Flare Boom is a device to burn the waste gas and oil generated during submarine crude oil drilling. Flare Boom has become a truss structure, a length of about 30m, and the large-scale structure. Flare Boom can be installed using a crane. In this case, it runs the Lifting by fixing the four Lug Point. Lifting at the time, all of the load of Flare Boom are supported by the four Lug. therefore, structural stability evaluation of the lug is necessary. Global-Local analysis was performed to structural stability evaluation of lug. Flare Boom was simplified beam model, and Ladders, pipes, etc. was converted to weight without model. A reaction force values extracted through a global analysis. The reaction value finally been extracted global model was applied to local model to perform the structural reliability evaluation.
