반도체 소자의 투과 전자 현미경(TEM) 관찰을 위한 단면 시료 제작 기술

투과 전자 현미경 (Transmission Electron Microscope : TEM))의 단면 시료 관찰은 반도체 소자의 미세화에 따른 공정 평가, failure analysis 분야에 최근 많이 사용되고 있으나 TEM관찰을 위한 반도체 소자의 시료 제작 기술이 반도체 재료의 특성상 매우 어렵기 때문에 만족할만한 연구 성과가 미흡한 실정이다. 여기에서는 확산 공정 기술 개발에 따른 시료의 TEM 관찰에 필요한 단면 관찰용 시료 제작 기술에 대한 연구 결과를 정리 하였다.

本稿は江戶川亂步の「變格探偵小說」の中、「押繪と旅する男」における「異界」に着目し、その特徵を考察したものである。亂步の「押繪と旅する男」において「異界」は「都市」という日常空間に存在していた。かつて「異界」を?ける手段として「股のぞき」といった民俗的しぐさが想定されてきたが、この作品においては雙眼鏡という近代の文物がその代わりになっている。雙眼鏡は特別で神秘的な尖端文物だが、「魔性」をもっている物でもあった。そのような雙眼鏡と逆さにすることで秩序の反轉を企むという民俗學的な發想が結び付き、人間が「異界」に移動するという怪異を産み出している。「異界」の情景は現實世界のそれと酷似しており、人間は「異界」に移動しても現實世界の時間に支配された。また、近代文明の象徵である汽車は民俗的觀念と結び付き、「異界」に變貌し、怪異を産み出している。こういった近代文物にまつわる怪異は近代文物に象徵される近代に對する亂步の認識の反映であろうが、それはまた同時代の日本人の認識の反映であるともいえよう。そして、この作品が好評を得ている理由は、怪異など幻想的事件に對して近代的なやり方で接していきながらも、それと日本人の「民俗的觀念」を結び付けているからでなかろうか。亂步の「變格探偵小說」の特徵はそのような点にあると考えられる。 The purpose of this study is to discuss `Another World` in detail and look more closely at the features of `Another World` in < The Traveler with the Pasted Rag Picture > from Edogawa Ranpo`s `An Anomaly Detective Story`. `Another World` in < The Traveler with the Pasted Rag Picture > takes place in a city where daily life exists like our own. Typically, it is not unusual to consider `mata-nozoki` which is a traditional method as the means to be able to see into `Another World`, however, binoculars which are tools of modern civilization have been used for looking into `Another World` in < The Traveler with the Pasted Rag Picture >. The binoculars are special and mysterious high-tech tools. In addition, they are the tools which have magical powers. Futhermore, the binoculars complement the traditional way of thinking in which the order of things is reversed, so they cause the mysterious phenomenon of moving into `Another World`. The views from both `Another World` and real world are identical, and humans are still under the rule of time in the real world even when they have moved into `Another World`. A train as a symbol of modern civilization is also connected to folk ideas, so this changes into `Another World` and makes strange phenomenon. The strange phenomenon related to modern civilization is affected by not only Ranpo`s thoughts but also contemporary Japanese people`s minds in that period of time. The reason why < The Traveler with the Pasted Rag Picture > is highly acclaimed may be that the author describes the strange and supernatural phenomenon in a modern way and considers the phenomenon in connection with the folk ideas which Japanese people have. It should be clear that the characteristics in `An Anomaly Detective Story` by Ranpo are bound up with these points.

아동의 장난감 선택에 영향을 주는 제 변인에 관한 연구 : 서울 시내 유치원 아동을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between ⑴ social status and selection of toys, ⑵ sibling order and selection of toys and ⑶ sex and toy preference. The subjects were 97 mothers of preschool children. A questionnaire was devised and used for the collection of data. The data were analyzed with Chi-square. The results were as follows: ⑴ There was a significant difference in selection of toys according to the socio-economic status of children. ⑵ There was no significant difference in selection of toys according to sibling order of the child. ⑶ There were significant differences between boys and girls in toy preference.
