This paper examined the best forecasting model that is the lower forecast error for visitors in festival. The forecasting model is tested the accuracy using smoothing method about time series with linear and nonlinear trend and MAPE and RMSE are used as the criteria of the accuracy of forecasting method. The simple moving average method is analyzed the best forecasting method among the six forecasting methods but is considered as comparatively accurate forecasting method.

This study is to suggest what the training is required to middle manager and how the transfer of training can be increased in hotel industry. In the results, it can be considered the middle manager emphasizes the training program that can develop the integrative role of middle manager, not part, and the lower year and position middle manager is the higher the transfer of training is analyzed about service craft skills.
도보산책자와 ATV이용자간의 레저갈등 유발요인에 대한 연구

Visitor complaints due to the recreational ATVs(All Terrain Vehicles) has been a major management issue in the Bomoon Tourist Complex in Kyungjoo. This kind of problem has been known as recreation conflicts in leisure studies, and the most widely adopted conceptualization was offered by Jacob and Schreyer(1980) referred to as goal interference model. In order to examine the recreation conflict experienced by different recreationist groups in Bomoon, namely walking visitors and ATV riders, two sets of questionnaire was prepared. Overall 357 visitors in Bomoon participated in the survey, comprising 191 walking visitors and 166 ATV riders. Logistic regression analysis was performed to determine important factors inducing conflict and 16 variables were included in the analysis. The result shows five and three of the sixteen variables were significant enough in generating conflict for walkers and ATV riders respectively. 본 연구에서는 관광쇼핑시 관광객의 쾌락적 가치가 관광쇼핑행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 쾌락적 가치와 관련된 5개의 변수에 대하여 가설을 설정한 후 실증분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 관광객이 쇼핑을 할 때에는 기능적 요소를 쾌락적 요소보다 더 중요하게 생각하고 있지만, 쇼핑만족과의 관계에서는 쾌락적 요소가 쇼핑만족에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관광객이 쾌락적 가치에 대한 중요도가 클수록 관광쇼핑에 대한 관여도가 높은 것으로 나타나, 쾌락적 쇼핑가치와 관광쇼핑 관여도는 긍정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 즉, 쾌락적 쇼핑가치가 큰 관광객은 관광쇼핑에 관심이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 충동구매성향이 높은 관광객이 쾌락적 쇼핑가치도 높은 것으로 나타나, 관광쇼핑에서의 충동구매 행동에 대한 연구가 더욱 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 쾌락적 쇼핑가치는 관광객의 감각추구 성향과도 밀접한 상관관계가 있었다. 쾌락적 쇼핑가치가 높은 관광객은 모험심, 신기성, 일상으로부터의 변화추구 등의 성향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates how hedonic value affects the tourist shopping behavior. The empirical study found the followings: (1) the tourists think the utilitarian value is more important than the hedonic value in his/her shopping decision, but the hedonic value affects more than the utilitarian value on shopping satisfaction. (2) the more hedonic value the tourist has, the more tourist involves in shopping. (3) the more hedonic value the tourist has, the more tendency of impulsive buying the tourist has in shopping behavior. (4) hedonic shopping value is closely correlated with tourist's sensation seeking. the results suggest that hedonic value is important element in understanding tourist's shopping behavior.

This study is to find the problem in the working process and to suggest alternatives to be applied in field for the successful exposition. The Improvement results of working process is extracted from the opinions of 13 experts who has at least one time experience of exposition in Korea. The summary of the results is following. First, in preparation step of exposition the persons concerned (public officials, The expert, residents and stake holder) is participated. Second, The Competition bidding is needed the transparency and the justice of the bidding system, the protection and compensation of volunteer`s intellectual property, idea-oriented the bidding system excluding the lowest prices and sponsorship in choice step of the agency. Third, In the basic step, it must consider planning about the budget, distinction and practical possibility of exposition and post exposition. Forth, in the practical step is needed enough sharing of planning in the part, compilation of the budget. Fifth, pre-practical step is needed positive promotion activity to improve the interest, risk management, the building of cooperation between the local authority and agency to achieve the goal. Sixth, practical step have to build the pre simulation acting and organization of operation system. Seventh, post exposition is needed the practical application and sharing of evaluation association for the subjective evaluation.
