        To Recognize the Whole Through the Observation of the Part, the Analysis of Animated Films’ Narrative of China and Korea - A Case Study of Leafie: A Hen into the Wild (Korea) and Little Door Gods (China) -

        China and Korea as a narrow strip of water neighbors, which are in the same Oriental culture system, have deep roots in the culture. Their animations are all produced under the influence of Western movies and developed under the background of learning from Japan and the US animations. But they all did not give up the pursuit of the unique personality in their process of development. China animation has been born for nearly 90 years, it has the honor of won several international awards in the period, but also has the sorrow of being quiet in the international animation industry. Korea animation started later than China, but the high speed of its developing was amazing. Korea closely followed the world trend in the film industry, while levels in the animated film whether technical or creative, all reached the level of international standards. In recent years, Korean animated film makers keep learning from other strong opponents in the production technology while maintaining the original, and produce animated films of their own unique style. In recent years, China and Korea all take some efforts in many aspects of policy to promote the development of national animation industry. Animation industry development paths of the two countries have many similarities. A good animated film, first of all should have a good story, but the most important is how to narrate. Computer software, special effects, etc. are used as technical means to service for the narrative. The narrative mainly get on from two aspects, the story and the narrative behavior of the story. In this paper we selected Korea animated film Leafie: A Hen into the Wild and China animated film Little Door Gods as examples. Mainly analysis from the two aspects of script creation and narrative art, discuss their advantages and disadvantages. Learning from them, and to provide a recommendation in the narrative for China and Korea animated film makers. Expect they can learn from each other to improve their animation level, and promote the development of bilateral animated film.

        A Study on Gameplay Narrative of Contemporary Animated Films

        Gameplay exists not only in game activities, but also in other art forms. An animated film with strong gameplay whose gameplay narrative follows the presupposition principle, achieved through unimaginable sound effects, exaggerated visual styling, hypothetical time and space concepts, fictional storylines and character performances. The strength or the presence or absence of gameplay in animated films is reflected in the grasp and use of these gameplay elements in the process of animated film narratives. The gameplay narrative of animated films fully utilizes the characteristics of gameplay thinking. In the process of scriptwriting and narrative, it combines entertainment, action, adventure, competition and other elements to fully reflect the characteristics of “gameplay”. Gameplay narratives often use the strategies of reverse setting, repetition and interaction, and rules and challenges setting, which not only enhances the fun of animated film narratives, but also attracts the attention of the audience, which then can enhance the audience's viewing experience.

        중-한 양국의 인접국으로서, 같은 동양의 문화 체계에 속하기 때문에 인연이 깊다. 유럽, 미국과 일본의 애니메이션이 각자의 애니메이션에 거대한 영향을 미친다. 또 발전 과정에서 포기하지 않는 독특한 개성을 추구한다. 중국의 애니메이션이 탄생한 지 90년이나 되었다. 그동안 여러 차례 대상을 받는다. 중국 애니메이션은 국제적인 영예를 경험도 있고 국제 애니메이션 선업에서 인정 못한 경험도 있다. 한국 애니메이션 산업 중국보다 늦게 탄생하지만 고속히 발전하고 있다. 근에 한국 애니메이션 영화가 창의성 유지하는 동시에 다른 국가의 제작 기술을 배우고 있다. 또 자신이 원하는 스타일을 개척하고 한국적인 요소를 애니메이션으로 담아서 만든다. 양국들이 모두 각자의 애니메이션 발전을 추진하기 위해서 많은 방법을 모색했다. 애니메이션 영화에 대해 말하자면 좋은 이야기를 선택한 것은 중요하지만 내러티브를 어떻게 전개하는 것은 더 중요하다. 본 논문은 한국 애니메이션 영화<마당을 나온 암탉>과 중국 애니메이션 영화 <작은문신>을 중심으로 주로 예술 창작과 시나리오 분석이 두 방면에서 각각 내러티브 전개방식에 대한 장점과 단점을 검토하여 중-한 영화산업을 장점을 취하고 단점을 보완하는 논문이 될 수 있으면 바란다.         게임플레이성은 게임 활동뿐만 아니라 다른 예술형태에도 존재한다. 게임플레이성 서술이 전제 원칙을 따르는 강한 게임 플레이성을 가진 애니메이션 영화로서, 상상조차 할 수 없는 음향 효과, 과장된 시각적 스타일링, 가상의 시간과 공간 개념, 가상의 이야기와 캐릭터 연기를 통해 달성된다. 애니메이션 영화에서의 게임플레이성의 강점이나 존재 또는 부재 등은 애니메이션 영화 내러티브의 과정에서 이러한 게임플레이성 요소의 파악과 사용에 반영된다. 애니메이션 영화의 게임플레이성 서술은 게임플레이성 사고의 특성을 충분히 활용한다. 대본과 서술 과정에서 엔터테인먼트, 액션, 어드벤처, 경쟁, 기타 요소를 결합해 게임 플레이성의 특성을 충분히 반영한다. 게임플레이성 내러티브는 종종 역 설정, 반복과 상호작용, 규칙과 도전 설정의 전략을 사용하는데, 이는 애니메이션 영화 내러티브의 재미를 높일 뿐만 아니라 관객들의 관심을 끌게 되어 관객들의 시청 경험을 높일 수 있다.       • 의약품 키랄분석의 임상적 응용

        Chirality plays an important role in biology, and many of the processes essential for life are stereospecific. Hence, the chiral chromatographic separation of drugs becomes more important for the pharmacologists and toxicologists to offer the appropriate tools to find the solution for many problems related with stereoisomers of drugs. This review discusses the clinical applications of chiral separation for meploquine salbutamol, omeprazole, ketamine and some fluorinated volatile inhalation anaesthetics. The chirality in clinical situations was illustrated by these drugs in the field of enantiospecific pharmacokinetics and therapeutic activities. The results indicated that the racemic switch to a single enantiomer for these drugs will promote the development of more effective and safe drugs.

      • 키랄컬럼 쌍을 이용한 레보도파 제제 중의 l-도파와 d-도파의 HPLC 분석

        Levodopa preparations are used for the treatment of Parkinson's disease, since it is capable of crossing the protective blood-brain barrier (BBB), whereas dopamine itself cannot. d-Dopa could be often contained to a pharmaceutical levodopa preparations as impurity, however, the Korean Pharmacopeia doesn't regulate the amount of d-dopa in levodopa preparations. A new, precise and simple HPLC method for determination of l-dopa and d-dopa from levodopa formulation was developed using a pair of chiral columns, SCA and RCA, for the purpose of quality control. The selected mobile phase was composed of methanol and water (80 : 20) containing 0.01% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 210 nm. The intraday precision of l-dopa and d-dopa analysed by developed method were 2.71~8.18% and 2.94~6.03%, respectively. Both dopa enantiomers were separated by SCA and RCA column, a pair of chiral columns. However, RCA column was useful for the analysis of l-dopa, while SCA column for d-dopa. The method was validated according to ICH Guidelines and the method was found to be simple, accurate, precise, economical and robust.
