 구명하고자 자전거 에르고미터 운동을 8주간, 주 3회, 1회 60분간 실시하였다. 체중은 64.8kg±4.89에서 8주 후 63.5±4.05kg로 1.3kg(2.01%), %fat는 35.4±2.57%에서 30.6±5.36%로 4.8%(13.56%)가 감소하였다. 체전굴은 9.4±5.44cm에서 8주후 9.7±5.63cm로 0.3cm당은 198.3±89.23mg/dl에서 8주 후 113.0±51.53mg/dl로 85.2mg/dl(43.00%), 인슐린은 12.1±3.38μU/ml에서 8주 후 9.8±3.69μU/ml로 2.30μU/ml(19.01%)가 감소하였다. Fructosamine(umol/L)은 339.5±79.70μmol/L에서 8주 후 259.8±54.0μmol/L로 79.75umol/L(23.49%)가 감소하였으며, Glucagon은 252.7±59.73mg/dl에서 287.1±79.16mg/dl로 34.4mg/dl(13.61%)가 증가하였다. T-C 는 0.85%, LDL-C은 0.56% 감소하였으며, HDL-C은 48.0±4.55mg/dl에서 8주 후 49.5±8.70mg/dl으로 1.5mg/dl(3.13%)가 증가하였다. 이상과 같이 HRmax 50^의 지속적이고 규칙적인 유산소 운동은 NIDDM 환자의 체지방량과 혈당을 감소시키고, 인슐린감수성과 HDL-C이 증가하여 당뇨병개선에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        The Effects of Exercise Intensity on Cytokines

        운동은 건강한 사람의 면역기능에 영향을 미친다는 중요한 보고가 있다. 그러나 면역학상의 변화와 운동강도, 지속시간 사이의 연관성은 일반적으로 불분명하다. 본 연구는 운동지속시간과 3단계의 운동강도에 의한 혈액 단핵세포들의 난응에 대한 변화를 구명하기 위해서 수행되었다. 19∼20세의 여자 대학생 8명을 대상으로 최대운동강도의 40%, 60%는 각각 40분간, 75%는 all-out까지의 트레드밀 운동을 실시하여 백혈구아형 및 사이토카인에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 신장 158.6cm, 체중 53.5kg, %fat 22.5%, 체중당산소섭취량은 45.2ml/kg·min이며 leucocytes는 안정시보다 40%, 60%, 75% 운동 후에 감소하는 것으로 나타났고, lymphocytes는 안정시보다 40%, 60%, 75% 운동 후에 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. monocytes는 안정시나 운동시 일정한 수준을 유지하며 유의한 변화는 없는 것으로 나타났다. IL1, IL2는 운동강도에 의해서 거의 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 lymphocyte와 monocyte 수에 있어서 각각 다른 운동강도가 주는 영향들을 설명하였다. 이러한 영향을 일시적이며 모든 강도의 수준에서 발생한다. 그들은 서로 관련되지만 IL1과 IL2의 순환하는 수치의 변화와는 연관이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 cytokine의 변화는 단핵세포들의 동원에 대한 반영보다는 단핵 세포들의 기능적 현상의 변화에 의한 것이다.
