백시멘트와 조강성 분말수지 첨가량 변화에 따른 2성분 박막형 시멘트 모르타르계 주차장 바닥용 표면 마감재의 휨-압축강도비와 윤하중 저항성능간의 상관성 분석

Since the finishing materials of the concrete slabs in the indoor parking area which emit environmentally contaminated substance above standard level had been restricted by the law for the indoor air quality management, there has been increased interests in the usage of the cement based mortar as a surface finishing materials of the indoor parking slab. The present paper aims to find the possibility of the 2-Ingredients thin film type cement based mortar as a surface finishing materials of the indoor parking slab, satisfying the standard of KS F 4937(Surface finishing material for parking slab) which regulate the acceptance testing method for the resistance-wheel moving load when it is constructed within around the 1.0㎜ of thickness. The developed surface material is made with the varied component ratio of both content of white portland cement(WPC) and redispersible polymer powder(RPP). Tests on the flexural strength, compression strength and resistance-wheel moving load have been carried out. The results of the experiments show that there is no correlation between the resistance-wheel moving load and the single value of flexural strength and compression strength. It is also revealed that most of test results are satisfying the standard of KS F 4937 when flexural-compressive strength ratio is within the range of 0.40 to 0.45. It is concluded that there is close correlation between the resistance-wheel moving load and the flexural-compressive strength ratio.
폴리우레탄 수지에 시멘트계 분체혼합물을 혼입한 주차장 바닥용 표면 마감재의 성능 평가 연구

This study attempted the development of surface finishing material for parking slab mixed with cementitious powder component to polyurethane resin, which is composed of four ingredients like A(modified polyol), B(polyisocyanate), H₂O and powder mixture. Through preliminary experiments, samples were made with eight different amounts of the powder mixture keeping the same amount of other three ingredients like A, B, and H₂O. After placing these samples in the thickness of about 1.50㎜, one sample was selected which had no different color and cracks on the hardened surface. The selected sample was tested about flow, flexural strength, compressive strength, bond strength, watertightness, impact resistance, and wheel-moving load resistance. The results were analyzed and examined to present the usability as a surface finishing material for parking slab with the optimum composition ratio. As the results of the experiments, it was found that there was no different color and crack on the surface of the hardened sample which had the composition ratio of A : B : H₂O : Powder Mixture = 1 : 2 : 0.6 : 3.43. Also, this sample satisfied the quality standard regarding dynamic wheel load resistance, flexural strength, compressive strength, bond strength, impact resistance and watertightness which are prescribed by KS F 4937 and KS F 4041. As conclusion, this study confirmed that the polyurethane based mortar in the above composition ratio could be an optimum surface finishing material usable for parking lot slab floor.

This study is on the evaluation of soil material using silicone water repellent agent to protect soil material. It is recognised that a silicone water repellent agent have been extensively used for concrete, in these days. All water repellent agent used in this study were excellent in protecting Soil material. Especially, gel type was efficient than other water repellent agent used in this study under this given condition. This stud used a silicone water repellent agen but mortar was more excellent than Soil material.
자기수평 모르타르의 재료분리저감을 위한 고성능 유동화제와 증점제의 최적 조성비에 관한 실험적 연구

Superplaticizers and thickners are additives used to control the balance between the fluidity and the stability of self-leveling mortars. This experimental study is intended to find out the optimal ratio of these two additives which minimizes the segregation of the self-leveling mortar during its application, while maintaining the sufficient level of fluidity at the same time. Naphthalene, melamine and polycarbonate-based superplasticizers were tested along with the following choice of thickners: Polysaccharide (PS) and hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC). As a result, the most effective composition of self-leveling mortar turned out to be 0.519% polycarbonate-based superplaticizer with 0.002587% of PS and 0.155844% of HEC in the ratio by the weight of the inorganic binders. This composition not only enhanced the mortar stability without loss of its high-fluidity, but was able to prevent the segregation of material completely.

This study investigates the physical properties of the self-leveling mortar according to variable composition set of redispersible polymers and white Portland cement. This materials have to be composed of many types of binders and chemical additives. So it is difficult to decide suitable mixing proportion of composition materials. The self-leveling materials using "0, 2, 4, 6, 8kg" of EVA polymer dispersion ranges are prepared with three types of white Portland cement rations which respectively rangs from "290, 300, 310kg", and were tested for basic characteristics such as flowability, flexural, and compressive strength, bond strength.
