        연령증가에 따른 정상 노인의 음향분석학적 특징

        Anatomic and physiological changes of the larynx with advancing age result in morphologic changes of the vocal fold and reduced control of the phonatory mechanism in elderly individuals and are reflected in increased unstability of fundamental frequency (Fo). The purpose of this study is to increase current understanding of acoustic and stroboscopic characteristics of normal elderly persons voices. First, phonated /a/ vowel productions by 40 normal adults (20 to 40 years, 20 men and 20 women) and 40 normal elderly persons (60 to 80 years,20 men and 20 women) were analyzed, using CSL (model 4300B) acoustic analysis software, to obtain acoustic measures related to fundamental frequency stability nd vocal resonance characteristics. Second, stroboscopic images of the vocal fold behavior in all subjects were analyzed by experienced specialists. In the men, fundamental frequency variation (vFe) (p<0.01), jitter. (p<0.05), and shimmer (p<0.05) for the older group were significantly higher than the value for the adult group. In the stroboscopic findings, edema of vocal fold had a significant finding in aged men (15%). In the women, vFo (p<0.05), jitter (p<0.05), and noise to harmonic ratio (NHR) (p<0.05) for the older group were significantly higher than the value for e adult group and first formant frequency (F1) (p<0.01) and second formant frequency (F2) (p<0.01) for. the older group were significantly lower than the value for the adult group. In the stroboscopic findings, vocal fold atrophy had a significant finding in aged women (25%). Frequency stability, as reflected by vFo, jitter, shimmer, and NHR, decreases with advancing age in men and women and spectral analysis of phonated /a/ vowel productions reveals the lowering of the frequency of F1 and second F2 with advancing age, especially in aged women. Change in the mass of vocal folds, due to atrophy or edema, is considered to be the greatest factor in these acoustic changes.

        성대결절이 있는 성악도에서의 음성분석학적 특징

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze and compare the acoustic characteristics of vocal major students with vocal nodule when singing. Materials and Methods : Ten sopranos with vocal nodule, who have never been treated due to voice problems, were the subject group. Twenty healthy sopranos major students were the control group for this study. The vocal nodule was confirmed by stroboscopy and the acoustic and electroglottographic analysis was conducted on be groups. Additionally, an inquiry on usual voice problems during speaking and singing were performed on each of the groups. Results : The vowel /a/ was spoken and sung by sopranos of each group. There were no significant differences in Fo, jitter, shimmer, NHR at speaking and singing in either group. We did not register any significant differences of closed quotient and speed quotient in electroglottography for both groups at singing, but speed quotient was increased in subject group at speaking(p<0.05). And the sopranos with nodule demonstrated voice fatigue(70%), strained and tired voice after long period of performance and conversation(60%) on inquiry. Conclusions : Although they had a vocal nodule, this group, who had a long period of voice training, did not present any differences in acoustic and electroglottographic problems during short performance, but, the vocalists noticed delicate voice problems after a long performance. We conclude that the voice training teacher and laryngologist must initiate voice management and speech therapy for vocal nodule, even if there is no specific abnormality in acoustic analysis.

        성악도들의 음성관리 및 성대화상술상의 문제점과 발성에 대한 음향분석학적 특징

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze and compare e acoustic sound structure of vocal major student's singing voice. Materials and Methods : The nineteen vocal major students were the subject group and healthy nineteen females were the control group for this study. The subject group was taken a strobovideolaryngoscopy by the use of flexible nasopharyngoscopy. And acoustic analysis was taken between two groups. Additionally the inquiry on usual voice problems and management was performed by thirty-six vocal major students. Results : The subject group presents many functional voice disorder findings such as AP contraction(44%), phase difference(36%) tremor(25%), posterior gap(17%), hyperadduction of vestibular fold(6%), and anterior gap(3%) on strobovideolaryngoscopy. And the vocal major students did reveal an enhanced number of high frequency harmonic partials when singing compared to the control group in the narrow band spectrum study. But there was no significant difference in jitter, shimmer and noise to harmonic ratio in both groups. Almost all vocal major students present a lot of voice problems in singing such as loss of high note(17%), loss of quiet voice(17%), effortful and tired voice(36%) etc on inquiry. And they always effort to prevent vocal dysfunction by the use of various type of method such as voice rest(28%), hydration(28%), gargling with salt(11%) etc. Conclusions : The vocal major students always take care of maintaining a good voice condition, but a lot of vocal major students revealed abnormal strobovideolaryngoscopic findings and they are absent in the conception of systemic and scientific voice management. Therefore, the young singers need a good voice training and voice therapy Program under the good ralationship of laryngologist and voice training teacher.

        화상회의 SW 품질요인이 사용자 만족과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        COVID-19 has infected more than 130 million people in 188 countries. Therefore, the whole world has experienced non-face-to-face activities that have not been experienced before in all areas such as home study, telecommuting, LAN conference and LAN performance, social, political, economic, cultural, etc., and it is gradually expanding further. This study intends to analyze video conferencing SW quality factors and user experience with the purpose of exploring the process in which non-face-to-face activities that are being performed due to Corona 19 are spread by the Internet and SW-based collaboration tools. The research model structurally suggested the relationship between videoconferencing SW quality factors consisting of functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency on the intention to continue using the user satisfaction as a parameter. As a result of empirical analysis by securing questionnaire data from 355 people, among the factors constituting quality, in the order of effectiveness > reliability > functionality > usability, there was a significant relationship between user satisfaction and continued use intention. The SW quality factors had a greater statistical explanatory power for user satisfaction than continued use intention. On the other hand, in the relationship between video conferencing SW quality and continuous use intention, the mediating effect of user satisfaction through usability among SW quality factors did not show any significant influence. Usability defined in this study is a concept based on ISO/IEC 9126 and previous studies, which means ease of use, provision of help functions, and ease of learning how to use software. Therefore, it is judged that usability does not provide a significant influence on user satisfaction and continuous use intention. On the other hand, it was found that the current video conferencing software market share of foreign companies is very high. Therefore, domestic software companies must recognize that efficiency, reliability, and functionality are of great importance in order to increase users' satisfaction and continuous use intention. Furthermore, in order to preoccupy the market in the video conferencing SW area, a strategy is needed to prepare differentiated level of usability factors. 188개국 1억 3천만 명 이상이 감염되어 사회적 거리두기로 인한 재택학습 및 근무, 랜선공연 등, 사회, 정치, 경제, 문화 등의 모든 영역에서 지금껏 경험하지 못한 비대면 활동의 출현을 촉발한 코로나 19(Covid-19)는 변이가 계속되며 종식시기를 알 수 없이 진행형이다. 본 연구는 코로나 19로 인해 수행되고 있는 비대면 활동이 인터넷과 SW 기반 협업도구에 의해 확산되는 과정을 탐구할 목적으로, 화상회의 SW 서비스에 대한 사용자 경험을 품질요인 관점에서 분석하고자 한다. 연구모형은 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용성, 효율성으로 구성된 화상회의 SW 품질이 사용자 만족을 매개로 하여 지속이용의도에 미치는 관계를 구조적으로 제시하였고, 355명의 설문 데이터를 확보하여 실증분석하였다. 분석 결과 품질을 구성하는 요인 중, 효율성>신뢰성>기능성>사용성 의 영향력 순서로 사용자 만족과 지속이용의도에 유의미한 관계를 나타냈고 지속이용의도보다는 사용자 만족에 대한 통계적 설명력이 컸다. 한편 화상회의 SW 품질과 지속이용의도간의 관계에서 SW 품질요인 중 사용성을 통한 사용자 만족의 매개효과는 유의미한 영향력을 보이지 못했다. 본 연구에서 정의한 사용성은 ISO 9126과 선행연구들을 기반으로 한 개념으로 사용의 용이, 도움말 기능의 제공, SW 이용방법 학습이 쉬운 것을 의미하는데, 화상회의 SW를 사용하는 이용자들의 최근 디지털 리터러시 수준이 매우 높아서 해당 요인이 만족과 지속이용의도에 큰 영향을 제공하지 못하였다고 판단된다. 한편 현재 화상회의 SW는 국외기업들의 시장점유율이 매우 높은 것으로 나타나 관련한 국내 SW 기업들이 이용자들의 만족도와 지속적 이용의도를 높일 수 있도록 효율성과 신뢰성, 기능성의 중요성을 인식하고 더불어 보다 차별화된 수준의 사용성 요소들을 마련함으로써 향후 더욱 사용빈도가 높아질 화상 SW 영역에서 선점할 전략이 필요하다.

        스팩트럼과 스팩트로그램의 이해

        The speech signal has been put into a form suitable for storage and analysis by computer, several different operation can be performed. Filtering, sampling and quantization are the basic operation in digiting a speech signal. The waveform can be displayed, measured and even edited, and spectra can be computed using methods such as the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), Linear predictive Coding (LPC), Cepstrum and filtering. The digitized signal also can be used to generate spectrograms. The spectrograph provide major advantages to the study of speech. So, author introduces the basic techniques for the acoustic recording, digital signal processing and the principles of spectrum and spectrogram.

        성대의 과립세포종 1례

        Granular cell tumor is an uncommon lesion that was first described by Abrikossoff in 1926. It is usually benign tumor that can occur in any parts of the body. The most common region of granular cell tumor is the head and neck, accounting for approximately 30 to 50 percent of all lesions, with the tongue as the single most common site of origin. The larynx is uncommon location, accounting for approximately 3 to 10 percent of the reported case. Herein we report a case of a 41-year-old man with laryngeal granular cell tumor who was successfully treated, especially showing well improvements in his voice after the operation. In addition, a brief discussion of the current literatures regarding the typical features of the tumor are also presented.

        교환수들의 음성발성에 대한 평가

        Backgroud : Now a days, most studies for professional voice user have been performed after artificial voice abuse without consideration of environmental and personal factors, and occupational specificity, therefore those studies have some problems. Objectives : To make a basic guideline for the management of untrained professional voice user, practically we ananalyzed the voice of experimental group. Materials and methods : Just after working, the sustained vowel sounds of the 15 female telephone operators (subjective group) and the 20 normal female persons (control group) were analysed, using a history paper, acoustic analyzer and videostroboscopy. Results : The most common symptom in subjective group was dysphonia. Stroboscopic findings in subjective group were as following ; posterior chink 11 cases (73%), incomplete closure 2 cases (13%), anterior chink 1 case (7%). The mean maximal phonation time in telephone operators was 12.8 seconds and in control group was 16.8 seconds. Jitter, pitch pertubation quotient (PPQ), shimmer and amplitude pertubation quotient (ASQ) were significantly increased in subjective group than control group, but there is no difference between two group in fundamental frequency and noise to harmonic ratio. Conclusion : Untrained professional voice user needs professional career guidance and counseling. And when we manage the untrained professional voice user, we should consider specific occupational, personal and environmental factors as well as laryngeal factors.
