블로그 이용자와 파워블로거의 의사인간관계적 상호작용과 광고 창의적 특성 및 광고이용태도의 관계에 대한 내용분석

본 연구는 기존의 전통적 미디어 연구에서 행하던 등장인물과의 의사인간관계적 관여를 웹사이트의 파워블로그에 접목하여 의사인간관계적 관여정도가 광고이용의도와 어떠한 관계에 있는지를 구명(究明)하고자 하였다. 파워블로그의 댓글 내용분석을 통한 실증 분석을 토대로 블로그의 광고적 사용가치와 향상방안을 탐구하고자 한다. 의사인간관계적 관여, 파워블로거가 제시하는 광고의 창의적 특성, 광고이용태도 등의 유목을 설정하고 네이버의 파워블로그 3개에 게재된 블로그 포스트(post)를 표집대상으로 내용분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 제품이나 서비스의 주요 특장점을 주로 제시하는 광고보다 창의성이 있는 광고로서 소비자에게 도움이 되는 인간 친화적인 접근을 하면서, 광고의 주변 환경을 조화성있게 잘 활용하는 것이 소비자의 광고이용 의향을 높일 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. This study delves into the recently spot-lighted power blog`s contents and the usefulness of its advertising. It applied the theoretical concept of the relationships of para-social interaction with program characters to a web media, specifically, the blog media. Four measures are utilized in the study. Para-social interaction involvement is measured. The posted advertising creativity degree is measured. And, the content analysis of the posting in the power blogs was executed. This is a natural and unobtrusive tool to obtain the statistics this study intends to collect. Postings in three power blogs in NAVER were analysed and secondary analyses was carried out to look into the research objectives drawn in the paper. The results suggest that, rather than presenting the attributes of the sponsored products or services in the ad, user-beneficial and human-friendly advertising appeals with a sensible usage of ad environment are better off in drawing the blog user`s willingness to utilize the advertising in the blog media.
국내 건설사업관리 기술인력 역량평가 개선모델(I<sup>2</sup>CEC)

ICEC는 경력, 학력, 자격 등 건설기술인의 역량을 정량화하여 종합한 뒤 해당점수에 따라 건설기술인에게 특급, 고급, 중급, 초급 등 4가지 기술등급을 차등 부여함으로써 기술 인력의 효율적 관리 및 적재적소로의 배치를 목적으로 도입된 제도이다. 하지만 시행 7년 차에 접어든 2020년 현재, ICEC는 본래의 도입취지와는 달리 인력배치기준, 역량지수 배점기준 및 기술등급 구분 등에 있어 많은 문제점들이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 현행 건설기술인 역량지수(ICEC)에 기반 한 기술인력의 운영 및 평가체계의 문제점을 도출하고 건설기술인의 역량에 비례하는 경력지수를 제시함으로써 역량평가 개선모델인 I<sup>2</sup>CEC를 개발하였다. 그 결과, 초급 인정을 위한 최소 역량지수를 낮춰 건설사업관리 기술인력의 신규진입이 가능하며, 건설기술인의 실제 역량에 부합하는 경력지수 산정이 가능하다. 본 연구는 국내 건설업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 효율적인 인력양성 및 경력관리 시스템 구축에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The ICEC (Index of Construction Engineer's Competency) quantifies the competence of construction engineers using such parameters as experience, education, and qualifications and assigns four technical grades (expert, advanced, intermediate, and beginners) to construction engineers according to their scores for the efficient management and loading of technical personnel. However, as of 2020, the seventh year since its implementation, ICEC has shown many problems in its application, unlike its intended purpose. So institutional supplementation is required to provide improvement measures that can cope with the changing labor market environment and complement the current ICEC. Therefore, this study examined the current status of the career management system after the introduction of the ICEC, suggested a career index proportional to the competence of construction engineers from the beginner to the expert level, and developed an effective capability evaluation model I<sup>2</sup>CEC. The improved model presented in this study provides a means to comprehensively judge the performance, experience, and the professional work abilities of construction management engineers. Furthermore, the results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of efficient manpower and career management systems for enhancing the competitiveness of the domestic construction industry.
구조 부재의 형상적 특성 기반의 실내 포인트 클라우드 데이터의 표준화 알고리즘 개발

As the shape and size of detectable objects diversifying recognition and segmentation algorithms have been developed to acquire accurate shape information. Although a high density of data captured by the repetition of scanning improves the accuracy of algorithms the high dense data decreases the efficiency due to its large size. This paper proposes standardization algorithms using the feature of structural members on indoor point cloud data to improve the process. First of all we determine the reduction rate of the density based on the features of the target objects then the data reduction algorithm compresses the data based on the reduction rate. Second the data arrangement algorithm rotates the data until the normal vector of data is aligned along the coordinate axis to allow the following algorithms to operate properly. Final the data arrangement algorithm separates the rotated data into their leaning axis. This allows reverse engineering of indoor point clouds to obtain the efficiency and accuracy of refinement processes.

The slowdown of the global economic market due to the pandemic is causing the global construction market to stagnate, and the use of smart construction technology is drawing attention as one of the main alternatives to overcome this problem. In fact, a number of previous studies have been published that smart construction technologies such as building information modeling and drones can contribute to project performance improvement, such as productivity improvement and cost reduction. However, previous studies focus on the application direction and technical effectiveness of smart construction technology, so the analysis in terms of the contribution that the application of the technology has to the project performance is insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to focus on the effectiveness aspect of the application of smart construction technology on the project performance. The results of this study are expected to be able to be used as basic data for establishing policies related to the activation of smart construction technology promoted by the government and setting the direction for the use of smart construction technology by stakeholders.
감영 복원사업의 계획수립을 위한 의사결정 지원 모델 구축

This study introduces an objective and systematic framework for prioritizing buildings in the Gamyoung restoration project using a decision-support model. This model integrates evaluation criteria derived from a comprehensive literature review, refined through the Delphi method, and weights assigned via an Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) survey. Each building project is scored against these criteria to ascertain its priority for restoration, thereby facilitating informed decisionmaking for budget allocation in restoration projects. The effectiveness of the decision-support model was validated through a case study and expert consultations, demonstrating its practical utility in formulating concrete restoration project plans.
