사회복지관 실무자의 이용자중심실천에 미치는 영향요인:사회복지 가치 적합성과 창의성의 영향력을 중심으로

The purpose of the study was to identify direct and indirect effects of social welfare value fit and creativity on client-focused practice of social workers in community welfare centers. For the purpose of this study, surveyed data from 203 social workers working in community welfare centers Seoul metropolitan area, was analyzed as secondary data. Result of the structural equation modeling analysis showed that social welfare value fit and creativity had significant direct effects on client-focused practice of social workers in community welfare centers, after accounting for control variables in the study. In addition to the direct impacts of the variables of interest in the model, social welfare value fit had indirect positive effects on client-focused practice of social workers through creativity. Based on the findings of the study, as practical implications of the study, field-oriented education and supervision, organization based on social welfare values, formation of a horizontal organizational culture, and expansion of work discretion were suggested. 본 연구는 사회복지관 실무자의 이용자중심실천에 사회복지 가치 적합성과 창의성이 어떠한 직․간접적인 영향을 주는지 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해, 수도권(서울, 경기, 인천)에 위치한 사회복지관 실무자 203명이 응답한 2차 자료를 분석하였고, 구조방정식을 주요 분석방법으로 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 인구사회학적 요인의 영향력을 통제한 후에도 사회복지 가치 적합성과 창의성이 이용자중심실천에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이용자중심실천에 미치는 관심변인의 직접적인 영향력과 더불어, 사회복지 가치 적합성은 창의성을 거쳐 이용자중심실천에 통계적으로 유의한 간접적 영향을 주었다. 주요 사회복지적 함의로는 실무자의 이용자중심실천 수준을 높이기 위한 현장 중심의 교육훈련과 수퍼비전, 사회복지 가치에 입각한 기관 운영, 수평적인 기관문화 형성, 업무의 재량권 확대 등을 제안하였다.

단축형 이용자중심실천 척도의 타당화 : 지역복지관 사례관리자의 응답을 중심으로

The purpose of the study was to validate the abbreviated scale of client-focused practice. For the purpose of this study, the secondary data from 150 case managers working at local welfare centers around the Seoul metropolitan area were analyzed. To answer the research questions of the study, Cronbach's α, Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA), Averaged Variance Extracted(AVE), the Construct Reliability(CR), and Criterion-related validity tests were reported. Ten items of abbreviated client-focused practice scale revealed a high level of Cronbach's α, and the CFA also confirmed that the items on the scale effectively measure the construct of the client-focused practice. In addition, standardized loadings of CFA and CR were shown to be acceptable to ensure the convergent validity of the scales. Along with major findings of the study, implications for practical and educational aspects of case manager’s client-focused practice are discussed. 본 연구는 단축형 이용자중심실천 척도의 개발과 타당도 확인을 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 서울, 경기, 인천에 위치한 지역복지관의 사례관리자 150명을 대상으로 조사한 2 차 자료를 활용하여 단축형 척도의 신뢰도, 구성타당도, 수렴타당도, 기준관련 타당도를확인하였다. 연구결과, 10문항으로 축약된 척도의 개별문항들이 이용자중심실천이라는상위개념을 효과적으로 구성 및 측정하는 것으로 나타났고, 수렴타당도와 기준관련 타당도 역시 적절한 수준으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 단축형 척도가 사례관리자를포함하여 이용자중심실천을 평가하는 유용한 도구가 될 수 있으며, 더 확대된 맥락에서실증연구에 활용될 수 있다는 점을 논의하였다.

쉼터 이용 청소년의 이용자중심실천 참여 경험

This study aims to explore the content and attributes of client-centered practice programs experienced by adolescents in youth shelters, specifically through the voices of those who participated in a project targeting vulnerable children in blind spots, organized by World Vision. Data were collected through focus group interviews with 12 adolescents who participated in the program. The analysis resulted in the contextualization of 5 categories based on 13 subcategories, and two thematic areas were identified. The first theme, “Services that are respected and assist in growth,” revealed aspects such as “the pros and cons of the shelter,” “services and experiences that reflect my opinion,” and “services that empower and assist me.” The second theme, “Our voice for better services,” identified the need for “expansion of beneficial services and experiences” and “ongoing necessary changes and challenges.” The study concludes with suggestions for client-centered practices based on the findings, along with their social welfare implications for youth shelter projects.

아동양육시설의 혁신적 실천에 영향을 주는 요인 -상황요인과 조직요인의 영향력을 중심으로-

The Purpose of this study was to identify direct and indirect effects of contingency and organizational factors on innovative practices in residential child care facilities. To answer the research question of the study, surveyed data from nationwide sample of 431 workers serving in residential child care facilities were analyzed. Result of the structural equation modeling analysis showed that environment level for worker’s practices, support for practical competency for workers, and levels of response to active external environments had significant direct effects on innovative practices in residential child care facilities, after accounting for control variables in the study. In addition to the direct impact of the variables of interest in the model, contingency factors had significant indirect effects on innovative practices in residential child care facilities through organizational factors. Based on the findings of the study, practical implications of the study were suggested, implying that residential child care facilities have to make an effort for mobilizing community resources needed by children, for providing various types of education and training services to workers, for creating supportive practice environments that new attempts and changes are easily made by workers, for designing system settings that allows to respond to environment changes and the needs of children. 본 연구는 아동양육시설의 혁신적 실천에 상황요인과 조직요인이 어떠한 직⋅간접적인 영향을주는지 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해, 국내 아동양육시설에서 근무하는 종사자(생활복지사, 자립지원전담요원, 보육사) 431명을 대상으로 수집한 2차 자료를 활용하여 분석하였고, 구조방정식을 주요 분석 방법으로 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 인구사회학적요인의 영향력을 통제한 후에도 상황요인인 종사자 실천환경 수준과 조직요인인 실천역량지원의 충분성, 조직의 적극적인 외부환경 대응이 혁신적 실천에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기반하여 아동양육시설의 혁신적 실천을 위해 아동에게 필요한 지역자원 발굴과 활용, 종사자의 근무환경을 배려한 다양한 형태의 교육훈련의 제공, 종사자의새로운 시도와 변화를 모색하는 실천환경의 조성, 외부환경과 아동의 욕구에 대응 가능한 포용적 시스템 마련 등을 논의하고 제안하였다.

제주시 지역사회 통합돌봄 장애 당사자의 탈시설과 자립생활 경험에 관한 연구

This study intended to analyze experience of deinstitutionalization and independent living in community of persons with disabilities who participated in the community care in Jeju. Utilizing content analysis method, the process and experiences of independent living were analyzed for 9 persons with disabilities currently participating in the community care in Jeju. According to the result of the study, their experiences would be summarized into 6 categories and 2 themes. Those categories consisted of “The Journey of Finding unskilled but Better Me: Decisions for Me, Unfamiliar and Difficult Trials, the Path to Self-Reliance Together, the Process of Becoming a Master, Suggestions for a Better Independent Life: Encouragement and Support Still Needed, Expanding Client-focused Support have”. Based on these findings, the study concluded with practical and policy implications that would improve effectiveness of this project.

청소년 갈등해결역량의 종단적 변화유형과 예측요인

본 연구는 청소년기 갈등해결역량 발달궤적 유형과 예측요인을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국아동·청소년패널조사의 학생 표본 중 2018년에서 2022년 조사 문항에 모두 응답한 2,052사례를 분석하였고, 성장혼합모형과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 주요 분석 방법으로 활용하였다. 분석결과, 청소년 갈등해결역량 성장궤적의 잠재계층 유형은 저수준-감소형, 중수준-유지형, 고수준-증가형 등 세가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 아울러 성별차이, 지역성, 사회적위축, 친구관계, 부모의 자율성 지지가 청소년 갈등해결역량의 성장궤적 유형을 예측하는 변인으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로, 청소년 갈등해결역량의 강화를 위한 사회복지적 함의를 제안하였다. This study aims to identify the developmental trajectories of conflict resolution skills in adolescents and the factors predicting these trajectories. The research tracked patterns of change in conflict resolution skills in five years, examining the influence of various factors on these trajectories. Results shows that there are three different latent groups in conflict resolution skills in adolescents; low-level-decreasing, mid-level-maintaing, and high-level-increasing respectively. Regarding factors predicting a different latent group membership, levels of peer relationships, parental autonomy support, social support, and social withdrawal, along with gender difference and community size where adolescents live, have a significant impact on each dependent variable. Findings highlights the importance of collaborative support from families, schools, and communities to foster adolescents’ conflict resolution skills.

가족센터 실무자의 가족중심실천이 가족의 대처능력에 미치는 영향: A시 가족센터 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 가족의 대처능력에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하려는 목적으로 수행하였다. 특히 본 연구는 가족센터 실무자의 가족중심실천이 이용자의 대처능력에 주는 독자적인 영향력을 파악하는데 초점을 두었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 가족센터를 이용하고 있는 가족구성원 165명을 대상으로 수집한 2차 자료를 활용하였다. 주요 연구문제 해결을 위해 위계적 다중 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 개인요인, 심리사회요인을 통제한 후에도 가족중심실천은 가족센터 이용자의 대처능력에 유의한 정적영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 기반하여, 가족센터 이용자의 대처능력강화를 위한 구체적인 사회복지적 함의를 제안하였다. The purpose of the study was to identify factors influencing coping abilities of clients using family center, with a special focus on the impact of family-centered practice. To answer the major research question, surveyed data from sample of 164 clients using family center, was analyzed. Result of the hierachical regression analysis showed that levels of family-centered practice of workers in family center had a significant positve effect on coping abilities of clients, after accounting for control variables in the study. Based on the results of the study, details of social work implications to improve coping abilities of clients using family center were discussed.
