CRDI 디젤기관에서 바이오디젤유의 혼합율에 따른 배기배출물 특성 연구

Our environment is faced with serious problems related to the air pollution from automobiles in these days. Specially, the exhaust emissions from the diesel engine are recognized as a main cause influencing the environment severly. In this study, the potential possibility of biodiesel fuel was investigated as an alternative fuel for a naturally aspirated common rail diesel engine. The smoke emission of biodiesel fuel 5vol-%(min. content) was reduced in comparison with diesel fuel, that is, it was reduced approximately 40% at 3000rpm, full load. But, power, torque and brake specific energy consumption didn't have no large differences. But, NOx emission of biodiesel fuel was increased compared with commercial diesel fuel.
바이오디젤유와 Dimethoxy Methane 혼합시 디젤기관의 배기배출물 특성 및 EGR의 적용 연구

Our environment is faced with serious problems related to the air pollution from automobiles in these days. In particular, the exhaust emissions of diesel engine are recognized main cause which influenced environment strong. In this study, the potential possibility of biodiesel fuel and Oxygenated fuel(dimethoxy methane, below DMM) was investigated as an alternative fuel for a naturally aspirated direct injection diesel engine. The smoke emission of blending fuel(biodiesel fuel 90vol-%+DMM 10vol-%) was reduced in comparison with diesel fuel, that is, it was reduced approximately 70% at 2500rpm, full load. But, power, torque and brake specific energy consumption didn't have no large differences. But, NOx emission of biodiesel fuel and DMM blended fuel was increased compared with commercial diesel fuel. It was needed a NOx reduction counterplan that EGR method was used as a countermeasure for NOx reduction. It was found that simultaneous reduction of smoke and NOx emission was achieved with BDF(95%) and DMM(5%) blended fuel and cooled EGR method(15%).
닥섬유를 이용한 차량 연료필터용 Base Paper의 적용 연구

In this study, as a fuel filter for automobiles, base paper which can filtrate the polluted particles must satisfy with the standards of each vehicle. Therefore, it was wanted to found out the factors that affect base paper according to content of HPZ, Mulberry pulp. Laub holze bleached kraft pulp(below LBKP). The most important things we wanted to find out in base paper test were Weight basis, Thickness, Air permeability, Burst strength / Mullen, Maximum pore size and Mean pore size. we wanted to measure a rate of change of these condition by adjusting a rate of mixing for HPZ, Mulberry pulp and LBKP. Moreover, by shooting SEM picture, we checked a condition of air gap.
