This study present base data for development of vinegar-based source and marketing strategies for penetration of the global market for local source companies by comparing and analyzing the awareness and choice factors of vinegar-based sauces by foreign consumers. Preference (p<0.05), matching food (p<0.001), number of purchases (p<0.001), place of purchase (p<0.001), information source (p<0.001), importance of selective attributes (p<0.05), and most frequently purchased vinegar-based sauces (p<0.01) differed significantly according to nationality. There were also significant differences by nationality in purchase intention (p<0.05), packaging (p<0.001), and purchase considerations (p<0.001) of naturally fermented vinegar-based sauce. Developing of vinegar-based sauces and menus should be combined so that it suitable for the food culture of each country.

This study investigated difference of general eating habit and eating-out behavior between men and women of university students in Gyonggi area. The survey was conducted from 1 March to 1 April 2010, in Gyeonggi area. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 250 students in Gyeonggi area. The research results show, first of all, that they eat twice a day, and they usually do not eat breakfast. The main reason why they do not eat breakfast is that they do not have enough time to eat. Between men and women, there is significant difference in eating amount and eating speed at 0.001 levels. Men`s problems of eating behavior are irregular meal time and speed of eating time, and in case of women, they do not have a meal regularly and overeat at one time. Second, they usually eat out for a meal and gather with friends once to three times a week. Also, the lunch set-menu promotion is the most preferred one. Third, when men choose a restaurant, they consider in order of taste, convenience, amount, and service; women consider in order of atmosphere, taste, convenience, and service. Taste is the most important for men; atmosphere is the most important consideration for women. Taste (at 0.01 levels), sanitation (at 0.05 levels), and atmosphere (at 0.001 levels) are significantly different between men and women in choosing restaurant. A pay, Connection. Support. Finally the educational-industrial cooperation in foodservice industrial will need like this. First, the Educaitonal world gives a course of study by a jog analysis. Next, the Industrial world gives various information to students, the spot arrangement suit student`s ability and gives suit job, etc.

The purpose of this study looks for the directions to improve the performance evaluation of cook by examining the perceptions for performance of cook by supervisors in hotel restaurant. In order for this purpose, this study focuss on two areas: (1) the significant differences of each hotel type on the perceptions of each performance evaluation item, (2) the significant differences of each kitchen type on the perceptions of each performance evaluation item in terms of two different types of hotel. To examine (1) and (2). this study uses Student t test and anova analysis. The findings from this study have both theoretical and practical implications. Implications of these findings are discussed.
